For reproduction, healthy leaves are separated at the base from the middle part of the rosette, which have reached at least 3/4 of the normal length, with a petiole no more than 4 cm (many experts allow up to 7 cm). The cut is made with a sharp razor and air-dried for 30 minutes. Then the leaf cutting is placed in settled water at room temperature in an opaque cup for rooting in a bright, warm place, immersing it 2-2.5 cm. .
