The thickness of the metal is 3 mm - both the outer and inner jackets of the boiler, it is possible to make it from thicker metal, or even from stainless steel - then the boiler should be enough for grandchildren. But all this costs extra money, and on the other hand, TT energy boilers are made in Ukraine from 3 mm - for 7 years there has not been a single case of problems with the boiler jacket - and their coal is more aggressive. Corrosion from oxygen in the water is not as bad as corrosion inside the firebox. If in the first case it is possible to achieve longevity by a rare change of coolant, then it can be much unpredictable in the second case. Therefore, in order to avoid condensation in the boiler, we keep the temperature at the outlet of the boiler at least 60 degrees. Well, the fact that some put thicker is a moot point and often this is done for the sake of marketing. Here they say, we are thicker, which means it’s better, fly in))).

At the beginning of the summer, he called for exactly the same help to me, for a model of 30 kilowatts - exactly 10 different boilers were made, several different bunkers, a bunker from 250 liters to 1.5 cubic meters:
