  1. Add about 200 grams of flour, sift it and mix with the rest of the dry ingredients.
  2. We will need the milk warm, so first warm it up slightly and add it into the dry mass in small portions, while whisking everything with a mixer set at low speed for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add a little vegetable oil to the resulting mixture, no more than a tablespoon;
  3. Add the second part of the flour to the resulting fairly liquid dough and knead. The consistency of the dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. When kneading, we must focus precisely on this characteristic, and not on the amount of flour, so it can vary, both to a smaller and to a larger indicator.
  4. In order for the dough to reach the volume we need, it must rest for about an hour in a warm room.

  6. Now it's time for frying. Pour the amount of oil into a deep bowl in which the donuts can float freely. We heat it over high heat, as soon as the first bubbles appear, turn the heat to minimum and lower the donuts. To form an appetizing crust, you need to periodically turn each donut over.
