When spilling in an open area, cover the spill site with sand and then remove it. 2.7. When working with AKOR-1 additive, apply individual funds protection in accordance with the norms approved in the prescribed manner. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 3).

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. The additive is taken in batches. A batch is considered to be any amount of an additive weighing no more than 60 tons, manufactured in one technological cycle, homogeneous in component composition and quality indicators and accompanied by one quality document. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 2). 3.2. Sample size - according to GOST 2517-85. 3.3. If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, repeated tests of the newly selected combined sample of the same sample are carried out for it. The retest results apply to the entire lot. (Changed edition, Change No. 1).

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Samples of additive AK OR-1 are taken according to GOST 2517-85. For the pooled sample take 1.5 kg of the additive. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 1). 4.2. To determine the appearance, the additive is applied in a thin layer on a glass plate, placed in a vertical position and viewed in transmitted light. 4.3. Ash content is determined by the evaporation method. For determination, take (3 ± 1) g of AKOR-1 additive. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 1). 4.4. To determine the protective properties on plates of grade 10 steel according to GOST 1050-74, a 10% solution of the additive is prepared in selective transformer oil according to GOST 10121-76 or selective base oils. The additive solution is applied to three plates and kept in air in a suspended state for 1 hour. The tests are carried out with periodic moisture condensation in a G-4 type chamber. The daily test cycle is repeated three times. The additive is considered to have passed the test if the area of corrosion damage does not exceed 1%. The area of corrosion lesions is equal to the sum of the areas of the foci obtained in each division of the stencil, as a percentage. If the area of corrosion centers exceeds 1%, the tests are repeated; if 1% is again exceeded, the additive is considered to have failed the test. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 1). 4 .5 . (Deleted, Rev. No.1).

5. PACKAGING, LABELING, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

5.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage of additive AKOR-1-p according to GOST 1510-84. Additive AKOR-1 should be stored indoors in the manufacturer's container. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 3).

6. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

6.1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the AKOR-1 additive with the requirements of this standard, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage. 6.2. Guaranteed shelf life of AKOR-1 additive is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Sec. 6. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 2).

15.5.2. surface preservation.

1. The application of working-preservation and conservation oils on the outer surfaces of parts and assemblies is carried out by spraying or with a brush (tampon). The temperature of the oil during application should be:

grease K-17 GOST 10877-76 — 15—40°C oil NG-203A, NG-203B GOST 12328-77 — 15—70°C working-preservation oil with 15—20% additive AKOR-1 GOST 15171-78 — 15-70°С.

Additive AKOR-1 is introduced into lubricating oils for various purposes.

Term protective effect specified oils, conservation and working-preservation and lubricants in closed storage is up to 1.5 years, in open storage - up to one year.

2. Preserve the inner surfaces of the main and final drives of the driving axles by filling them with K-17 grease or working preservation oil with 15–20% AKOR-1 additive.

After running the machine for 5-10 minutes. on all gears, drain the conservation grease K-17 into special containers, then plug all the holes with plugs and plugs.

The technology for preparing working-preservation oil with 15–20% AKOR-1 additive is as follows:

Drain the oil from the main and final drives of the driving axles into separate containers. If the oils have reached their expiration date, use fresh, dehydrated ones;

Pour into a container equipped with a heater required amount dehydrated working oil. If there is water in the oil, dehydrate it by heating at a temperature of 110-120 ° C until foaming stops;

Heat the oil to a temperature of 60 ° C and introduce an additive in an amount of 15-20% (by weight). Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The uniformity of the inhibited oil is determined by the absence of foam stains on the oil jet. Preparation of working-preservation oil can be done manually or using mechanization. It is possible to use mixing tanks of any design. In the case of using mechanical means, heating the oil with an additive is not necessary. When carrying out preservation on special stands and installations, it is not allowed to pour additive I directly into the filling tank of the stand, since in this case, due to the high adhesion and viscosity of the additive, a part remains on the stands of the filling tank and does not mix with oil.

The period of protective action of the specified conservation and working-preservation oils and lubricants is up to 1.5 years. The period of protective action of the working oil filled into the engine lubrication system is 6 months. It is necessary to start and warm up the engine every three months in accordance with the recommendations of the Engine Operation Manual.

3. When using water as a coolant, it is necessary to preserve the internal surfaces of the cooling system by first draining the water. Preservation is carried out with a solution of the following composition:

glycerin distilled or crude GOST 6824-76 - 77-80%

potassium chromate GOST 4459-75

or bichromate GOST 4220-76 - 3-5%

soda ash (synthetic) GOST 51.00 - 0.6-1%

drinking water - up to 100%.

Preservation solution should be prepared in a metal container with a lockable lid. Before preparing the solution, the container must be dried.

Dissolve in a separate container a measured amount of potassium dichromate or potassium chromate in a measured amount drinking water, heated to a temperature of 50-60 ° C. Pour soda ash into the solution and mix. Pour the measured calculated amount of glycerin into the container for preparing the solution. Then, in compliance necessary measures precautions pour into a container prepared water solution soda inhibitor. Thoroughly mix the inhibitor solution with glycerol using a stirrer until a homogeneous composition is obtained. The container with the solution must be closed with a lid and sealed.

4. Apply with a brush or spray a mixture of aluminum powder with a light oil varnish or aluminum paste with white spirit in a ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 to the prepared surfaces of pneumatic tires, sleeves, hoses and other rubber products. The term of protective action is up to 1.5 years. It is allowed to use a melokasein composition, which is a mixture of chalk - 75% by weight, casein glue - 20%, slaked lime 4.5%, soda ash- 0.25% and phenol - 0.25%. Dissolve one kilogram of the mixture in 2.5 liters warm water and apply with a brush to prepared surfaces. The duration of the protective action open storage up to 4 months.

5. Pack parts and assemblies in one layer of paraffin paper. In the absence of waxed paper, use condenser paper, two-layer packaging, greaseproof. Parts with slots and teeth should be wrapped in two layers of paper, in addition, parts weighing 15 kg or more should be additionally wrapped with a layer of paraffin paper.
