The interior of all LOFT HALL halls was created by the Dutch designer Anselm Janssen, who takes the aesthetics of postmodernism as a basis. The conceptual approach to the design of the space is reflected in every detail: every element has its own history, many interior items were brought from different countries. Combinations of textures and colors - contrasting, but elegant, impeccably stylistically verified. Spaces have their own unique image and atmosphere. Under the arches of these lofts, comfort and grandeur converge with special grace.
LOFT HALL offers guests 17 lofts, among which any couple with completely different needs can find the perfect option. We will look at some of the popular three categories: for luxury weddings, for medium-sized events and for chamber events.
When scope matters
It is no secret that it is quite difficult to find a suitable venue for a large-scale wedding in the center of the capital. But among the LOFT HALL halls there are several suitable spaces. One of these halls ROCKEFELLER'S HALL. This loft space is 420 square meters with dizzyingly high ceilings and five-meter windows. There is a lot of light and "air". The walls are partially whitewashed, here and there you can see the red brickwork: this mixture allows, thanks to the decor, to create both a bright space and a more saturated decor. ROCKEFELLER'S HALL has the necessary equipment for an event of any level. In addition, when renting this hall, the site provides guests with a heated veranda of 100 square meters, where you can hold an incredibly romantic ceremony, a buffet table, and create cozy lounge areas.

Large LOFT HALL halls are a blank slate for a decorator: you can do anything in style there, install any decor objects, which allows huge areas and high ceilings. And there is an opportunity to choose different spaces for different tasks. Next room - ROTSCHILD'S HALL is a classic loft of 310 square meters. Strict geometric shapes, red brick walls, craft furniture, huge windows that give a lot of daylight, high ceilings with metal beams, for which it will be convenient for decorators to attach various structures, filling the space. This is a grandiose and atmospheric hall, where the precise accents placed in the interior - a huge fireplace, a stylish woodshed, vintage window frames - emphasize the special spirit of the space. Another advantage of this and other LOFT HALL halls is that they can be given the right mood with the help of special architectural lighting, set certain accents, and make visual zoning.
LOFT HALL has very different interiors. Each loft has beautiful walls, ceilings, every detail is thought out. There is a lot of designer furniture available, which you usually have to bring to other sites on your own, good textiles. And it's all included in the rental price. At first it seems that the rent is a little high, but when you understand how much everything is included in this price, it turns out even more profitable than with restaurants that do not have a lease.

And every season we definitely update the interior so that it matches not only the LOFT HALL space, but also the season. The third loft for large-scale weddings - MONTBLANC HALL. It differs in mood from the two previous rooms and evokes associations with pastoral alpine chalets. The hall with an area of 450 meters is located under the triangular roof of a detached mansion. There is a lighter space and a lot of wood that gives warmth to the interior: rough wooden columns, beams. The ceilings are clad in wood, and although they are not as grandiose here as in the previous rooms, the space is also filled with light thanks to additional skylights. Technical equipment at MONTBLANC HALL is serious, allowing you to perform any tasks. It's nice that the platform forms prices according to a transparent scheme, and among other loft spaces of the capital, here, perhaps, there is an optimal ratio of price and quality for an impressive package of services.

For this money in Moscow, this is a very high level of both service and cuisine, and we work in different places, including where the price tag is three times more expensive. There is plenty to choose from in LOFT HALL: halls, furniture, dishes, serving, and the food itself - everything is fine. It is clear that we coordinated all the moments in advance, a lot of work was done before the event, but both the management and the banquet service worked flawlessly and at a very high level.
Irina Dodonova, decor studio DodonovaDecor. In the MONTBLANC HALL, we did a mixed decor: we used moss, flowers, and retro garlands. This fusion fits perfectly into the space of the loft and reflects the character of the couple: creative individuals, freelance artists. When working with the site, the decorator needs to understand in advance the width of the aisles: if you have to bring in some kind of large structure, then these moments should be calculated even at the planning stage. The LOFT HALL halls on Avtozavodskaya have huge doors, and you can drag anything in there, even an elephant.
Golden mean
Venues for fairly large, but still not so grandiose weddings are also widely represented in the LOFT HALL. Let's start with this category hall AVANTAGE. This space is the most authentic loft, because "loft" is translated as "attic", and the hall is located directly under the roof. A very unusual and atmospheric space with lots of rich wood and white walls. The interior is complemented by bright accents, but the vaulted ceiling plays the main role: it evokes a variety of associations, from the vaults of the castle to the outlines of ships. This romantic space is filled with sunlight streaming in from the skylights. A huge advantage of the hall is its own outdoor area: the MONCIEL veranda overlooking the Sparrow Hills and Moscow City, which can be accessed directly from the loft.
We held a wedding in the AVANTAGE hall and were very pleased with the work with LOFT HALL. A huge plus of the site is complete autonomy: it is located on the 3rd floor, and there are no other halls nearby. This allows the creation of a private space and also combines the advantages of outdoor and indoor venues, which always gives greater freedom for the organizer and for the newlyweds. A separate veranda - a rarity in Moscow - is very convenient for organizing weddings, especially in the warm season.
monumental stone loft RATUSHA HALL, in the appearance of which both gothic notes and classic loft aesthetics sound. Here, rough brick walls coexist with designer crystal chandeliers sparkling in the sun and spotlights, and the concrete floor, painted by an interior artist, resembles abstract canvases. RATUSHA HALL is a modern interpretation of the European castle space. Despite its strict appearance, the loft organically looks like a wedding space: here you can embody unusual concepts that are interesting in style. The hall has a stationary stage with sound and lighting equipment, which, if necessary, can be supplemented, which is very convenient when organizing an entertainment program.
Irina Dodonova, decor studio DodonovaDecor. I like working with LOFT HALL, because they are easy to get in touch with, you can agree on everything with them. And the lofts are very beautiful, pleasing to the eye of an aesthete. Wedding classics can also be included here: it will be a kind of eclecticism. And we even made rustic in LOFT HALL: it looked unusual and beautiful. I don’t think that there are any stylistic restrictions here: it all depends on the skills of the decorator to correctly fit the design into the available space. In addition, you do not need to fill the space much, because it is already self-sufficient, and this significantly saves the budget.
BACKYARD HALL- another self-sufficient space, which is located right in the center of the city, but at the same time separated from the whole world, completely autonomous. The solemn atmosphere here is created by panoramic hinged doors, crystal chandeliers and huge windows overlooking the Moscow River. The main advantage of BACKYARD HALL, which makes the loft the most desirable for weddings in the summer, is two large verandas connected to the hall. Welcome and lounge zones in the fresh air and, of course, a romantic open-air registration ceremony in the center of the metropolis. Agree, this is very similar to the ideal wedding venue.
We really like the BACKYARD HALL: there are 2 verandas, where on the one hand you can make a welcome, and on the other - a ceremony. There is a place for comfortable seating of guests, while everything is very photogenic, which is extremely important at a wedding. The LOFT HALL has very stylish spaces in general: modern, tasteful couples come here with their own concept. The main thing is that the site should be free: for example, the whole of August is already occupied, although we are sure that one of the lofts will definitely suit our newlyweds.
For intimate weddings
The first in our trio is a loft, literally created for weddings - a gentle, dazzlingly bright room GRACE HALL. With natural daylight streaming in from huge windows and snow-white brick walls, the loft is the perfect setting for a modern bridal classic. From a technical point of view, in GRACE HALL, as in other halls, absolutely everything is provided: installing thousands of additional lighting elements or creating a 3D installation in the entire wall, installing a nine-meter screen - these are feasible tasks for the LOFT HALL team, because Dmitry Vikulov, a professional in the rental business, who has worked with such major projects and venues as Eurovision and Olimpiysky. LOFT HALL equips venues with equipment from the best brands - Martin Audio and L-Acoustics. Among the artists on LOFT HALL equipment were such stars as Bi-2, Dima Bilan, Polina Gagarina and Therr Maitz. And the rental of additional equipment will cost 30% cheaper here compared to the prices of rental companies.

Loft CONTRABANDA is a place for a relaxed chamber event, where you can hold a wedding in style and comfort in the format of a party with friends, dinner with your loved ones. The interior is emphasized by interesting details: a bar made of solid wood, original paintings. CONTRABANDA is a separate building with two halls and a roof terrace. Newlyweds will find here a universal space for a wedding with a beautiful ceremony, a place for guests to relax. In the ennobled area next to the loft in the warm season, you can even additionally install a tent. The LOFT HALL team is always in touch, so couples will not encounter any difficulties in preparing: a wide range of possibilities for organizing space makes the site a real constructor from which you can create absolutely any wedding.

The kitchen at the wedding occupies one of the main roles, so it’s worth highlighting the “tasty” side of the issue separately. And it is the kitchen that is the weak point of many lofts. In LOFT HALL, even the most demanding guests can not worry about a banquet. The menu was developed by brand chef Pedro Barciglione: he has twenty years of experience in the best Italian restaurants, including the Michelin category.
The LOFT HALL kitchen is managed by an experienced chef, and even on the busiest days, all halls receive orders on time. The site also takes the choice of suppliers seriously, working only with environmentally friendly products. The couple can check the quality of the dishes at a tasting before the event. And by the way, there is no corkage fee. All these advantages make LOFT HALL one of the main loft venues in Moscow, where a couple can realize almost any wedding.

Rockefellers Hall - a hall without boundaries. A spacious hall, huge windows, a combination of the natural texture of wood and warm brickwork, a mobile stage, high ceilings... This is not a loft. It's a dream! Up to 500 people can comfortably accommodate on an area of 450 m2.
Rothschilds Hall is a hall that immerses you in the atmosphere of an exquisite holiday without leaving a single thought to leave the party. The author's feature of this loft is a real three-meter fireplace, which warms the space with live fire and creates the spirit of a majestic stone castle.
The space is designed for a comfortable presence of an average of 300 people.
Backyard - a hall with walls of various textures and its own history. The big plus of this loft is the enclosed courtyard. Here you can organize a buffet table, a platform for an outdoor wedding ceremony or just admire the sinking sun in the bed of the Moscow River. This bright and spacious hall can easily and comfortably accommodate 120 people.
smuggling
A place of harmony and comfort in a pleasant distance from the bustle of the metropolis. Natural materials, author's design, high ceilings and large windows, as well as a private veranda with stylish outdoor furniture and swings surrounded by evergreen fir trees. A company of up to 30 people can comfortably accommodate in a cozy hall.
Montblanc is a loft chalet with exposed brick walls and a light-colored, real wood ceiling. Huge windows on all sides create a feeling of generous open spaces in all available dimensions. The hall overlooks the embankment of the Moscow River and the historical center. In addition, from the loft there is access to a summer veranda with cozy lighting, outdoor furniture and a beautiful view. An average of 500 people can easily fit in the hall
Ratusha - a spacious hall with many windows, ancient columns and antique details create the atmosphere of a real town hall, where rulers used to spend their evenings. This loft can be easily rebuilt to your liking - put up or remove a stage, add neon light with spotlights, and create a fabulous flower garden surrounded by rough brick walls for a wedding ceremony. Ratusha can comfortably accommodate from 120 to 170 people.
Wood - the brutal hall in the last century was the office of the famous American millionaire, the founder of the Westinghouse Electric company, George Westinghouse. This chamber space is surrounded on all sides by brick walls, on one of which there are traces of several arches leading to another hall. The maximum capacity of the hall is 60 persons, if the event is held in the format of a banquet - 40 persons.
Grace is a light, harmonious space, an abundance of white and a vintage floor. The walls of this hall are finished with whitewashed textured brick, as if painted by hand. Windows in light frames overlook three sides and literally flood the entire hall with the rays of the sun. The area of the premises is 130 m2. This is enough to accommodate 120 people if the holiday is held in the buffet format.
Town is a small, cozy space of diverse style. Polynesian paintings, woven decoration made from natural fabrics, wooden beams and brown bricks add an ethnic touch to this room. The area of the room is 90 m2, which is enough for a buffet for 70 people or a banquet for 50 people.
Blade is a space with character. On an area of 120 m2, design elements are whimsically and harmoniously combined, forming a comfortable, stylish, luxurious loft. Multi-colored brick and concrete walls are an unobtrusive base for the realization of further fantasies. Huge windows are lined with squares and edged with dark frames. 80 people can comfortably accommodate in this loft.
Sky is the highest point of the LOFT#3 mansion, to which a spiral staircase will lead you. The coziness of warm brick walls and plank ceilings, glossy floor patterns, uncompromising quality of leather armchairs and sofas, creative lighting with the help of a spider chandelier - and all this is literally under the very sky.
An unusual room with an area of 40 m2 is suitable for a small cheerful company or a friendly family.
Loft Angeles is the starting point on the way to LOFT #3. Climbing up a beautiful staircase, guests find themselves in a space with arched window vaults, a contrasting combination of brick and concrete walls, glossy floors and wooden elements on the ceiling. In most cases, the hall is used as an atmospheric entrance for guests, a wardrobe or a dressing room. On an area of 50 m2, up to 40 people can easily accommodate, depending on the format of the event.
Hooks is a small space in which different wall textures easily coexist - from wood to concrete and a brick ceiling that resembles wave crests. The room is decorated with exclusive armchairs, mirrors parodying windows and antique items such as a Spartan helmet or a specially aged chest of drawers. The Hooks room can easily accommodate up to 20 guests without feeling crowded.
LOFT#4 is a qualitatively new Placebo/25 project, which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019. It combines eight unique art spaces and Lost Garden industrial park. The most picturesque corner of the new district of the capital ZILART, inspired by the poetry of concrete and the work of contemporary artists.

In the menu you will find both familiar and beloved dishes, as well as author's items - like strudel with salmon, pike perch and orange cabbage or salmon mousse on crouton with nasturtium.
