Candlestick from tree branches

Before you start, prepare:

dried branches;
low glass;
glue gun;
a candle;
secateurs.

Let's get started:

1. Look for suitable, not very thick branches, wash them and dry them properly, and then give them the same length with pruners.

2. Place a glass in front of you, apply glue to each branch and carefully lean them against the glass, holding them with your hands for about a minute. Glue each subsequent branch close to the previous one.

3. Now it's the turn of the candle. It should not be higher than a glass. The candle must be inserted in the middle and the product is ready.

This is not the only candle option using twigs. The next option is much easier. Only after drying, it is better to immediately paint the branches in a golden or bronze color, and only then use a hot glue gun to fit them around a thick candle.

Photo frame

Such a necessary thing in any family, like a photo frame, can be made from dry twigs.

You will need:

many branches;
wooden rectangle for the base;
glue gun;
various decorative elements to choose from.

How to do?

1. Glue the pre-dried branches with a glue gun to a wooden base. First fill in the parallel sides, then the other two parallel ones, keeping the shape of the frame. The branches should be glued close together;

2. Take all the elements that you have prepared for decoration (we chose moss) and stick it in any corner of the frame. You can distribute in other places at your discretion. Now insert the photo into such an unusual frame.

Advice! Children can also be involved in the preparation and creation of such crafts by giving them very simple tasks - to collect twigs, spread with glue and apply.

Pencil stand

This very useful item will never be superfluous, both on the table in the office and on the children's work table.

Prepare:

a small stump (you can take a saw cut of a tree), whose diameter should be no more than 16 cm and a thickness of 8-9 cm;
drill with a drill about 9 mm. to make a small number of cracks in the stump;
sandpaper.

Progress:

1. Peel the stump from the bark;

2. Make a few slots with a drill (from 10 to 25). Step back from each half a centimeter to make the next;

3. With fine-grained sandpaper, process the entire wooden frame, achieving smoothness and removing protruding places;

4. Insert stationery or art brushes into the finished stand.

Clothes hanger

A hand-made decoration for the hallway will cause more than one enthusiastic compliment, and you yourself will delight your eye every day with such an original element of the home interior.

When getting started, do not forget to prepare the following materials:

thick branches with the same processes;
self-tapping screws;
drill;
saw;
board for the base, pre-prepared (can be varnished).

Remember the following steps:

1. Prepare the hooks: cut the trunk of the branch into 2 parts, the length of which should be about 30-40 cm. Using a saw, form a part that looks like a hook. File a knot from the branch being processed approximately 5-10 cm back, and on half of the branch and knot make a cut on the edge;

2. Attach the resulting hook design with a self-tapping screw to the base of the hanger. If you are not going to use a hanger for heavy things, then you can use special wood glue instead of self-tapping screws;

Paint the hook branches with paint or varnish.

Flowerpot

To tidy up your flower pots or flowerpots, achieving a uniform style, you also need to use twigs and send your inspiration to create a product.

To make everything work out as it should, put in the workplace:

twigs, dried and ready for use;
saw;
jute threads;
piece of burlap.

Let's get started:

1. Using a saw, make all branches the same length.

2. Put a piece of burlap on a flower pot or flowerpot and glue its edges.

3. Carefully tie the branches with a thin, strong thread in 2 places: closer to the top and closer to the bottom.

4. Cover the target object with tied branches. To keep everything and have an aesthetic appearance, use a ribbon or thread with a bow.

Hanging table

Hanging things in the house speak of the originality of the owners of the apartment.

Moreover, you can place it anywhere - even near the bed and use it as a bedside table.

What you need to prepare for manufacturing:

grinding machine;
board;
drill;
glue gun;
screw;
S-shaped hook;
polyurethane spray;
felt cut;
thick rope.

Progress:

1. When you have prepared the board, sand it with a special machine.

2. Drill 3-4 holes at the same distance from each other (one of them should be closer to the wall) so that you can stretch the rope through them.

3. Spray the entire piece of wood with polyurethane spray a few times.

4. From the side of the wall, glue the felt piece with a hot glue gun.

5. Pull the rope through the holes and tie knots at the bottom as tightly as possible so that at one awkward moment the whole structure does not end up on the floor.

6. Make a hole in the ceiling with a drill and fit the ring on the screw there. Attach an S-shaped hook to the ring.

7. Collect all the ends of the ropes at the top and make one very strong loop with a knot from them, which you place on the hook.
