Acceptance tests must be subjected to each element of scaffolding by the piece. 2.3. Acceptance tests should include: checking the quality of manufactured scaffolding elements and establishing their compliance with the requirements of design documentation; checking the quality of welded seams; checking the quality of paint and varnish coatings; verification of forest markings. 2.4. Periodic tests are carried out on one set of scaffolding, which has passed acceptance tests, out of 100 manufactured, but at least once every three years. 2.5. Periodic tests should include: checking the weight of the scaffold; control assembly of scaffolding; and testing scaffolding for strength and stability. 2.6. Tests for strength and stability must be carried out in the working position of the scaffold. It is allowed to carry out control assembly and tests for strength and stability on a fragment consisting of a minimum set of scaffolding (500 m 2), at least 20 m high, with loads that fully simulate the loads that occur when scaffolding is installed on maximum height.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The geometric dimensions of scaffolding and their elements are checked with a tape measure in accordance with GOST 7502-80, a metal ruler in accordance with GOST 427-75, a compass rod in accordance with GOST 166-80 or other tools, providing them with measurement accuracy up to 1 mm and verified metrological and organizations of the State Standard of the USSR in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.002-86. 3.2.
