This section of the TSEPIINVEST website contains an extended list of GOSTs, according to which chains for industrial use are manufactured. In the production of each chain, GOST is the main document that guides the enterprise: it indicates the type of raw material, type of coating, design features of the product, and much more. Currently, in parallel with GOSTs, ISO and ANSI standards exist and are actively used, but this is more relevant for the countries of the Near and Far Abroad.

Types of Standards Used in Chain Production

For the manufacture of metal chains according to GOST, a list of steel grades used in production is indicated, it includes high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloys. The standards define the requirements for roller, sleeve, plate and other modifications of drive chains, there are also regulations for the manufacture of metal sprockets that are part of the drive or traction transmission. The following groups of GOSTs are most often used:

  • GOST-13568-97. This lists the standards that apply to the production of roller and bush type drive chains. The document was approved in 1997 and is relevant to this day;
  • GOST-591-69. According to the standards specified in this regulation, metal sprockets are made, used in conjunction with drive chains;
  • GOST-588-81. It was developed specifically for the production of traction leaf chains. Using this standard, they build cargo conveyor lines in production, in addition, its use helps maintain the quality of manufacture of these products.

In this section, you can familiarize yourself with, and if you wish, save for yourself any standards related to the manufacture of roller, sleeve, leaf chains, as well as sprockets used in cargo conveyors. If the standards for the production of roller, sleeve, leaf chains do not meet the requirements of your production, you can order them according to individual parameters, this also applies to sprockets. The TSEPIINVEST company works with several companies in this field and will fulfill all your wishes.

The TSEPIINVEST company is one of the places where you are offered a lamellar chain at very favorable prices for Moscow. A wide range of leaf chains is one of the main advantages of our work, however, along with it, others are worth mentioning: the high quality of all leaf chains available for sale, as well as a focus on all industries without exception, where traction conveyor lines are used, as well as hence the plate chains. Whether you want to buy a single row leaf chain for a roller conveyor or you are interested in design solutions that involve the use of other types of leaf chains, we have everything you need!

There are a lot of industries where the lamellar chain is used: they include shipbuilding and rigging, mechanical engineering and metallurgy, waste processing and the manufacture of confectionery. It is possible to list all the places where leaf chains, roller or other types are in demand, for a very long time. For the manufacture of all types of leaf chains for industry, both the Russian standard - GOST 588-81, and international - DIN 8165 and ISO 1977 are used.

Leaf chain types: single row and double row

In the catalog of leaf chains of the company "TSEPINVEST" there are various traction roller leaf chains designed for traction conveyor lines operating in all areas of industry. Before you buy a suitable leaf chain, you need to determine what type it should belong to: single-row or double-row.

The structure and components of leaf chains of different types are similar, they differ only in the number of rows. The outer and inner links of the leaf chains include such components as: metal plates, bushings, rollers, as well as movable rollers that ensure the rotation of the roller mechanism in which the leaf chains operate. The movement is carried out as follows: the lamellar chain rolls over the tooth of the wheel and transfers the rotation to the corresponding mechanism.

Traction plate chains, designed for use in conveyor lines of various industries, have a number of characteristic features and advantages:

  • High resistance of lamellar chains to the increased temperature background. Careful selection of raw materials for the manufacture of leaf chains allows them to be operated by heating up to 300 degrees. This is not true for all industries, but contributes to a longer maintenance-free period of leaf chains in any field;
  • Energy transfer efficiency. The rolling friction present in the operation of roller leaf chains contributes to the maximum increase in efficiency, which in turn makes production using leaf chains more profitable;
  • Accelerated operation of the leaf chain drive mechanism. Single-row and double-row type leaf chains can make the roller mechanism rotate at an impressive speed - it is 30 meters per second or more. For many industries, this circumstance is of great importance - the increase in labor productivity due to the use of leaf chains is obvious;
  • Long terms of operation. All types of lamellar conveyor chains have increased resistance to thermal and mechanical stress, which is very important when used in industry. The highest reliability was shown by plate-type conveyor chains with two or more rows of elements.

To find a suitable single-row, double-row or other type of conveyor chain, take a look at the TSEPIINVEST chain catalogue. If you have no time to choose the right chain or do not want to spend time understanding the types of chains and their sizes, our consultants will come to the rescue. They will easily find the right type of chain for your industry, and the chain will meet all the selection criteria. In Moscow, our company is the leader in sales of various types of roller skates and we will be glad to see you among our customers!
