Projects of winter stone gazebos with barbecue. Garden gazebo or summer kitchen with barbecue, barbecue, stove: DIY construction options. If your grill is next to the gazebo, make a canopy over it

Gazebos are a traditional element of the landscape country house or summer cottage and represent a landscaped recreation area that decorates the landscape of a country home. Became extraordinary popular projects gazebos with grills, barbecues and stoves are sold in Moscow and other regions of Russia; the buildings are used for leisure, family meals and friendly gatherings.

Types of barbecue gazebos

From the comparison of the words “conversation” and “gazebo”, the original purpose of these light architectural structures becomes clear - to be a separate place for intimate conversations, creative solitude and contemplation, and quiet relaxation. Since ancient times, it has been customary to place gazebos in gardens and parks, equipping them with benches and openwork walls. The roof of the gazebo protects from scorching sun And heavy rain, creates a cozy environment for lovers of outdoor recreation.

A semblance of a simple gazebo-canopy will be created by four small columns supporting flat roof. Three openings between adjacent columns are covered with low walls, the fourth opening is left free for entry.

To rest at the end of an intense working week and complete relaxation from the bustle of the city have become a comfortable pastime, gazebos are equipped like kitchen-dining rooms, creating a kind of grill house. Most popular nowadays brick gazebos with barbecues and grills, often complemented by a stove and fireplace. Distinctive feature barbecue gazebos, as such buildings are commonly called, is the combination under one roof of all the necessary kitchen attributes and furniture inherent in dining rooms:

  • barbecues, braziers, stoves, hearths, barbecues– for cooking over an open fire;
  • furniture - tables, benches, ivans(to please fans of the oriental style) - for arranging cutlery and seating people for the feast.

Structurally, gazebos are divided into three types:

Materials for barbecue gazebos

A simple garden gazebo can be built from a variety of available materials, but for buildings that will house a barbecue, stove or barbecue, designers prefer to use the following materials.

  • tree;
  • brick;
  • rolled steel – profile pipes, round and round rods square section, sheets.

When choosing materials for construction, you should take into account the advantages and disadvantages that the erected garden structures will acquire.

Wooden gazebos

Wooden barbecue gazebos have a lot of advantages:

  • natural naturalness of wood, its environmental purity;
  • availability of wood, the possibility of using old trees from your own plot;
  • ease of processing, allowing the creation of extraordinary artistic forms;
  • simple installation of the structure;
  • light weight, which allows you to get by with a lightweight foundation;
  • the tree is able to maintain an optimal microclimate in hot weather.

Among the disadvantages of wooden structures, the following factors are noted:

  • low resistance to excess moisture and insect pests;
  • the need for regular treatment with fire retardants to increase fire-fighting properties and antiseptics to protect against harmful microflora, fungus, and mold.

Brick gazebos

During construction brick garden buildings it is necessary to lay a full-fledged foundation by analogy with residential buildings. Construction of a brick pavilion will cost more than a wooden one and will take longer. At the same time, brick buildings have a number of advantages that make the designs of gazebos with barbecues and barbecues made of brick more popular than proposals for analogues made of other materials. Barbecues and barbecues for the dacha, photos of which are located below, demonstrate the visual appeal of such structures.

A brick gazebo with barbecue has the following advantages:

  • fire safety, which is so necessary when using open flame indoors;
  • strength of construction, reliability, resistance to negative impacts environment;
  • possibility of supply engineering communications and insulation for year-round use;
  • versatility and multifunctionality - brick gazebos can serve as summer and winter kitchens, they can be equipped with a sofa or bedroom furniture for a night's rest.

Among the disadvantages of brick barbecue gazebos, problems of a financial and organizational nature are noted:

  • high cost;
  • complexity construction work, requiring the involvement of third-party specialists.
So, a gazebo with a brick grill will cost more, but it will be reliable and safe.

Metal gazebos with barbecue or barbecue

Metal gazebos consist of the following structural elements:

  • support posts made of round or profile pipe;
  • openwork walls made of round or square rods.

Openwork walls made of rod– these are forged patterns or straight lattices, therefore metal gazebos with barbecue and barbecue are summer buildings similar to canopies.

Main advantages garden buildings made of metal are considered:

  • durability with proper care;
  • lightweight metal structures for sheds can be assembled directly on the lawn without preparing the foundation.
  • The disadvantages of garden metal structures include:

    • heating metal in the sun can create discomfort for vacationers;
    • the need for regular touch-up of the metal due to constant corrosive aggression from atmospheric moisture.

    Most Popular combined option garden gazebo-barbecue:

    • the walls in the immediate vicinity of the cooking area are made of brick;
    • the recreation area is assembled from wooden elements;
    • open openings are equipped with decorative forged elements and wooden carved gratings.
    When choosing the material and design of a modern barbecue gazebo, an additional factor is taken into account - the mobility of the assembly. Buildings made of wood and metal allow for repeated assembly/disassembly, for example, for the purpose of relocation to a more convenient place in the same park. Brick structures are stationary and cannot be moved anywhere.

    Modern design solutions for barbecue gazebos

    The design of a barbecue gazebo for a country house with a fireplace, stove and barbecue determines the shape, size and style of the garden building, taking into account the architecture of the country house complex or residential building and the features of the surrounding landscape. The centuries-old practice of building gazebos in countries with different aesthetic concepts (China and Japan, Western Europe, Egypt, India, Russia) contributed to the development of a huge number style options, taken into service by modern designers.

    As basic styles The gazebo with barbecue is being built in the following stylistic directions:

    • classic style, requiring adherence to clear proportions, simplicity of form and lack of decorative excesses;
    • rustic style or country, one of the varieties of which is Russian rustic style;
    • oriental style, which uses creative elements from Japanese, Indian, Arabic and other cultures;
    • Scandinavian style;
    • Provence style;
    • modern or high-tech style widely used for modern gazebos .

    Architectural forms of classical and oriental styles are implemented as light canopies, which do not have built-in grills, barbecues or ovens. But for country, Provence or Scandinavian style the presence of a grill and barbecue in a gazebo with a fireplace is considered a prerequisite.

    Geometric shapes of barbecue gazebos do not follow strict stylistic canons and can have a wide variety of configurations:

    • round;
    • rectangular;
    • polygonal.

    For gazebos with barbecues and barbecues, projects, photos of which are partially posted in the article, are presented in wide range, so you can always find something for yourself. When choosing the size of garden buildings, the availability of free space for development and the possibility of holding table “events” for large companies. If the ultimate dream of home owners is to sit in solitude with a book, laptop or have a delicious dinner in a close family circle on fresh air, then the dimensions of the barbecue gazebo will be completely different than the room with a brazier and stove intended for noisy parties.

    Selecting a site for the construction of a barbecue gazebo

    Before starting construction of a pavilion equipped with a grill, barbecue and oven, it is necessary to prepare a place for its placement. Selected "piece" garden plot must meet the following requirements:

    1. If the landscape design project does not provide for the use of natural relief unevenness of the selected area, it is better to choose a relatively flat clearing so as not to remove excess soil.
    2. The same applies to the presence of natural reservoirs or rivers flowing through the site - if there is no place for them in the stylistic decision of the building, the gazebo is built on a dry or previously drained site.
    3. Approaches to a garden building with a barbecue (paths and paths) must provide free access to the building.
    4. The area of the future building must be cleared of overgrown trees that will hang over the gazebo.

    Arrangement of the area around the barbecue gazebo

    The artistic design of a garden building with a barbecue should be in harmony with the overall style of the house and fit organically into the surrounding landscape. The gazebo is designed to be key element when forming a landscape design, uniting its components around itself - flower beds and lawns, paths and bridges. When arranging the area around the barbecue gazebo, certain rules are followed: which will help emphasize the individuality of the interior and ensure ease of use of the building.

    1. It is advisable to “link” the arrangement of the landscape around the barbecue gazebo to the type of soil on which it is built. For moist soil, Provence or Country styles are recommended. On dry or clay soils oriental style with a dry pond or a stone alpine slide is preferable.
    2. A gazebo is an excellent frame for climbing plants, which will help the flower-covered pavilion organically blend into the surrounding landscape and create additional shade. It is recommended to plant trees and shrubs around the building not close to it so that they do not spoil the structure.
    3. It is necessary to lay high-quality paths made of brick, stone or paving stones to the barbecue gazebo so as not to trample the grass of the surrounding lawn. In rainy weather, these paths can be used to easily reach the garden building, even if it is remote from a residential building.
    4. There should be provision around the gazebo and along the paths good lighting, which will allow you to use the pavilion at any time of the day and give the surroundings a festive look.

    Grills, barbecues and stoves for gazebos

    Grills and barbecues, in essence, are braziers for cooking meat dishes, in which food is cooked using heat from smoldering coals. Experts say that it will not be possible to detect a difference in the taste of meat cooked on the grill or barbecue. The main difference is the shape of the fryer and the cooking method:

    • barbecue called a brazier rectangular shape, on the upper edges of which skewers with strung pieces of meat are placed;
    • B-B-Q– brazier cylindrical, on the edges of which a grid with pieces of meat is placed. The distance from the grate to the coals can be adjusted to achieve even heat distribution. The grill allows you to cook dishes from foods that cannot be baked evenly on a skewer over the grill, for example, fish or seafood, whole chicken, steak, vegetables and even pies.

    Barbecues are installed in gazebos stationary barbecues and barbecue using cast iron materials and oven or fire brick. In stationary brick fryers, heat is retained longer, providing better taste for meat and other dishes. For barbecue gazebos, the use of mobile braziers made of thin-sheet steel is advisable only in cases of occasional cooking and is suitable for the undemanding public.

    When laying brick braziers, a stove must also be installed, which in closed garden buildings serves as a fireplace stove, not much different from a fireplace in a living room. The stove, made in the old Russian style, gives a national flavor to the atmosphere and allows you to cook delicious dishes according to old recipes.

    Safety considerations when using a barbecue gazebo

    Sources of danger for users of garden gazebos with stationary braziers and stoves are: open fire, on which food is prepared, and electrical wiring for lighting, household appliances and braziers heated by electricity. Simple preventive measures precautions will ensure reliable fire safety for the entire residential complex:

    • stoves with open fires should not be located near residential buildings;
    • there should be no branches, bushes or trees near the stove with an open flame;
    • interior elements made of wood and wood used in the construction of a closed gazebo must be impregnated special compounds;
    • It is not allowed to store containers with flammable liquids near barbecue gazebos;
    • Electrical wiring must be carried out in accordance with electrical safety standards.

    General rules for caring for a barbecue gazebo

    To ensure that the gazebo remains a desirable place for relaxation and family meals for as long as possible, behind it proper care must be taken into account, taking into account the following factors:

    • it is necessary to periodically coat the gratings of forged gazebos and walls with paints and varnishes wooden buildings;
    • treatment with antiseptics should not be neglected - this measure will significantly extend the service life;
    • in anticipation winter period fallen leaves should be removed, since wet leaves provoke wood rot and metal corrosion;
    • it is necessary to wipe kitchen utensils and wash dishes as often as possible (protecting them from rapid contamination in the fresh air);
    • After the winter period, all cracked elements of the building must be puttied and covered with paints and varnishes.

    Barbecue gazebos are firmly on the list traditional concepts, personifying family comfort and self-sufficiency of the owners country building. Guests will not be offended if, instead of a huge living room, hospitable hosts invite their friends to a small cozy gazebo over a pond and treat them to dishes prepared directly in nature. The tranquility of the countryside environment contributes to a full, comfortable pastime and restoration of strength after the hustle and bustle of work.

    On our website you can get acquainted with the most popular companies specializing in construction gazebos and grill houses, from the Low-Rise Country houses presented at the exhibition.

    If you have come to this page, it means that you are interested in gazebos with barbecue facilities (barbecue or stove). Perhaps you are planning to build a similar structure on your site and are looking closely. Or simply look for the most beautiful and successful architectural solutions.

    We tried to cover as much as possible large number gazebos for different tastes, to introduce you to both old and modern design solutions.

    All photographs are divided into categories (the contents of the article are presented below). Therefore, you can immediately select the gazebos that interest you, or simply scroll through the article and scroll through the photos.

    In some places comments and explanations will be given for this or that structure.

    I would like to clarify that the grill, barbecue and stove in gazebos most often represent a single stove complex that combines all three formats of cooking in one. There are options when the grill, barbecue or oven simply stands separately.

    The most impressive, capital and expensive option is a gazebo with a stove complex.

    IN in this case The oven combines all the options for frying meat and preparing other dishes. You can fry meat on the grill and barbecue. The oven smoothly transforms into a stove, on which you can place a cauldron and cook pilaf.

    This entire huge complex must fit somewhere, so the gazebos most often turn out to be impressive.

    It is important to think about the roof, because a chimney must be installed through it. Fire safety, the presence of traction, laying bricks - the creation of such a complex requires appropriate preparation, all the above points must be taken into account.

    Stylish gazebo with a small stove complex

    With barbecue

    In the case of a barbecue, two options are possible:

    1. The grill is located inside gazebos. It can be metal or brick. There is a (hood, umbrella) that prevents smoke. It is necessary even if the gazebo is open.
    2. The grill is located near with a gazebo, but outside. In this case, the gazebo may have nothing to do with roasting meat at all, since this process takes place outside. This option is cheaper and more practical, but requires additional space. In addition, the “charm” is lost because the meat is fried indoors, next to people.

    The option with a barbecue is the most common - most people prefer to fry meat on skewers, and you can adapt a barbecue grate with your own hands if desired.

    Which of the options proposed above is better is up to you to decide, since this is a very individual moment for each person.

    The grill can easily be converted into a barbecue by adding a grate and guides over the coals.

    In my opinion, a barbecue in a gazebo (with sufficient free space) has a positive effect on both the mood of the barbecue owner and the entire company as a whole.

    At the same time, frying meat is a delicate moment, you need a place to string the meat, and besides, fat often drips onto the floor, causing dirt and the like.

    From this side better barbecue take it outside the gazebo. How many people - so many opinions.

    The photographs above show various projects gazebos with barbecue.

    I specially made a selection of closed, open, with brick barbecue and with metal.

    The prices for such buildings are very different, so if you are looking at buying or building on your site, then keep in mind that the main thing in such buildings is the idea. And you can already implement it from various materials, including cheaper ones.

    Idea open area rest

    With barbecue

    BBQ in classic version is a method of cooking meat (from the English BBQ).

    The “barbecue” itself, on which the meat is fried, can be anything. It may consist of bricks and be shaped like a stove. It can be metal to match the barbecue. There is even an option similar to a regular stove (frying occurs due to electric heating).

    Therefore, when people talk about a barbecue and a gazebo, the question immediately arises - in what format would you like to see this tandem?

    Classic electric barbecue

    Most opinions boil down to the fact that for a gazebo it is enough to install an ordinary barbecue, on which a grate is simply laid and the meat is fried. Therefore, buildings in this category are not very different from the previous ones.

    Barbecue is a method of cooking meat (from the English BBQ).

    I can only highlight separately. They are designed in such a way that the hearth is located in the center of the room, which is where the meat is fried. There is a table around the hearth (in some cases it is shifted slightly to the side).

    The design of such houses is usually simpler than standard ones. The price is cheaper, since this house is delivered disassembled and assembled in one working day. Of course, we are talking about amounts of more than 150 thousand rubles. There, one grill costs quite a lot of money.

    With oven

    As already mentioned, the oven can combine all three formats (barbecue, barbecue and the oven itself). But it can also only perform its main function - prepare pies, bread and other dishes.

    In this case, the furnace space must be covered with a metal shield; accordingly, the furnace design must be prepared for this in advance.

    This option is the least used among all those considered. The thing is that you can’t fry meat on skewers or a grill here, but shish kebab is the most popular dish in our country.

    Therefore, if you are considering the option of installing a conventional oven without an additional complex, then you will have to fry the meat on a grill nearby.

    “Fairytale” gazebo with a hollow stove

    On the Internet I came across a very beautiful (if not colorful) gazebo in a fairytale style and with a stove. This is the case when a little imagination and ingenuity help create a masterpiece.

    I don’t know how good this stove is with draft and heat retention, but this structure looks very impressive.

    Beautiful projects with grill, barbecue and oven

    Finally, I collected creative and interesting design solutions, associated with a grill, barbecue, oven or the whole complex together.

    Owners suburban areas strive to create cozy corner, optimally suited for a comfortable outdoor recreation. A wonderful and functional place for year-round recreation is the winter gazebo. Such a solid construction remains best place outdoor recreation even in cold weather.

    Distinctive Features

    Today, many projects for all-season buildings have been developed. The design of the design is influenced by:

    • owner's taste;
    • landscape features;
    • general style of the dacha.

    A winter closed building is characterized by the presence of:

    • insulation of walls and roofs;
    • doors with windows, preferably double plastic or wooden, if the gazebo is planned to be used in winter;
    • any type of heating.

    These important points must be taken into account in order to create and maintain comfortable conditions(constant room temperature).

    A full foundation is always built for a structure of this type. Usually it is built separately, in suitable place plot, less often attached to the wall of the house.

    It is important to choose a design according to general style other buildings (houses, dachas). The gazebo should fit well into the local landscape. An important point When arranging a winter gazebo, the structure is insulated to retain heat inside the room. To do this, moisture-resistant insulation is laid on the walls, which is covered with facing material.

    Users often search:

    It is convenient to build a structure with a barbecue, which can easily be transformed from a closed building to an open one.

    To ensure this opportunity, you must select one of existing types windows:

    • removable - can be replaced with a mosquito net in the spring;
    • hinged or sliding (can be closed in bad weather, and opened on a calm summer evening).

    Heating options

    The arrangement of heating in the building is a priority. There are three main options:

    1. heating with a stove or fireplace;
    2. installation of radiators, convectors;
    3. use of appropriate electrical appliances.

    When using an open source of fire, it is necessary to observe safety measures and adhere to certain rules:

    • build a stove with a barbecue on a concrete base and do not place it close to the walls;
    • there should be more than half a meter from the hearth to any interior details;
    • It is recommended to leave 1.5-2 meters from the stove to the recreation area.

    Wooden buildings must be treated with fire protective compounds.

    Interior decoration

    The interior design of summer cottage buildings is made of wood (furniture, accessories). In a fairly spacious gazebo you can place:

    • tables;
    • chairs;
    • benches;
    • decorative elements;
    • cabinets and shelves that house household utensils and household appliances.

    Electricity and water must be supplied to the premises. With constant heating, the interior can be decorated ornamental plants. Typically, winter construction is supplemented with a barbecue, grill, fireplace or combination stove.

    Gazebo options

    Winter buildings may have various design features:

    • projects that provide for the possibility of combining a winter closed building with an adjacent one;
    • options for transforming an open structure into a winter one (or vice versa), it is important to think through even the little things.

    Winter construction near the dacha provides comfortable stay regardless of the weather. In a classic design, everything you need is located indoors. When equipping a closed building, you can choose from two ways:

    1. already built on the site summer gazebo with a barbecue, but you need to get a winter version, then you need to insulate the existing building;
    2. It is planned to build a structure for year-round pastime.

    Various types of small architectural forms usually combined in one building. Specialists often develop building projects that include:

    • only a closed room with a fireplace that protects from bad weather;
    • an open shed located next to the building;
    • summer kitchen.

    The outbreak may be located inside a building. If you install a stove in the summer kitchen under a canopy, then there is no need to install it. In winter, the closed all-season room is easily heated. Installation of panoramic glazing makes it possible to transform a summer kitchen into a winter building.

    If a gazebo is being built with a barbecue, grill or fireplace, then they are built in the center of the structure or against the wall. A chimney is built above the hearth, and metal sheets, fits natural stone or ceramic tiles. Brick tables with stone tops are installed inside the building.

    Material selection

    Closed gazebos can be built from various materials or a combination of them:

    • brick, stone;
    • tree;
    • plastic;
    • metal.

    The roof is covered with tiles, slate, corrugated sheets, etc. On suburban areas often prefer to build structures from natural building materials, for example, a tree. Brick gazebos are more expensive, given the construction of a solid foundation.

    A closed, insulated winter building provides the owners with an all-season comfortable stay. It is recommended to think through all the details of organizing time spent in nature. A room with a barbecue creates a unique atmosphere.

    Any type of gazebo will become ideal place rest for big family. But on a cloudy day you can’t sit in an open structure. That is why it will be more functional in this regard closed gazebos. And if it is equipped not only with a recreation area, but also with a barbecue, then there will be no end to friends who want to relax here.

    Features of gazebos with barbecue

    If we talk about ordinary summer buildings, then choosing them is much easier. If we mean gazebos with barbecues, then the very presence of a stove or barbecue already leaves an imprint on the development of the project and the stages of construction. For example, in the immediate vicinity of the barbecue there should be stone or metal protective surfaces that will not allow a small coal to destroy the entire structure.

    Since a high-quality barbecue or fireplace is quite heavy, the foundation should be selected in accordance with its parameters. Also, for these structures, it is very important to install wind protection, which will help prevent fire and smoke from being driven into the gazebo, as well as onto the residential building.

    Important! Among other things, when choosing a material for making a building with a barbecue, you should remember that fire is additional dangerous factor Therefore, fire protection treatment of all surfaces is mandatory.

    A closed gazebo with barbecue is a combination of a cooking area and a relaxation area. This solution helps to save space on the site and not to build these functional areas separately. But for a comfortable location inside, it is necessary that it be of sufficient size. If the site does not allow you to arrange the structure required according to the parameters in accordance with all the rules, then it is better to abandon this idea altogether.

    For the right choice dimensions should be taken into account as much as possible possible quantity guests and build on how comfortable they will be in such conditions. In some cases, the grill can be moved outside the gazebo, which will free up space for those sitting inside. But this option cannot fully be called a gazebo with barbecue. It is optimal if the food preparation area is equal in size to the dining area.

    To bring this idea to life, an excellent solution would be to build a rectangular or octagonal gazebo. The use of a rectangular type is more common due to the fact that it can be placed on any site conveniently and with little loss usable area. For the correct execution further actions for construction, drawings must be written that will show all the nuances.

    Many owners country houses They are trying to make them more comfortable, trying to arrange a recreation area. That is why gazebos are increasingly being created with.

    Features of wooden gazebos

    Wood is relative inexpensive material, so many site owners choose it to create a gazebo. Moreover, such designs fit well into landscape design any area. Wood is easy to process, so if desired, you can create an original gazebo.

    Structures are often created from rounded logs. To understand which design will be more suitable for a particular area, it is worth considering photos of designs for gazebos with barbecues.

    When choosing the type of gazebo, it is worth remembering some features:

    1. Structures made of wood treated with protective compounds can last quite a long time. At the same time, damaged building elements can be easily replaced with new ones.
    2. If the soil on the site is dense, you can create a gazebo without a foundation. In this case, it is enough to lay a massive slab of concrete on the ground. Concrete can be covered with boards or paving slabs.

    If you wish, you can find ready-made ones so as not to draw up a building diagram.

    Brick gazebos

    If there are brick houses on the site, they are often created brick gazebos, since they are combined with the main structure.

    It is worth remembering that a brick building will cost more than a wooden one. At the same time, construction will require more time. Also, for such a gazebo you need to build a massive foundation.

    But the advantages of such buildings are undeniable:

    • brick gazebos are not afraid of fire and moisture;
    • the described structures can be used for several decades without requiring replacement of structural elements, as happens when using wooden gazebos.

    It is worth noting that brick gazebos are often made in combination:

    1. Often created wooden structure, one wall of which is brick. This is necessary to create a furnace.
    2. Many people also build a gazebo, the seating area of which is made of wood, and part of the structure near the stove is made of brick.
    3. If brick construction has large openings, they are decorated with forged elements or wooden gratings.

    Having considered the designs of bathhouses and gazebos with barbecues, you can choose the most suitable design.

    Metal structures

    Forged gazebos are brought to the site already assembled or assembled from several parts. Such designs are expensive and can be original decoration plot. It is worth noting that the described gazebos do not require preparatory and finishing work.

    But it is important to treat the metal so that rust does not appear on it. One of the advantages metal structures is the absence of the need to create a foundation.

    Often wrought iron gazebos are complemented by wrought iron benches. If desired, the gazebo can be painted in the color you like.

    Choosing a stove for a gazebo

    It is worth noting that the foundation for the furnace is poured separately. It is important to make it above the level of water that can accumulate on the floor after rain. This is due to the fact that the masonry is done on a sand-clay mortar, which is resistant to moisture.

    Many experienced builders It is recommended to place the grill in the middle of the building or on the northeast side. In front of the stove, it is necessary to secure a material that is not afraid of fire. This is necessary to protect against fire if sparks from the furnace fall on flooring. It is also worth considering that the stove should not be located close to a wooden wall.

    Stoves installed in gazebos can be divided into several types:

    1. Barbecue oven, which can be stationary or portable.
    2. Russian stove, which has an oven, grill and barbecue grill. Sometimes such ovens are equipped with a smokehouse.
    3. Kitchenette. When choosing this option, additional furniture is installed.

    The size of the stove installed in the gazebo depends on the expected number of people.

    Creating a foundation

    The most simple option is the installation concrete slab. Such products can withstand the weight of any gazebo. It is worth noting that the slab can be laid on dry soil. But before that you need to dig a hole required sizes and cover it with rubble. After such actions, it is necessary to lay a layer of waterproofing. Roofing felt is most often used.

    But it is worth remembering that the described option is not suitable when groundwater located high or if the site is in a lowland. Due to exposure to moisture, the gazebo may warp over time. That is why it is important to take into account all the conditions that may affect the structure.

    Pile and column foundation

    If the gazebo is being created at the same time as the house, the piles should be driven in while creating the foundation for the main structure. If you don’t want to hire professional builders, you should install brick pillars or block supports. They are laid to a height of approximately 900 mm. The height above the ground is about 30 cm.

    Important! To create pillars you need to use only solid red brick.

    The pillars are installed at the corners of the structure, as well as along the walls. It is worth remembering that the distance between the pillars should not be more than 2 meters, since the reliability of the structure depends on this. Lightweight gazebos are often installed on wooden poles.

    Tape base

    This type of foundation is chosen most often, since it can be created with your own hands. To create it, you need to dig a trench around the perimeter of the future structure and create formwork. A sand cushion is created at the bottom of the trench. The depth of pouring the tape for gazebos is usually about 40 cm, since such structures are light in weight.

    After creation sand cushion placed in the formwork reinforcement cage which is then filled with concrete. It is worth noting that such a foundation can be prefabricated and consist of reinforced concrete blocks. In this case, the process of creating a gazebo is significantly accelerated, since there is no need to wait for the concrete to harden. From the moment the concrete is poured into the trench until the walls are created, you must wait about 7 days.

    Construction of the furnace

    The area of the furnace foundation usually does not exceed 1.5x2 m. To connect the bricks, a solution of clay, sand and cement is used in a ratio of 2:3:1. It is important to make the mixture homogeneous, otherwise it will not hold the bricks together securely.

    It is worth remembering that the thickness of the seams should not exceed 5 mm. Otherwise, the solution may begin to crack during oven operation. When laying bricks, excess mortar must be removed immediately before it dries. First 6 rows brickwork are the base of the furnace. During work, it is important to ensure that each brick is positioned evenly relative to the rest of the structure.

    On the 7th row, an overlap is created, for which metal corners are installed. After this, you need to start creating a brazier for the grill. It is worth noting that the second row in the grill moves inward. This is necessary to create a protrusion for the skewers.

    After the 9th row, you can begin to build the furnace roof. After the 19th row, an overlap of the frying chamber is created, which ends at the 21st row. The hole above the frying chamber gradually narrows, forming a chimney. When creating a gazebo roof, you should properly remove the chimney and seal the hole between the bricks and the roofing material.

    If desired, you can do winter gazebo, creating an enclosed space. In this case, it is necessary to properly insulate the building so that it can be used comfortably at any air temperature.
