Both avenues are noisy and not particularly beautiful. If at Blucher you look at endless garages, then at Polyustrovsky you will see a post-apocalyptic complex of electric power enterprises. Alas, there is no floral aroma around Lily of the Valley. Closer to the construction site, there is a smell of garbage from a small but smelly garbage dump. Previously, there was a landfill on the site of "Lilies of the Valley" and on the territory of neighboring residential complexes. But the developers claim that they have removed all contaminated soil from their sites.

The “City of Craftsmen” is already being populated and improved, acquiring a civilized appearance. Next up is Medalist. It’s good that “Lilies of the Valley” has such neighbors - without them it would be completely uncomfortable.

Construction

Work at the site is being actively carried out, even in the evening. There is a lot of equipment, a lot of workers and a lot has already been done: not only residential buildings are visible, but also parking lots. There is a sales point near the construction site, but it is not working - the office says that a representative will appear there closer to September or in the fall. After admiring the “Lilies of the Valley”, I decide to get out onto Blucher Avenue, but I can’t find a safe road.
