  • The connection of the information bus ensures the output of information about the functioning of the burner and the system as a whole to a computer and remote adjustment of settings.
  • The WG 20 burner is equipped with multifunctional gas block W-, which include a gas pressure switch (with a tightness control function), a gas pressure regulator (equalizing differences in the fuel supply), 2 servo drives (opening and closing the gas supply), a gas filter.

The W-ZG 01 igniter, gas pressure switch and air pressure switch ensure the safe operation of the WG 20 burner. At any stage of operation, in the absence of a flame, insufficient gas pressure in the gas pipeline or a cessation of air supply, the burner is switched off in an emergency. After 10 minutes, the system re-checks the functions and, if the indicators comply with the standards, starts. If the indicators are insufficient, the check is performed again after 10 minutes. After five unsuccessful starts, the burner is blocked for an hour.

The option of pressure equalization when supplying gas to the burner and electronic ignition ensure even economical fuel consumption. The applied Low NOx technology guarantees a low presence of harmful substances in flue gases, which complies with current international environmental standards.
