5.3 Upon receipt of a batch of raw materials in a volume less than indicated in Table 1, the batch must be fully processed.

5.4 To determine the waste and losses of raw materials during heat treatment, batches of raw materials are used based on the yield of finished products in the amount established by the head of the enterprise.

5.5 The number of repetitions in determining waste and loss of raw materials is determined independently, based on production needs.

5.6 Work to determine waste and losses during mechanical and thermal processing of raw materials is carried out according to the schemes presented in tables 2 and 3.

5.6.1 An approximate scheme for carrying out work to determine waste and losses during the mechanical processing of raw materials is presented in table 2.

Determination of the total amount of waste and losses

* Processing of raw materials depends on their thermal state (fresh, chilled or frozen). Chilled and fresh raw materials are processed without preliminary preparation, and ice cream is thawed in accordance with technological recommendations. In cases where raw ice cream comes with icing, the icing is first removed and the mass of the raw material in plastic or paper packaging is determined by weighing, the raw material without packaging is taken as the initial one. Losses during defrosting are set by the calculated

topics (see section 7).

** Under the calculation method, production losses include unaccounted losses.

5.6.2 General waste and losses during the mechanical processing of raw materials (products) are summed up from the following indicators: weight loss during defrosting, food waste, technical waste, production losses, unaccounted losses.

5.6.3 An approximate scheme for carrying out work to determine losses during heat treatment is presented in table 3.

* When frying breaded culinary products, the calculation is carried out taking into account the mass of the breading (lezon).

5.6.4 Losses during heat treatment of raw materials (products, semi-finished products) are determined for dishes and products sold (disposed) in a hot state, taking into account losses during cooling to a temperature of 40 ° C, for dishes and products sold (disposed) in a cold state , - after cooling to a supply temperature of 14 °C.

Note - After cooling of hot dishes and products to a temperature of less than 40 ° C, there is no decrease in the mass of products.

When carrying out work, they use serviceable scales that have passed the state metrological verification and are accurately installed in accordance with the operating instructions.

6.3 To determine the duration of heat treatment, use the indications of a timer, stopwatch or clock with a second hand.

6.4 The temperature regime of heat treatment is determined using timers or thermostats installed on the equipment, non-mercury thermometers in a metal frame or other modern measuring instruments. The temperature is measured at the geometric center of the product.

7 Making calculations

7.1 Waste and losses during the culinary (mechanical and thermal) processing of raw materials (products) are determined by calculation using the formulas given in table 4.

State standard of the USSR

WOODEN WINDOWS AND BALCONY DOORS WITH DOUBLE GLAZING FOR RESIDENTIAL AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS

Types, designanddimensions

Wooden windows and balcony doors of double glazing for dwelling and public buildings. Types, structure and dimensions

GOST 11214-86

Instead of GOST 11214-78

By the Decree of the State Committee of the USSR for Construction of November 14, 1985 No. 191, the deadline for the introduction was established

from 01.01.87

This standard applies to wooden windows and balcony doors with double glazing intended for residential and public buildings, as well as for auxiliary buildings and premises of enterprises in various sectors of the national economy.

1. Types, sizes and brands

1.1. Windows and balcony doors manufactured according to this standard are divided into types:

C - with twin doors and door leafs;

R - with separate wings and door leafs.

1.2. The overall dimensions of windows, balcony doors and the dimensions of openings for them must correspond to:

for residential buildings - indicated in hell. 1 and in Appendix 1;

for public buildings - indicated in hell. 2 and in Appendix 2.

Windows and balcony doors shown in Fig. 1, it is allowed to apply to public buildings.

1.3. Windows sizes 9-13.5; 12-13.5; 15-13.5; 18-13.5 and 21-13.5 modules (module M-100 mm) for filling openings in the walls of non-modular brick face masonry, at the request of the consumer, it is allowed to produce a width of 80 mm more than indicated, by increasing the wide sashes, and the window dimensions 15-6 modules - with a width of 70 mm less than specified, while the marking is changed accordingly to 9-14; 12-14; 15-14; 18-14; 21-14 and 15-5.

1.4. For residential buildings erected in the IV climatic region, it is allowed to use windows with a narrow sash (without a vent).

1.5. At the request of consumers, single-leaf windows and balcony doors, incl. with window sashes and transoms, should also be made left, and multi-leaf windows with an asymmetrical pattern - in a negative image.

1.6. The following structure of the symbol (brand) of windows and balcony doors is established:

At the end of the brand of windows and balcony doors with single glazing, before the designation of the standard, add the number 1 through a dash.

An example of a symbolic designation is a type C window for an opening 15 dm high and 9 dm wide, with right hinged sashes:

OS 15-9 GOST 11214-86

The same, with the left hinged sashes:

OS 15-9L GOST 11214-86

Right balcony door type C for opening 22 dm high and 9 dm wide:
