The design should be located so that the curtains can completely close the bath, but do not interfere with water procedures. Mark the fixing points with a pencil.

Important! Before starting work, you should make sure that there are no electrical wiring, water pipes and other communications in the places of the proposed drilling. You can check this using a special device - a household hidden wiring detector.

Step 2 Using a level, check the location of the marks relative to the horizontal, correct them if necessary. If the distance between the marks is large, it is most convenient to use the water level.

Step 3 Next, take the first flange and attach it to the wall so that the mark is exactly in the center. With a pencil through the holes on the flange, mark the points for drilling. Do the same on the other side.

Step 4 Now, using a drill with a perforator mode and a drill for concrete, make holes at the marked points according to the size of the dowels. The main difference here is the presence of a ceiling suspension, otherwise the procedure for attaching the rod is almost the same as for the previous version. Hangers, mounting rings and additional screws with dowels are usually included with the rod.

Step 1. Assemble the barbell by inserting straight tubes into corner elements. Try on the product to the wall, if the bar is too long, cut off the ends.

Step 5 To thin metal tube with a thread acting as a suspension, a mounting nozzle with holes for self-tapping screws is screwed. Apply it to the rod so that the nozzle rests on the ceiling, and the tube itself adjoins the rod at a right angle in the bend zone. It is the corner section that most needs additional support. Mark the cut point with a pencil on the tube and saw off the excess.

Step 6 The free end of the tube is inserted into the mounting ring on the rod, clamped with a screw, after which the suspension is lifted vertically and pressed against the ceiling. Drilling points are marked through the nozzle holes, then holes are made, dowels are driven in, and the suspension is screwed to the ceiling.

If the boom is too long or has more than complex shape, you will need not one, but 2-3 suspensions located at an equal distance from each other. This method is suitable not only for concrete ceilings, and for drywall surfaces, as well as sheathed with plastic. The features of such an installation will be considered below. The only exception are stretch ceiling, and in this case, you need to use other mounting options.

By the type of corner, a U-shaped bar is also mounted. The only difference is that both ends are fixed on the same wall. Typically, small models have only wall mount, which freely withstands a load of 4-6 kg. But keep in mind that this requires a very strong reliable foundation - hang the bar only on drywall or plastic panels it is forbidden.

Installation of a flexible profile

Installing an aluminum flexible cornice is also not particularly difficult. To give the product the desired shape, you must first draw a template. For this fit big a piece of thick cardboard. Step 4 Now take the hangers, put the mounting nozzles on them and attach them to the fixed brackets so that the nozzles rest firmly against the ceiling, and the lower ends are located at the level of the profile attachment. Since the tubes are long enough, you will have to cut them, and for this, mark the cut line with a pencil.

Advice. To increase the security of the fastening, drill a hole in the tube for the clamping screw located at the bottom of the nozzle. When tightening, the screw will enter the tube, and it will not be able to slip out even with increased load on the eaves.

Step 5 Insert the hooks for the curtains into the profile, lift the structure and insert its ends into the brackets. Fix them with screws bottom side.

Step 6 Insert the hangers into the holes on the connecting plates, screw them lightly and mark the fixing points on the ceiling. Drill, fasten the dowels, and then insert into the nozzle hole long screw and fix it to the ceiling with a screwdriver. Now you need to insert the tube all the way and tighten the screw. Attach the rest of the hangers in the same way.

Step 7 The free end of the hanger must fit into the hole in the connection plate. To do this, the profiles are slightly pushed apart, the end of the tube is threaded into the hole, fixation is performed with self-tapping screws from the bottom side of the profile.

After that, it remains only to move the profiles back so that there are no gaps left, and screw them to the plate with screws through the corresponding holes along the upper edge.
