Combining the reliability and maintainability of the MMZ engine under severe operating conditions with the high quality of electricity from the power generator Leroy Somer (France) is the best solution for autonomous and backup power supply to consumers. As a backup source of power supply, they can be used at facilities that require increased reliability of power supply (industrial enterprises, educational and medical institutions, banks and financial companies, hotels, etc.)

The company offers a version of the execution and installation of diesel generator sets (DGU) that most fully meets the operating conditions on the territory of the Russian Federation. We are talking about a block-container of the "Sever" type. It is an all-welded insulated container, inside which a diesel generator set is installed and all peripheral systems (lighting, heating, ventilation, fire alarm, fire extinguishing system, cable communications, gas exhaust system ...) are mounted for the normal functioning of the diesel generator set.

All DGUs are completely ready for operation, equipped with a muffler, a battery, filled with oil and coolant and passed a 2-hour run-in.

The TSS Diesel engine, compared to analogues, has a wide range of applications, low fuel consumption, low noise, low emissions, high reliability and long service life: more than 8000 hours before overhaul. Diesel engines meet the constantly changing environmental requirements, and comply with the Euro standard.

Advantages

1. The use of an improved turbocharger improves performance, reduces fuel consumption and operating costs.

2. The use of a high-class fuel system from leading manufacturers has improved the functioning of the system and lowered the temperature threshold for starting a cold engine.

3. The nozzle has several channels of different diameters, in connection with which the quality of atomization and the efficiency of the engine are improved.

4. The crankshaft is made of high carbon steel. It has a continuous molecular structure, as a result, a high metal fatigue threshold, resistance to bending and stretching. The surface of the shaft is nitrided, which increases wear resistance, eliminating the possibility of defects during normal operation.

5. Sleeves are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. They have good resistance to deformation. Forced cooling and an advanced lubrication system help prevent corrosion at low temperatures.

6. Specially designed combined muffler significantly reduces the noise level.

7. Specially designed frame with shock absorbers based on elastic materials dampens vibration to a minimum.

Degrees of automation:

First degree of automation

The following minimum operations will be performed:

automatic control of the diesel shaft speed, voltage and temperature in cooling and lubrication systems;

local and (or) remote control of start, stop, pre-start and post-stop operations;

automatic recharging of batteries that provide start-up and power supply for automation equipment;

automatic emergency alarm and protection;

Indication of the values ​​of controlled parameters on the local panel and (or) remote control.

Second degree of automation

In addition to the 1st degree of automation, the following is performed:

remote automated and (or) automatic control of start-up, shutdown, pre-start and post-stop operations;

automatic acceptance of the load during autonomous operation or the issuance of a signal about readiness to receive the load;

automatic maintenance of the engine in readiness for fast load acceptance;

automated emergency start and (or) stop;

Executive signaling.

Third degree of automation

In addition to the 2nd degree of automation, the following must be performed:

Automatic replenishment of expendable containers: fuel, oil, cooling;

Automated and (or) automatic control of auxiliary units and (or) individual engine maintenance operations.

The simplest and most economical version of the DGU. Can be installed on construction sites, camps, drilling rigs, etc.

Hood:

The weatherproof hood is a convenient and versatile solution for frequent use of the power plant in various conditions.

Power plants in the hood can be mounted on an open area, the chassis of a car or trailer without additional modification. It is possible to work on a flat area without special installation.
