The combustion chamber - the flame tube and the boiler body have a cylindrical shape. The convective heating surfaces are formed by second and third pass smoke tubes located axially symmetrically around the combustion chamber. Two-, three-row layout of second-pass fire tubes ensures high intensity of heat transfer.
The front cover of the boiler can be fully opened with the burner installed in any direction. With the front door open, convenient access to the combustion chamber and smoke tubes is provided when maintenance and boiler cleaning. At the bottom of the lid, auxiliary guides are provided to facilitate the process of closing the door.
An inspection hatch is provided in the upper part of the boiler body to inspect the fire tubes from the side of the heat carrier.
Wide annular space and large volume of water in the boiler provide the most optimal mode of operation of the boiler in the entire range of heat output.
There is a burner plate for mounting the burner on the front door. Visual control of the flame in the combustion chamber is carried out through the viewing eye.
To evenly distribute the weight load, the boiler has a solid frame base.
Continuous highly efficient thermal insulation of the boiler consists of laminated mineral wool mats 100 mm thick. The surface of the boiler is lined with corrugated aluminum coating, providing a spectacular appearance throughout the entire service life.
To move the boiler during installation and loading and unloading operations, lifting eyes are provided on the boiler body, installed symmetrically with respect to the center of mass of the boiler.

The TT 100 boiler is designed as a gas-tube flue type boiler. The combustion chamber and the boiler body are cylindrical. The flue gas collector is cleaned through a hatch in the flue gas collection chamber of the boiler. Water inlet and outlet pipes, as well as an emergency line pipe are located on top of the boiler. Boilers TT-100 with a capacity of 2000 kW and more have two emergency line pipes. Fittings for temperature sensors are welded into the water inlet and outlet pipes. A water-guiding element is mounted under the water inlet pipe for smooth mixing of cold return water with a warm boiler. There is a burner plate for mounting the burner on the front cover. Visual control of the flame in the combustion chamber is carried out through the viewing eye. The flue gas outlet is located at the top rear wall boiler. To evenly distribute the weight load, the boiler has a frame base made of a channel. The continuous enclosing thermal insulation of the boiler consists of mineral wool mats 100 mm thick. Outside, the boiler body is sheathed with a protective casing made of aluminum sheet. For transportation of the boiler, butts are provided, welded to the upper part of the body symmetrically with respect to the center of mass of the boiler.
