3. Obligations of the Service Center

Upon receipt of the User's/Holder's Acceptance, the Service Center undertakes:

3.1. Organize the service of the Gift Card Holder at the trading facilities of the Partners - Service Places;

3.2. Ensure that the Gift Card Holder receives goods/services at the Service Points for an amount not exceeding the face value of the Gift Card.

3.3. Ensure accounting of the funds debited from the Gift Card for the goods/services of the Partners purchased by the Holder, and in case of return of the goods/services purchased using the Gift Card, ensure the return of debited funds to the Card from which the debiting for this product/service was made;

3.4. Ensure payment to Partners for goods/services sold to Holders using Gift Cards of goods/services by making mutual settlements between Partners at the expense of funds received by the latter as the face value of the Gift Card from the User.

3.5. The Service Center acts as an intermediary between the Partner and the Gift Card Holder in the event of mutual claims arising from operations carried out using Gift Cards, if these claims are related to debiting and accruing funds on the Card. At the same time, the Service Center is obliged to accept complaints from the Holders, which must be immediately sent to the Partner with explanations from the Service Center.

4. Conditions for the issuance, maintenance and use of Gift Cards.

4.1. To purchase a Gift Card, the User deposits cash at the Partner's cash desk or transfers it in a cashless manner. Funds are deposited in the amount of the face value of the Gift Card.

4.2. The User agrees that the right to dispose of the Gift Card belongs to its actual Holder.

4.3. The holder-bearer of the Gift Card can only be an individual who receives goods (services) solely for personal or family needs, not related to entrepreneurial activities.

4.4. The Holder is considered to have confirmed the desire to use the goods / services of the Partners at the moment when he presented the Gift Card at the checkout of the Service Place.

4.5. Gift cards are accepted for servicing at all Service Locations indicated on the website. 5.4. It is allowed to present several Gift Cards at the same time upon receipt of goods, services. In this case, the denominations of the cards (or the balance of available funds remaining on the cards from the previous purchase of goods/services on the card) are added up and the goods/services can be provided within this amount.

5.6. The holder is obliged to familiarize himself with the conditions for the acquisition of goods / services before purchasing them.

5.7. The gift card cannot be exchanged or returned. The money paid for it is non-refundable.

6. Conditions and procedure for the fulfillment of obligations by the Service Center.

7. Realization of Gift cards.

7.1. Gift cards are sold through outlets Partners. Partners have the right to accept funds from Users as payment for the face value of the Gift Card.

8. Final provisions
