Puff pastry rolls with shrimp and salad
You will need:

100 g shrimp
Puff pastry,
3 tablespoons of thick sour cream,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
1 thinly sliced onion head,
25 g grated cheese
Tabasco sauce,
Salt pepper,
Egg yolk or milk.
For salad:
1 avocado
2 strips of smoked salmon,
1 ball of mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes

Mix together cheese, sour cream, shrimp, lemon juice, onion and a few drops of sauce. Salt and pepper. We roll out the dough and cut out two squares from it with a side of 15 cm. We spread the filling in the center of each square. Wet the edges of the dough with water and connect the corners in the center, squeeze them well. Lubricate the envelopes with yolk or milk and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200ºС.
Salad:
Finely chop all the ingredients. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add herbs, pepper and mix.
Scandinavian assortment
You will need:
500 g smoked red fish of several varieties,
4 coffee spoons of red caviar,
1 package Philadelphia cheese with dill,
Salad,
Spices,
Olive oil,
Balsamic vinegar,
Salt pepper.
Cooking:
Mix caviar with Philadelphia cheese and send to a cool place. My lettuce and herbs. Place lettuce leaves and herbs in the center of the plate, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Around we lay out different varieties of fish and a ball of caviar. Decorate with herbs and lemon slices.
Foie gras medallions and red fish steaks on lettuce are also suitable.

The main idea is to create an intimate atmosphere with subdued lights to make your guests feel cozy and at ease.
Table
Cover the table with black velvet and arrange beautiful red dishes. Scatter small feathers and transparent beads on the surface of the table, set a luxurious flower arrangement in the center.
Hall
Give preference to leather and velvet upholstery.
Hang posters for Cabaret (with Liza Minnelli), Moulin Rouge, Chicago, …, as well as pictures of famous cabarets on the walls. On one of the walls reproduce, for example, the facade of the Moulin Rouge cabaret (huge windmill blades made of cardboard). Scatter silver stars on the floor. Arrange open fans with feathers on the furniture. Turn on the red dimmed light.

Entertainment
Host a cocktail contest: Provide guests with a bar with a few cocktail ingredients and challenge them to make something original.
Since a cabaret is, by definition, a place where artists of various genres (singers, dancers, acrobats, ...) put on performances, you could ask your guests to prepare a small sketch or act.
