Solid fuel boiler bourgeois 10 kW. Russian pyrolysis solid fuel boiler bourgeois for long burning. Service and repair

Dear company "BURJUI-K"

Finally, we have put your T-10 pyrolysis boiler into operation. An ordinary village house (log house) is located in the Kostroma district in the village of Kalinki.

Since the construction of the house for heating, the Russian stove has served us faithfully, which still stands today. Many of our friends have long had wood-fired heating boilers, but when talking with them, it was not clear why they needed it at all - the same amount of firewood is burned per season, you need to buy pipes, radiators, make sure that the heating system does not defrost.

I don’t remember from whom, but I heard that there are such pyrolysis boilers that work much more economically than conventional solid fuel boilers. Having estimated that 8-10 kW of the boiler would be enough for our 80 meters, I began to "look closely" at what they offer in specialized stores. Almost immediately I came across boilers with the unusual name "BURZHUY-K". And after the seller told me that imported pyrolysis boilers are 2 times more expensive (and your boiler is also expensive for my budget), and they also need electricity to work, I thought what to look for further, just waste time.

We have not demolished the stove yet, but put the boiler in a separate room at the entrance. It didn’t take much to make the wiring, since now there is polypropylene and you don’t need to cook anything. I had to tinker with the chimney, because I was told that it must be insulated and located vertically up from the boiler. I also installed a circulation pump, although I was not advised. But it’s more convenient, the house warms up by 10 degrees in less than an hour!

This season we stoked with ordinary boards, so-so firewood, I'll tell you. But literally on the second or third day, having adapted to the operation of the air damper, we left for 7 hours from one bookmark and this is on pine boards! In the summer next year we are planning to buy good birch firewood, I am sure that the boiler will work on them even longer than the indicated 8 hours!

We are very satisfied with the boiler, for which we thank you very much.

Sincerely, Oleg Vitalievich Zaemov.

Introduction

Many owners of private houses are increasingly choosing a pyrolysis boiler as a source of heating. However, imported devices have a significantly high cost. Not so long ago, Russian-made solid fuel pyrolysis-type boilers under the brand name Bourgeois K appeared on the domestic market. During this time, they have earned a lot of flattering reviews from both consumers and professionals. In this article, we will analyze the model range of Bourgeois K boilers and see what are their main advantages. So let's get started.

What is a pyrolysis boiler?

Pyrolysis is a method of dry distillation of solid fuels. Under the influence of high temperature, it decomposes into solid and gaseous components, which are then burned separately.

  1. With manual air supply adjustment

    Adjustment of the amount of air supplied is carried out using the adjusting bolt.

  2. With automatic adjustment

    The amount of air supplied is regulated automatically by a mechanical temperature controller

  3. With automatic adjustment and DHW circuit

    In addition to the presence of automatic air supply, the solid fuel boiler is a double-circuit, i.e. equipped with an additional hot water circuit.

Solid fuel boilers Bourgeois K can operate on the following types of fuel:

  • firewood;
  • coal of any brand;
  • woodworking waste.

As a body carrier is used:

  • water;
  • non-freezing liquid.

The plant produces these three modifications of pyrolysis boilers with a capacity of 10, 20, 50 and 100 kW. Below is a table of models presented on the official website:

In addition to the devices listed above, the company BURZHUY-K LLC announced the release of a new model with an electric heating element.

Pros and cons

Heating boilers Bourgeois K have a number of advantages, thanks to which they have taken a leading position in sales among domestically produced devices. Let's consider their advantages in more detail:

  • thermal insulation

    All modifications of Bourgeois-K boilers are equipped with reliable thermal insulation made of mineral wool. This will allow you to significantly reduce heat loss and reduce the cost of heating your home.

  • steel body

    The body, as well as all other components, are made of special heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel designed specifically for the production of boilers and capable of working under pressure. The device contains over 200 different parts.

  • powder coating

    Powder coating protects the body of the solid fuel boiler from moisture and various salts and acids. Such a coating is not afraid of high temperatures and has high rates of abrasion resistance and strength, which will allow for a long time to maintain a decent appearance of the boiler.

  • automatic combustion control

    Due to the presence of a mechanical temperature controller, the likelihood of overheating is significantly reduced. Compliance with the required temperature regime will extend the life of both the pyrolysis boiler itself and the entire heating system as a whole.

  • energy independence

    The absence in the design of nodes that require power supply provides undeniable advantages in use in areas remote from power lines.

  • the presence of a DHW circuit

    In addition to performing its main function - space heating, the Bourgeois K double-circuit pyrolysis boiler is capable of producing hot water for sanitary needs.

  • economy

    Thanks to the use of the pyrolysis principle, high fuel efficiency is achieved. During operation of the boiler, a small amount of ash remains, and gaseous waste is almost entirely composed of water vapor.

Solid fuel boiler "Bourgeois-K Standard-10" with a capacity of 10 kW, operating on the principle of pyrolysis combustion, is designed for heating residential and small industrial facilities up to 90 m 2 (with a ceiling height of up to 3 meters), equipped with water heating systems with natural or forced circulation. Like all Bourgeois-K pyrolysis boilers, this model is characterized by the most efficient processes of complete fuel combustion and heat transfer.

Boiler "Bourgeois-K Standard-10" is an all-welded structure made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel, consisting of several combustion chambers. The chamber for supplying primary air and gasification (lower), the chamber for afterburning gases and the chamber for heating and supplying secondary air (upper). Additional equipment is the metal casing of the boiler with a heat-resistant coating and an insulating basalt layer, which provides high-quality thermal insulation of the boiler.

The process of gasification of wood (pyrolysis) occurs in the lower chamber of the boiler (furnace or boot space) under the influence of heat and with limited air access. The resulting wood gas enters the upper afterburner, where it mixes with the already preheated secondary air. The mixture of gas and air ignites and transfers the resulting heat to the boiler water through the heat exchange surfaces. Thanks to this control of the combustion process, a rapid heating of the boiler elements is achieved, which contribute to clean combustion at full or partial load. The pyrolysis method of solid fuel combustion and the special design of the furnace spaces provide high boiler performance with low fuel consumption.

The main type of fuel for the Bourgeois-K Standard-10 boiler is firewood (wooden logs with a diameter of 40 to 100 mm, a maximum allowable humidity of 20%), lump peat and briquetted fuel. As an alternative, you can use coal with a calorific value up to 6000 kcal and a grain size of at least 40 mm. The type of wood and its moisture content have a decisive influence on the power, efficiency of the boiler and the fuel filling interval. To achieve the rated power, the maximum allowable moisture content of the wood should not exceed 20%. The period of continuous operation on one tab is approximately 6-12 hours, depending on the technical parameters of the heating system, density, type and quality of fuel, as well as outdoor temperature. Thus, it is possible to make a firebox only a couple of times a day, which is a significant advantage of a pyrolysis boiler over a traditional one (direct combustion), while the consumption of firewood is reduced by at least a third.

The water used as a heating medium must be clean and must have a pH value above 7.2 with a minimum carbonate hardness. Instead of water, it is allowed to use special antifreeze for heating systems, but it must be borne in mind that the power of the heating system will be significantly reduced.

The temperature of the heat carrier at the outlet of the boiler is adjusted using the automatic draft regulator included in the delivery set. Under the action of a chain tensioned by the regulator, the primary air control door will open when the temperature drops and close as soon as the water temperature begins to rise.

Combustion products in this pyrolysis boiler after cooling are removed due to natural draft. The smoke emitted consists mainly of carbon dioxide alone and does not contain aggressive or harmful substances. In this case, ash is formed in a much smaller amount than in a direct combustion boiler, and soot is absent. All this reduces the frequency of cleaning and greatly simplifies its process.

The Bourgeois-K Standard-10 long-burning boiler is independent of electricity and is quite easy to use.
