Copper-aluminum heat exchangers from VEZA. Veza heat exchangers VNV243 series

Plate-type copper-aluminum heat exchangers manufactured according to specifications TU 4663-028-40149153-99, designed for heating and cooling air in systems air heating, ventilation and air conditioning various designs. Heat exchangers are designed for operation in areas with a temperate and cold climate (UHL3 according to GOST 15150).

Design and principle of operation of VNV 243, VOV 243

According to the heat carrier used, heat exchangers are divided into the following groups:

- VNV 243 (water heater) - used as a heat carrier hot water;

VOV 243 (air cooler) - used as an energy carrier cold water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions.

The design and manufacturing technology of these heat exchangers are basically identical. Structural and technological features each type will be discussed below. The heat exchanger consists of one or more rows copper pipes ok with an outer diameter of 12 mm, finned with heat exchange elements in the form of corrugated plates made of aluminum foil thickness 0.12 ... 0.25 mm. The tubes are combined into groups, the ends of which are soldered into collectors made of steel or copper pipes, through which the inlet and outlet of the coolant or refrigerant is carried out. To connect with external system collectors have special nozzles that provide

welded, threaded or flanged connection. By agreement with the consumer, heat exchangers are manufactured with frontal section sizes from 200×100 (mm) to 3000×2000 (mm). Heating or cooling of air occurs when it passes through the heat exchanger in the process of interaction with copper pipes and aluminum plates. Compared to steel heaters, the use of copper-aluminum elements increases the efficiency of heat transfer and reduces energy costs, but imposes additional requirements on the installation and operation of these devices.

Design of water heat exchangers allows you to provide both direct-flow (the direction of movement of air and energy carrier are the same) and countercurrent (the direction of movement of air and energy carrier are opposite) schemes for connecting water.

When choosing a scheme, it must be taken into account that the operation of the air heater in counterflow mode allows you to get an increase of 10% of the heat output, and the use of a direct-flow scheme significantly reduces the risk of freezing the heat exchanger. When the calculated air temperature at the air heater inlet is above minus 15 °C, it is advisable to use a counterflow scheme, as it provides more efficient heat removal, and at more low temperatures- direct-flow, as safer.

For the air cooler, only the counterflow circuit is used, since there is no danger of freezing.

The Veza heat exchanger of the VNV243 series is represented by water air heaters, where hot water is used as a heat carrier. The relevance of using such copper-aluminum plate heat exchangers is observed in air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. In areas with a cold and temperate climate, operation will be most appropriate. What are design features such equipment, and what models do we sell?

Design features

The design of VNV243 heat exchangers is represented by copper tubes (one or several rows), the outer diameter of which is 12 mm. Corrugated aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.12-0.25 mm are used as heat exchange elements for their finning.

The coolant exits and enters through copper and steel pipes collectors into which the ends of grouped tubes are soldered. The collectors, in turn, are equipped with special branch pipes with flanged, threaded or welded joint, which provides a connection to an external system. The size of the front section of the heat exchanger can be 200x100-3000x2000 mm at the choice of the consumer.

Principle of operation

Interaction with aluminum plates and copper tubes provides heating of the air while it passes through the heat exchanger. Elements made of an alloy of copper and aluminum provide lower energy costs and efficient heat transfer when compared with steel heaters. On the other hand, higher requirements are imposed on the installation and operation of such models.

Due to the design features, water connection can be carried out both in counter-flow and in direct-flow scheme. In the first case, the energy carrier and air move in different directions, and in the second - in one direction.

Classification

Veza VNV243 heat exchangers can be classified as follows, depending on their purpose and design differences.

  1. Water heat exchangers acting as analogues of heaters KVS, KVB and KSk. This group includes single-row, two-row, three- and four-row models.
  2. Duct air heaters.
  3. Units for central air conditioners KCKP can be used both as part of the air conditioning system and as a separate air heater in process plant or ventilation system.
  4. Special heat exchangers designed to solve other technical tasks, except for installation in air conditioning systems.

Any model that interests you can be purchased from our company. We not only manufacture and sell the equipment in question, but also provide detailed advice on the choice of a particular unit, depending on the operating conditions.

Series Description

Lamellar copper-aluminum heat exchangers manufactured by Veza are designed for heating and cooling air in air heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of various designs.

According to the heat carrier used, the heat exchangers are divided into the following groups: VNV 243 (water air heater) - hot water is used as the heat carrier; VOV 243 (air cooler) - cold water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions are used as an energy carrier.
Depending on the purpose, the manufactured heat exchangers can be divided into several groups with certain design features:
1. Water heat exchangers - analogues of KSK, KVB and KVS type heaters. This type of heat exchangers is designed to replace the KSK, KVB and KVS heat exchangers during the reconstruction and repair of existing systems or for use in newly designed ventilation systems.

Subgroups VNV.243: single-row - used as closers in ventilation systems or as air heaters not lower than -10°С;
double row - used as air heaters in ventilation systems;
three-row - used as air heaters when used return water(water mode 60/40 °C) or as air heaters in technological processes(for example, in a chamber for drying wood);
four-row - are used as air coolers in ventilation systems.

2. Duct air heaters (KVN). The standard dimensions of the KVN frontal sections correspond to the sections of existing air ducts. Connecting dimensions correspond to connecting dimensions duct ventilation elements ( duct fans, duct electric heaters, duct silencers, etc.), which allows them to be used for embedding in existing systems ventilation or to replace imported duct heaters. KVN subgroups: two-row for rectangular air ducts - used to heat air in ventilation systems; three-row for rectangular air ducts - used as air heaters in ventilation systems, as well as heat exchangers for air curtains; heat exchangers for round air ducts.

3. Heat exchangers for central air conditioners of the KCKP type. Designed for installation or replacement of failed heat exchangers in air conditioners manufactured by Veza and other manufacturers. In addition, these heat exchangers can be used as separate air heaters (air coolers) in ventilation systems or in process plants.

4. Special heat exchangers. Heat exchangers manufactured by Veza can be used not only for installation in air conditioning systems, but also for solving other technical problems.
Veza develops and manufactures both individual heat exchangers and products based on them.
