Dried fruits are a storehouse of vitamins and microelements. For baked desserts, use raisins, any nuts and fresh fruit. To avoid burning the dish, cover the pans with parchment paper greased with any oil.

Ingredients:

  • homemade cottage cheese – 450 g;
  • semolina – 2 tbsp;
  • sugar – 2-4 tbsp;
  • fresh eggs – 2 pcs;
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar – 15 g;
  • prunes – 10 pcs;
  • dried apricots – 10 pcs;
  • orange zest – 2 tsp;
  • sour cream – 6 tbsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse dried fruits and soak in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain off excess water and dry.
  2. Separately, beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla, and the whites with salt.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, 4 tbsp sour cream, semolina, dried fruits, yolks, add cinnamon and orange zest. At the end of the kneading, add the protein mass.
  4. Place in baking dishes, brush with remaining sour cream and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200°C.
  5. Let the products cool, place on serving plates, pour honey or jam on top, and garnish with a mint leaf.

Curd pudding with apples in a slow cooker

For the fruit component of the recipe, pears or fresh berries are suitable. The main thing is to maintain the proportions so that the finished dish remains airy.

Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • medium fat cottage cheese – 650 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • apples – 3-4 pcs;
  • sugar – 4 tbsp;
  • butter – 2 tbsp;
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp;
  • semolina – 2 tbsp;
  • cinnamon – 2 tsp;
  • salt - on the tip of the knife;

To grease the mold:

  • butter – 1-2 tbsp;
  • wheat crackers – 2 tbsp.

For sour cream sauce:

  • powdered sugar – 4 tbsp;
  • vanillin – 1-2 g;
  • sour cream – 250 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan, sprinkle the apples with 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, simmer until soft, and cool.
  3. Mix the grated cottage cheese and yolks mashed with the remaining sugar, add sour cream, semolina, apples, and lightly chop with a mixer.
  4. Beat the egg whites with salt into a thick foam and combine with the curd mass.
  5. Grease the multicooker container with butter, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs and lay out the prepared mixture.
  6. Bake for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode.
  7. Let the finished product cool, cut the pudding and top with whipped sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.
