So, the most popular configuration of the Boeing 777-300 Emirates includes 12 first class seats, 42 business class seats and 310 economy class seats.

All seats are equipped with a separate USB connector and a 110V outlet. Also, on board everyone has an individual monitor with an ICE entertainment system.

If you have a night flight and don't want to be woken up, use special stickers on your seats.

In economy class (not to mention first and business), you should be fed well, the number of times depends on the duration of the flight. The choice of drinks is always great. Children are often treated with a very attentive and caring approach.

I'll just say a few words. First class offers very comfortable seats/beds with an exquisite menu, service at the level of a five-star hotel and a wonderful flight experience over any distance.

WITH 6 to 11 rows takes business class. The seats are also very comfortable, reclining almost 180 degrees and the pitch between rows is about 1.5 meters.

However, there are some caveats to this salon.

Rows 7 and 8 are close to the kitchen and toilets. These are more hectic places compared to the others. The kitchen will remain open at night, as will the toilets.

Therefore, if you want to fully relax, take places further away.

7A and 7K in addition, they do not have a porthole.

11 row located closest to the noisier economy class. There is a very thin partition there.

Also, on the 16th row there are mounts for baby bassinets, so passengers with small children can be closest to you.

Flying next to a baby crying the entire flight is not the most comfortable pastime.

From 16 to 50 rows occupies economy class. The standard row spacing is 32 inches (81 cm). The width of the seats is 43 cm.

Now let's go through the rows in detail.

16 row- this is a standard row in front of the partition. Here are the mounts for baby bassinets (as we wrote about above). Folding tables and an individual screen are placed in one of the armrests, making it immovable.

Also, you cannot place hand luggage on the floor during takeoff and landing.

On the plus side, we note that during the flight they will not recline the back of your seat towards you. In conditions of a small step between the rows of economy class, this is a rather pleasant detail.

Seat backs in row 21 rest against the toilet wall and are limited in tilting. Also, proximity to toilets always means unnecessary fuss, walking and extraneous sounds.

The same applies to 23 rows. Also, note that 23A and 23K do not have a full-fledged porthole. A small window is placed on the emergency door.

The table and monitor are located in the armrest. You must not block the approaches to the emergency hatches with your hand luggage. It is also prohibited for a certain category of passengers to be in these places: with children, animals, disabled people and the elderly.

If not for one significant plus, we would call these one of the most uncomfortable on board.

However, due to the placement of the escape hatches, there will be plenty of legroom in front of you. This is a significant plus, especially on long-distance flights.

Rows 35 and 36 located close to the kitchen. As we already said, this is unnecessary fuss.

37 row is notable for the fact that it has the same pros and cons as 23. However, there is a certain pattern that the free seat in front of you is often used by passengers from other rows to take a walk and stretch their legs.

38 row D,E,F,G- good places. However, they are primarily used for passengers with small children.

45C and 45H— the backs of the seats protrude slightly into the main salon. They can be grabbed by passing people and flight attendants with trolleys.

48A,B,J,K— The seat backs are limited in reclining. Also, under the seat in front there is an in-flight entertainment server. This results in less legroom.

50 row— the backs rest against the kitchen wall. The toilets are also very close.

Boeing 777-300 ER cabin layout at Emirates Airlines

As of 2018, the Emirates aircraft fleet includes 140 aircraft of this type. The airline offers its passengers three versions of the cabin layout in the Boeing 777-300 ER:

  • Three classes (see diagram).
  • Three classes with personal cabins.
  • Two classes.

All cabin layout options can be found on the airline’s website.

Let's look at the layout and arrangement of seats on an Emirates aircraft with a three-class cabin configuration and highlight the best seats.

Other Boeing 777-300 ER cabin configurations:

First grade

12 first class seats are arranged: 2-2-2. The step between two rows is 175 cm. If desired, the chair can be folded out into a horizontal bed. The tilt angle in a sitting position is 40 degrees. Each seat is surrounded by a privacy partition.

Each seat has ample personal space. For entertainment, a custom display is offered, with a large number of video and audio programs. The video library has a large selection of films and computer games. For a comfortable stay, a personal travel kit is provided: sleep masks, slippers, socks, down pillows and blankets.

Passengers in this class can use a satellite phone, fax, chargers with a USB input, and a power outlet.

A large selection of menus, drinks, fine wines - everything is offered in an elegant setting.

Business Class

The business salon is divided into two parts: 14 seats from rows 6 to 7, and 28 seats from 8 to 11. Configuration: 2-3-2.

Emirates Business Class passengers are offered wide, fully lie-flat seats. The distance between the seats is 122 cm.

Look for cheap tickets for any type of transport without leaving your home:

Otherwise, everything is the same as in first class: an individual display with a choice of various programs, films and games. Ability to use telephone, fax, computer. Charger via USB input.

Business passengers are offered individual travel and hygiene kits (the latter only on night flights).

Economy class

The cabin of this class is divided into three parts for the convenience of passengers.

The seats are arranged: 3-4-3. The seat pitch is 79 cm. Each seat has a personal display built into the back of the seat in front. Passengers can watch movies, listen to music and play video games throughout the flight. You can also use mobile phones and chargers.

The menu selection depends on the duration of the flight. Economy class passengers are offered alcoholic and soft drinks: beer, white and red wine, aperitifs, juices. For lunch and dinner we offer: hot dishes, snacks, salads, desserts, chocolate, tea and coffee.

Emirates sells Economy Class tickets at different fares: Flex, Special and Saver. You can select seats in the cabin without additional payment only at the Flex tariff.

First salon

60 seats from 16th to 21st rows. In the Boeing 777-300 ER, the best seats in this cabin are in the first row (16 according to the layout). Emirates provides them primarily to passengers with infants, because... Mounts for the cradle are installed here. These seats can only be obtained at check-in at the airport.

If you require a crib on board, please indicate this when booking your ticket or call the Emirates help desk in Moscow. Calls within Russia are free.

There are 21 seats in the last row, resting against a partition behind which the bathrooms are located.

The small number of passengers in this cabin and its location at the front of the aircraft make it the most comfortable.

Second salon

The second salon starts from row 23 and ends at row 36. There are 178 seats in total. In front of row 23 there are emergency exits and a large space in front of the seats.

It is very comfortable to fly in such seats, but they are not available to everyone. They can only be obtained at check-in at the airport. Restrictions on these seats have been introduced for flight safety reasons. They are not provided:

  • unaccompanied children;
  • passengers with children;
  • disabled people;
  • passengers transporting animals.

Immediately behind the last 36th row of this salon there is a partition. The backrests recline at a slight angle.

Third salon

The third salon has 118 seats. Rows 37 to 50. In front of row 37 there are emergency doors (see restrictions on passenger categories in the description of the second economy cabin). These are the best seats with plenty of legroom in front of the seats.

In rows 46, 47, 48 the seat configuration is 2-4-2 due to the narrowing of the fuselage. Behind 50 there is a partition nearby, and immediately behind it is the galley.

There are two more bathrooms at the rear of the plane.

Emirates' Best Economy Class Seats

Extra legroom:

  • 16 – completely.
  • 23, 37 – A, B, C, H, J, K.

Worst Economy Class Seats

The backs of these places are practically motionless. In addition, passengers in rows 21, 48 and 50 will be disturbed by people going to the toilets.

  • 21 – completely.
  • 35, 50 – D, E, F, G.
  • 36 – A, B, C, H, J, K.
  • 48 – A, B, J, K.
  • If you like to look out the window or take panoramic photos, don't choose a seat above the wings of an airplane. Rows above the wings: from 16 to 31.
  • Luggage cannot be placed under the seats near emergency exits.
  • Porthole seats: A, K.
  • Aisle Seats: C, D, G, H
  • Central places: B, E, F, J.
  • Flying in a fixed-back seat for several hours will be very tiring.

Conclusion

If you are planning to fly with Emirates on a Boeing 777-300 ER, your flight will definitely be comfortable. New plane, entertainment for every passenger, Wi-Fi throughout the flight. But don’t be lazy to familiarize yourself with the interior layout and choose comfortable seats. Then time will fly by and, after landing, you will be rested and in a good mood.

Have a great flight with Emirates Airlines!

Emirates Airlines has unveiled the new First Class interior of the Boeing 777-300ER. Emirates worked with Boeing, Rockwell Collins, Panasonic, Jacques Pierre Jean design studio and Teague to develop the functionality, luxury and comfort of the new cabin.

Six personal cabins, more than 2 meters long and more than 3.7 square meters in area, are located in a 1:1:1 configuration. They have high doors: from floor to ceiling.

In each cabin there is a leather chair more than 1.98 m long and more than 76 cm wide, which folds out in five standard positions until it is fully laid out “turning” into a bed. Adjustment of positions and the “zero gravity” option is carried out using a wireless remote control. Zero gravity is a special position of the chair with an inclination of 40 degrees from the horizontal, simulating for its user the absence of gravity. This position provides utmost convenience, maximum relaxation and a feeling of comfort.

Standard portholes are installed in the side cabins. You can admire the views from them with your own eyes, and with the help of binoculars provided when equipping the outer cabins. In the middle ones there are unique, virtual windows; they transmit and recreate the view overboard in real time using external cameras.

The cabins have a full-size wardrobe, a spacious luggage rack, and space for storing personal items in the armrests and under the TV monitor, allowing you to place all your belongings and use them comfortably.

Each cabin has a minibar. Here you can treat yourself to a glass of exclusive wine or champagne.

To order service, you can use video communication with flight attendants.

For an even more comfortable and quiet flight, you can use noise-cancelling headphones. They were developed by audio experts Bowers & Wilkins specifically for Emirates.

  • A good, free work area with a table 74x48 cm, with a leather notepad and pen. Here you can work with a laptop, read, and this area can also be used for serving dishes. The cabin also has a cocktail table.

  • There are special connectors, HDMI, USB C and RJU ports for charging gadgets and laptops.
  • System for adjusting the temperature in the cabin, depending on personal preference.

Dynamic lighting with 10 intensity options and 7 color options.

First Class passengers during overnight flights are provided with special pajamas with moisturizing properties. These are unique, the first pajamas in the world with such properties; they are created using the technology of hydroactive microcapsules, which have softening and skin-restoring properties. Thanks to nutrient-rich brown seaweed extract, the pajama fabric gently cares for your skin and stimulates blood circulation. The pajamas come with slippers, a sleep mask and a fabric bag in which you can take the entire set with you. Fabrics with hydroactive microcapsule technology reliably retain moisturizing substances, so pajamas can be washed and reused.

The Emirates Boeing 777-300 is one of the most reliable airliners. In addition, it has a significantly increased flight range. The American aircraft manufacturing corporation of the same name offers four interior design options. In this regard, tourists who decide to fly on such an aircraft should familiarize themselves with the cabin layout in advance. In addition, you can find out the location of rows and seats from airline employees.

The cabin diagram of the Emirates Boeing 777-300 shows that it is divided into three classes: first, business and economy. Aircraft of this brand are accepted by many countries around the world, including Russia. The spacious aircraft can accommodate 365 passengers. They are arranged in the following order:

  • 12 first class seats;
  • 43 business class seats;
  • 310 economy class seats.

The back of each chair has a built-in monitor for watching videos, a USB connector and a 110-volt outlet. At the bottom there is a convenient folding footrest for the front passenger. Comfortable seats recline and you can sleep well in them. Passengers who do not want to be disturbed by aircraft staff attach stickers with appropriate inscriptions to their seats.

Regardless of cabin class, all passengers receive special attention.

The flight attendants offer them a large selection of dishes and a wide range of drinks. First class passengers have more choice than people in other cabin classes.

Division of salons according to comfort

The Boeing 777-300 cabin is divided into the following types of comfort classes:

Business Class

Distribution of rows and seats

The seats on the airliner are arranged as follows:

  • 16th row. It borders the business class passenger seats. Despite the soft chairs, their backs do not recline completely. Therefore, passengers sitting in the back feel quite comfortable, stretching their legs comfortably. For some reason, there are no individual screens on the backs of the seats. They are attached to the armrests and occupy a stationary position. In addition, hand luggage cannot be placed on the floor here.
  • 21 row. Its location is an economy class cabin. This is the last row in front of the partition, so the backs of the seats do not recline completely. There is a toilet nearby, so people often gather here, which creates some inconvenience for tourists in armchairs.
  • 23 row. Here passengers have a slightly different situation: there is no window. This series is suitable for people who are afraid of heights. There is no window and the ground is not visible. True, there is an emergency exit hatch nearby, equipped with a small window. It is prohibited to clutter it with any things. Passengers with children, disabled people and the elderly are not recommended to stay here. Monitors and tables are permanently attached to the armrests, which makes it impossible to turn them in the desired direction. However, there are certain advantages: there are no seats in front of the twenty-third row. This allows passengers to position their legs comfortably.
  • 37 row. Also an ideal location for a comfortable stay. It is located near the emergency exit. The distance between the seats has been increased so much that passengers from other rows often walk here, stretching their legs. If you look at the diagram, you will notice that places “A” and “K” are marked in red and are located near the emergency doors. Their inconvenience lies in the insufficient width of the seats, and the seats themselves are partially turned towards the central aisle.
  • 38 row. Ideal seats are chairs with indexes: D, E, F, G. Increased distance to the next row. It is comfortable for parents with children to travel here.
  • "45H" and "45C". The places are not particularly comfortable, as well as terrible discomfort. The seats are slightly pushed towards the main aisle, which is why their backs often hit passengers passing by.
  • 48 row. Seats with indices: A, K, B, J are considered inconvenient. The backs of these chairs do not recline completely. Another inconvenience is created by the front row, since the designers have placed an in-flight entertainment server and other electronics under its seats.
  • 50 row. Behind it is a partition, and then there is a kitchen. There is also a toilet nearby. This row is considered inconvenient for a comfortable flight and pastime.

I recently wrote about what pleasant bonuses blogging sometimes gives. When I was flying to New Zealand, I unexpectedly found myself in business class! How it happened - . The flight from Sydney to Auckland was preceded by two flights. First: Peter-Dubai. Also business class, but the plane is different. Today's post is about what pleased us about the Boeing 777.

Subscribe to updates: Subscribe

01. Emirates Airline is one of the largest in the world. Its creation was initiated by the Emirate of Dubai in 1985. They started with two leased aircraft, and now they have a rich fleet.

02. This flight from St. Petersburg is regular. And the business class cabin is relatively deserted. It consists of two parts. I got a chair in the second of them. It was a complete mess here - literally a couple of places were occupied.

03. I quickly settled in and prepared my camera to photograph St. Petersburg from a bird's eye view. By the way, for the first time I flew from the new terminal of Pulkovo Airport:

04. The engines of our plane are warming up, and on the right another ship with cool pixel graphics on its tail is preparing to take off:

05. Eh, again I was unlucky with the shooting location. I thought the takeoff would be in the other direction. Did not guess. Therefore, I only got one photo. Who knows St. Petersburg like the back of their hand? What kind of place is it?

06. A couple more minutes and we reach the clouds. You can admire them while completely relaxed. And you can stretch your legs exactly the distance that is necessary for complete happiness. It seems like a small thing, but over a six-hour flight it turns into a very pleasant plus. No tucked knees! Spaciousness between the seats and comfortable seats are the No. 1 point in the benefits of business class.

07. The service is excellent. And the chair let us down. Apparently, passengers used its functions 100%. Or maybe they were just testing the strength of the equipment around them.

08. The button responsible for adjusting the partition between the seats was broken and glued back crookedly. Now it has a dubious decorative function - no matter how hard you press it, it won’t work.

09. The second most important thing in business class is food. The world's best chefs spend a huge amount of time developing menus for airlines. Well, the fact that during meals you use real plates, wielding iron knives, forks, and spoons is a plus by default.

10. Arina chose the seat next to me. While she was trying to figure out the multimedia system built into each chair, her breakfast arrived.

11. And I ordered soup and, unlike Arina, I preferred water rather than champagne.

12. Rumor has it that business class has huge toilets. Liars! Their size is far from king size, no different from economy size. Except that it's clean. But what exactly is behind the cleanliness: super service or a small number of passengers?

13. We approach our destination. Boeing aircraft are powered by Rolls-Royce engines. Few people know, but a significant part of the company’s production is focused on creating aircraft engines.

14. I thought that we would get to the airport using a telescopic arm. Still, Emirates Airline... But no! Contrary to my expectations, we go by bus. Apparently, this method of transporting passengers is cheaper.

The story was not very voluminous, although there were a lot of impressions. The fact is that they were completely eclipsed by the flight on the Airbus A380. I’ll tell you about this trip in a few days.

I publish daily posts with beautiful photos from my trips, so subscribe to updates!: Subscribe
