Bolt with a semicircular head and a square headrest GOST 7802

Proper operation of the road economy, high-quality installation of road barriers is an important element of safe human life. Every year everything more people join the ranks of car owners, which means, regrettably, they become an object heightened danger for pedestrians.

The main element of protection of people, buildings or other objects along the roads is a road barrier. Its importance is especially important in crowded places: at public transport stops, at interchanges, along crowded streets and avenues.

A roadside fence is a long-developed and proven element of a roadside area. Their design and installation are regulated by a number of standards, in particular GOST 7802-81, GOST 26804-86, STO 521000-008-47641462-2010, TU 5216-067-36910961-2002, GOST R 52289-2004, GOST R 52607-2006, EN 1317.

Bolt GOST 7802-81 M16x65 road with an enlarged semicircular head and a square headrest - used for fastening wooden and steel structures in construction and furniture industry. These bolts are used for road barriers.

Size range: bolt M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M27, M30, M36, M42, M48, M52 and others. Bolt GOST 7802-81 analogue of DIN 603.

Due to the relatively simple design and high reliability, barrier road barriers have become widespread. Their main components are beams, racks and fastener kits. One of the important parts that affects the quality, speed of installation, and the duration of the operation of fences is road fasteners, which will be discussed in more detail below. You can order and buy road fasteners from almost every wholesale supplier of hardware.

The composition of road fasteners for the installation of barrier fences includes a bolt with an enlarged semicircular head and a square neck, a hex nut and a slanting washer (Grover). The list of materials, including road fasteners, for barrier fencing is regulated by the relevant normative documents. For example, by technological map institute "VPTITRANSSTROY", for 100 m of the road barrier there is: a road bolt (diameter x length) GOST 7802 (with a hexagonal nut GOST 5915 and an oblique washer) 16x50 - 50 pcs, 18x60 - 200 pcs, 16x100 - 25 pcs.

Bolts with an enlarged pan head and square neck (more commonly referred to as "road bolts") are manufactured in accordance with international standard GOST 7802, German DIN 603. According to GOST, bolts are produced with diameters from M5 to M24, lengths from 12 to 260 mm. Accuracy class C. Strength classes in the range 3.6-8.8. The square head secures the bolt in mounting hole and prevents turning while tightening the nut.
