It is clear that we strive to get rid of or quickly complete an activity or process that is somehow unpleasant or uninteresting to us. Or we just don't see much point in it. These can be assignments at work or tasks that you yourself set for yourself, because this is required to achieve some important result in the future. At first glance, everything is logical.
Despite the obvious simplicity, I had many cases when, instead of doing business, I chose absolutely illogical, but definitely more an exciting activity- video games. If at the time when I was a gamer, it was still somehow justified, then when I finally stopped playing games, it became a real problem. I did not know how to escape from the tedious work.
