All of them are inherent in each of us to one degree or another, and their balance is responsible for the state of our health. A huge number of factors, such as stress, lack of sleep, malnutrition, affect the movement, increase and decrease of doshas in the body. Moreover, each of them changes according to the time of day, the phases of digestion, age and season.

HOW TO DEFINE YOUR DOSH TYPE?

Every person is born with one or two doshas dominant, with their balance we are healthy, happy and full of energy. When imbalanced, we can experience skin problems, indigestion, insomnia, anxiety, and more serious illnesses.

They are very calm and kind people who are always ready to help. In a state of balance, Kapha is characterized by generosity, the ability to love, tenderness and softness. In a state of imbalance, people of this type can turn into lazy people, lovers to lie down at home and hide from society. They are very strongly attached to people and things, often afraid to let go of something. can't stand change. They may show a tendency to accumulate and even greed. From the unwillingness to communicate and do anything, depression or apathy can occur.

Kapha is oily, cold, heavy, slow, smooth, sticky, stable. To calm her and bring her into balance, we need to use the opposite qualities:
