Recirculation dust collectors APR, APRK are designed for suction and purification of air from dry non-coalescing fine abrasive dust. The device consists of a housing, a built-in cyclone element for separating large fractions, a dust collector, a centrifugal fan with profiled blades installed inside the housing, a built-in silencer and a filter stage. As a filter stage, the device can be equipped with either a filter sleeve made of imported needle-punched calendered material based on polyester fibers (APR-1200, APR-1600), or a cassette made of F9 filter paper (APRK-1200, APRK-1600).
Filter bag machines have a relatively small filter surface and therefore a low dust capacity. Devices with a cassette with a developed filtration surface have a significantly higher dust capacity, which allows for long-term operation of the device without a significant decrease in performance. On devices with a filter cassette, the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg/m³.
The devices are installed in the immediate vicinity of the machines, while providing a suction speed in the suction of up to 22 m/s. Ideal for equipment with a low load factor.

The dust collecting apparatus consists of a housing, a built-in cyclone element for separating large fractions of dust, a dust collector, a centrifugal fan with profiled blades installed inside the housing, a built-in silencer and a filter stage.
The following can be installed on the dust collector as a filter stage:
- filter bag from imported needle-punched calendered material based on polyester fibers, in this case, the models of the units are designated APR-1200 and APR-1600;
- cassette from filter paper (cellulose) of cleaning class F9 (dust cleaning efficiency ≤ 3 microns - 99%) or a polyester cassette of cleaning class M6 (dust cleaning efficiency ≤ 5 microns - 93%), in this case, the unit models are designated APRK-1200 and APRK-1600.

Regeneration. APRK devices are manufactured only in the version with manual regeneration (cleaning). To clean (regenerate) the cassette, it is necessary to remove it from the device, clean the inner surface with a soft long-haired brush and thoroughly shake out the cassette, then blow it with compressed air from outside to inside.
