How to get rid of small red ants in an apartment. Little ants are big problems, or how to deal with intruders. How to get ants out: chemicals - photo gallery

Pharaoh ants came to us on merchant ships from warm countries. They cannot live in the cold, but in apartments the conditions for these insects to live are ideal. The pests eat leftover food and build nests between walls, and their small size allows them to move freely throughout an apartment building. Many do not know how to get rid of red ants in an apartment and use ineffective methods.

Fundamental rules

Only 10 percent of the entire colony comes across to a person. These are working individuals who conduct reconnaissance and look for food for the rest of the family. The ant family will not suffer if only they are killed. The queen will quickly produce new offspring with foragers and scouts.

On a note!

To get rid of pests, you need to find an ant nest in the apartment and kill it (you can understand how it looks from the photo). Or you should use poisonous baits, which the foragers themselves will take to the queen.

The fight against ants is complicated for the following reasons:

  1. They, and their nests are hidden in the walls and under the plinth.
  2. Insects adapt to some poisons and stop responding to them.
  3. If you choose a strong poisonous substance, then the worker ant will not have time to bring it to the anthill.
  4. Not all chemicals can be used indoors.

Fighting red ants should be done with the whole house. If you carry out processing in only one apartment, then the pests will continue to multiply and run from one neighbor to another. You can use insecticides and.

Chemistry from ants in the apartment

  1. Half a glass of jam is mixed with a tablespoon of boric acid. Poisonous food is smeared on cartons or flat saucers.
  2. Boric acid and borax are mixed in equal proportions. Sugar syrup or honey is added to the mixture. The bait is laid out on ant trails.

Yeast bait is good. The fresh product is mixed with syrup or honey and left on the routes of the red ants. swell in the stomach of the insect and cause its death. Pests eat part of the bait on the spot, and part is taken to the nest.

On a note!

The people use aromatic herbs and spices against small red ants in the apartment. the smell of cinnamon, red pepper, garlic, wormwood and chamomile.

Homemade mixtures do not give a quick effect. The first results are waiting for a few days. Ants completely disappear only after 2-3 weeks.

Fighting red ants in an apartment should be started as soon as they start up. If you do not take action, then the arthropods will quickly breed and it will not be possible to cope with them on their own.

Representatives of these two species are most easily distinguished by size: if the red forest ants measure from 4 to 9 mm, then the domestic red ant barely reaches 3 mm. Therefore, if there are small red ants in the house, whose paws can hardly be seen, these are definitely pests, and not random guests from the forest.

On a note

In size, it can only be confused with a working forestry. But in general, the queen ant of both domestic and forest red ants always has a more characteristic body shape with an enlarged chest, and its coloring differs from that of the forest counterpart.

These two species are well distinguished by their coloration: red house ants are completely brown with two thin light transverse stripes on the abdomen. These stripes are especially noticeable in the uterus.

The red forest ant has only a red chest and the bottom of the head: the back of the head and the entire abdomen are black. The photo shows a worker ant of this species:

No less clearly, small red ants differ in their character: if the protector of the forest is quite capable of painfully biting a person, then domestic ones do not bite at all.

But even more these two species differ from each other in the features of their biology ...

Red forest ant: features of biology, nutrition, photos

The red forest ant is one of the most characteristic ants of the forest zone of Russia in general. It has a slender body common to ants, a red, almost red chest and lower head, a black abdomen and nape, as well as two shiny velvety bandages on the abdomen.

The uterus of the red forest ant has the same color as the working individual, but is larger in size - up to one and a half centimeters.

It is interesting

In the very abdomen of each ant there is a gland containing a large amount of formic acid. The insect can spray this acid several centimeters around itself.

Most of all, red forest ants are famous for arranging huge, up to 2 meters high, anthills. Such heaps are formed from the earth and food debris that insects carry outside, equipping their underground chambers. When a pile reaches a certain size - such that it begins to maintain the necessary microclimate - chambers for storing food and larvae begin to be organized in the pile itself.

Wood ants eat about equal amounts of other insects (they are eaten mainly by larvae) and plant products (these products are consumed by adult ants). The bulk of the insects eaten by ants are forest pests: according to scientists, more than 21 thousand larvae and pupae are carried into a large anthill in one day, eating leaves, flowers and wood of various forest plants. One medium-sized ant colony protects about 1 hectare of forest from pests.

It is interesting

Up to 500,000 working ants can live in a large anthill.

An essential part of the diet of ants is the sweet excretion of aphids, the so-called honeydew.

In the photo - a red ant attacks a caterpillar.

Red wood ants are distributed almost throughout the entire forest zone of Eurasia. In Siberia, they are collected, dried, and an alcohol tincture is prepared from them, which is used to treat diseases of the joints and neuralgia. Partly because of this, partly because of the destruction of the anthills themselves, this species is becoming rare in some regions and is today taken under protection.

The uterus of red forest ants and features of their reproduction

The reproduction of red forest ants is worth a separate story. The queen of red ants is not able to create a new colony on its own, and after the summer, which occurs mainly in mid-July, young females necessarily return to the anthill of their own species.

There they live either until the old queen dies and replace it, or until the colony becomes too large and the colony has to divide with the formation of a layer. At the head of such a layering, a young fertilized uterus becomes.

It is interesting

It is because of this specific method of reproduction that forest ants move very slowly and with difficulty to new places. If for the introduction of another species it is enough to bring a hundred or two queens caught after the summer to a new area, a colony of red forest dwellers must be nurtured to a more or less independent state and only then transported to a new place.

In the photo - the uterus of red ants:

In general, red wood ants almost never have polygyny: only one queen breeds in their anthill.

It is interesting

Studying how red ants breed, scientists have found that sometimes a fertilized uterus can penetrate into an anthill of a related species, in which, for one reason or another, the native queen died. Ants adopt a new queen, and within a year the population of the anthill is completely replaced: new ants of a different species replace workers dying of old age or dying while looking for food.
Another interesting detail of the reproduction of this species is the fact that in one year either only males or only females can fly out of one anthill. This separation prevents ants from the same colony from interbreeding.

Domestic red ant: a malicious pest of kitchens

Red ants at home are completely different insects. They are also called pharaoh ants, since they were first discovered during excavations of the Egyptian pyramids, but India is considered their true homeland.

In the conditions of Russia, they are not able to exist outside heated human premises, and therefore they settle only in apartments, residential buildings and enterprises. Little red ants do not differ in any creative activity at home, and settle in various crevices, spaces behind furniture, carpets and baseboards.

Small red ants in the kitchen and in other rooms feed on any organic waste - crumbs left by open food, garbage covered in a secluded place.

In the photo - domestic red ants on the food trail:

They do not disdain almost anything and therefore feel quite comfortable in almost any room.

Pharaoh ant colony

A colony of red house ants differs from a colony of forest ants in that several queens can simultaneously exist and breed in it. Moreover, domestic red ants are constantly actively creating daughter nests - in the kitchen, in pantries, in front rooms - having close ties with the main colony, but feeding independently and increasing in numbers. If one such nest dies, the entire colony remains unscathed. That is why pharaoh ants are so difficult to get out of the room.

The uterus of redheads (in the photo - on the right) lives 4-5 years, it is larger than working individuals and has a characteristic color:

It is interesting to note that despite the most important function for the colony, the queen of the red house ant is not at all a “queen” - worker ants calmly kill queens that stop working, or change them between anthills.

In general, if red ants are wound up at home, it is worth preparing for a difficult and very long struggle - in most cases it will not work to get them out in a day or two. But if you know what the red ants are afraid of, it is quite possible to get rid of them by the systematic use of the necessary means.

Ants (lat. Formicidae)- a family of social insects from the superfamily ant (Formicoidea) of the order Hymenoptera (Hymenoptera). They are among the most common insects and are of particular interest in the complex organization of the community. The science of ants is called myrmecology.

We are not interested in the whole genus of ants, but only three of their species, most often found in the middle zone of Eurasia.

  • Red Myrmica (Myrmica rubra)- This is a species of small red ants of the genus Myrmica about 4-5 mm long (wombs up to 6 mm). The body is yellow to red-brown. They collect small arthropods, both living and dead; aphids are bred as "ant cows", providing a classic example of trophobiotic symbiosis.
  • Red wood ant (Formica rufa Linnaeus)- a species of medium-sized ants of the genus Formica from the subfamily Formicinae of the family Formicidae. They are of the greatest importance for the biological protection of forests from pests. Red wood ants are included in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals of the International Red Book of the World Conservation Union.

  • - is a species of the genus Lasius from the subfamily Formicinae, within the family Formicidae, including ants small in size and, as a rule, earthen. Workers have a length of about 3 - 5 mm, the uterus is larger (7 - 10 mm). It feeds on aphids, both living on trees and living on herbaceous plants, on leaves, stems and roots. It feeds on the corpses of insects, but sometimes attacks the living.

In fact, the ants themselves are quite harmless.

Being true social insects and leading a eusocial lifestyle, ants have three castes (females, males, workers), including absolutely wingless workers. In anthills you can always find females - both fertile queens (queens) and barren workers. True, queens are much more difficult to find. If workers (especially large individuals - soldiers) rush in case of danger of biting everyone, then the queens are very shy and immediately hide much longer and deeper. Males appear only during the breeding season. For most of the year, an ant colony consists of one or more fertile females, a large number of workers, and brood (eggs, larvae, pupae).

Ant family - an association of hundreds, thousands, and sometimes millions of individuals, whose efforts build a nest, feed numerous offspring, protect the anthill and its feeding area from the encroachments of aggressive neighbors. All these tasks would have remained unfulfilled, and the family itself would have broken up if the ants that made up the family did not coordinate their actions, and their efforts were not subordinated to the common task - the preservation and prosperity of the family.

The functioning of each worker ant is aimed at ensuring the well-being of the family. The actions of the ant are ultimately determined by social necessity; any kind of its activity has a pronounced social character. It shows up everywhere. Foraging workers forage for food in quantities many times greater than their individual needs. The collection of building material for building a nest among ants is generally pointless when applied to an individual and makes sense only in a community. Many ant families have a special group of porter ants that carry larvae, pupae, young workers, and sometimes females from one part of the nest to another or to a related anthill.

in favor of the ants.

In the process of life, ants bring considerable benefits, in the places of construction of anthills there is a concentration and accelerated decomposition of plant residues, aeration and improvement of the water regime and soil structure. The soil is enriched with humus and elements important for plants (phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, etc.) in forms available to plants. And also do not forget the predatory and gathering activity of ants. Ants that settle in wood or include old stumps in their nests participate in the mechanical destruction of dead wood, thereby accelerating the process of its decomposition. Red forest and thin-headed ants collect woody and grassy particles, twigs, needles, scales, blades of grass, etc. from the territory surrounding the nest, concentrating them in anthills, where these particles decompose much faster than on the soil surface.

Anthills are centers of increased soil fertility. Small nests - microfoci; large nests are macrofoci, already noticeable with standard accounting methods.

Ant prey is dominated by harmful insects. During mass reproduction, pests in ant prey account for 90% or more.

And yet, no matter how useful ants are in suburban areas, they annoy us, breed aphids on our favorite roses and other plants, dig paths.

  • pour boiling water over the anthill;
  • loosen their nest and sprinkle with lime or tobacco dust;
  • ants do not tolerate strong odors; on an anthill, you can put the head of a smoked herring, garlic cloves cut into several pieces, spread out tomato tops or parsley leaves;
  • a decoction of tomato tops helps well; the more concentrated the solution, the better;
  • take corrugated cardboard about 20 cm wide, sprinkle it with a soot solution or powder with cinnamon. Ants cannot stand the smell of soot and cinnamon;
  • not a very pleasant way, but you can water the nests of ants with urine, this often helps;
  • make a solution: take ten liters of water, two glasses of vegetable oil, some cheap shampoo and vinegar; pierce a hole in the center of the anthill and pour this mixture into it; cover with a film for several days;
  • bring large red ants from the forest and settle in the garden, and after that the black ants themselves will leave your territory;

Any of these methods of dealing with these annoying insects has its opponents and supporters, but, unfortunately, they do not give a 100% guarantee of getting rid of ants. Therefore, many gardeners often choose chemical products to protect against ants. Gardeners should also be aware that any of the methods of dealing with ants is useless if the uterus remains in the anthill. The most humane way to get rid of ants is to move the nest outside the site. To do this, you need to take an old bucket and cover the anthill. The ants will quickly begin to form nests in the new container. As soon as this process is completed, it is necessary to cut the nest with a shovel and, together with the queen ant, take it somewhere away from your site. And the remaining individuals themselves will leave after the uterus.

Red ants in the apartment, how to get rid of them? It should be understood that it is pointless to fight red domestic ants simply by destroying any individual that finds itself in open space. Such ants are simple workers bringing food to the nest, and the queen can quickly restore their numbers. Therefore, it is necessary either to destroy the nest and kill all the queens (of which the red ants may have several), or poison them using chemicals.

Insect control should combine an effective remedy for red ants in the apartment, as well as its proper use. It is advisable to involve neighbors in this process, because insects can leave their current place of residence and move to a new one.

ATTENTION! It must be understood that a large colony of ants with nests on different floors can live in one multi-storey building.

At the same time, workers from different settlements can come to the apartment in search of food.

All methods for dealing with ants can be divided into several groups:

  • special gels;
  • aerosols against insects;
  • crayons and dusts;
  • hiring a specialized pest control firm;
  • physical destruction of nests;

Each of them has both advantages and disadvantages. To most successfully deal with ants, it is best to combine several methods at the same time.

Aerosols- a very effective tool that allows you to instantly deliver poison to places where it is impossible to get physically. When sprayed, the vapors, along with air currents, are carried around the room, and it is difficult for the ant to avoid contact with them.

    Procedure for handling aerosols:
  1. When using an aerosol, it is necessary to carry out preparatory work - remove all people and pets from the room, close the aquariums with glass, remove carpets from the walls, move furniture away.
  2. It is necessary to treat all available surfaces with an aerosol as much as possible, and it is not necessary that one cylinder is enough.
  3. After processing, the apartment must be left for several hours.
  4. Perform wet cleaning.

Gels- act opposite to the aerosol, attracting insects to themselves. Ants feed on it, and also try to deliver it to the colony to use it as food for the larvae and queen. Typically, these drugs have a delayed duration of action.

The use of the gel does not give an immediate effect, however, due to the delay, it is able to destroy even several colonies located in other parts of a multi-storey building.

IMPORTANT! A big plus of the gel is its viscosity, which allows you to apply the bait on vertical surfaces.

Crayons and powders (dusts)- one of the most common ways to deal with ants. Stripes are applied with crayons where insects move, paths are poured with the help of powders. The main advantage of this method is its availability and low price. They are also good to use for prevention, applying stripes in places of possible occurrence.

Often found in specialized stores, but in practice they are not very effective, since only worker ants enter them.

Folk remedies- this includes a large number of both frightening and destructive techniques. So, sunflower oil, garlic, turpentine, kerosene are usually used to scare away, which are placed on the passage of ants, or near the products. For destruction, brewer's and ordinary yeast, and many others, are used. There are a large number of ways to create an effective tool based on them.

Red house ants are insects that live in a dense group led by a queen. Usually, in the room you can see workers who are engaged in the preparation and delivery of food. Their destruction will not bring significant harm to the colony, so it is necessary to destroy the nest itself or kill the queen. To accomplish this task, you can use a wide range of chemicals - crayons, traps, gel, or call a special insect control team.

A photo

Next you will see a photo of red ants:

Let's start with who the red ants are and what they look like. These are ants from 8 to 14 mm long, unlike ordinary worker ants, having a red-brown color (the abdomen and head are partially black). The homeland of the red ant is North Africa.

Insects were first discovered in 1828. The red ant is the only species of its species that has been able to expand its habitat from tropical conditions to other climates, which has provoked a global problem for millions of urban residents.

After 35 years they were seen in Austria. They live in dark, damp and warm places. Ants are red or brown-yellow in color, the cuticle is slightly transparent, the abdomen is dark. Working individuals are 1.5-2 mm long, wingless. Males are always winged, have a length of 3-3.5 mm, and are very dark.

Females are winged before mating, after - wingless, 4-4.5 mm long, have dark brown markings. In one family of insects, there can be about 100-200 females. 10% of worker ants are engaged in the fact that they provide food for their family, the rest take care of their offspring.

They are able not to hibernate, so they breed all year round.. Insects are poisonous, they spray poison at a distance of several tens of centimeters (30 cm).

These insects live in huge colonies that number up to millions of individuals. The male lives no more than 20 days, worker ants can live up to 2 months. A mature female can live up to 10 months. Females lay their eggs in hard-to-reach places.

The development of an adult individual lasts from about one to one and a half months. Redheads, or they are also called pharaoh ants, carry various diseases.(They were called pharaoh ants because for the first time these ants were found in the tombs of the Egyptian pharaohs, on the mummies themselves).

Pharaoh ants travel long distances in search of food. They climb into garbage cans, technical rooms, toilets in landfills and garbage chutes. And it is not unlikely that they can get into the house, walk over tables, kitchen cabinets, clothes and other things in search of food.

So imagine how many pathogenic microbes they carry on their way.

These pathogenic microbes lead to the following diseases:

  • For example, such a severe and serious disease as dysentery (the work of the intestines, stomach, digestive tract is disrupted).
  • Typhoid fever is also not excluded - it is characterized by infection of the lymphatic apparatus, the functioning of the gastrointestinal system is disrupted.
  • Also, red ants spread a disease that causes entire epidemics, this is cholera.
  • Ants carry a group of diseases called salmonellosis. There is a violation in the system of the gastrointestinal tract, dehydration, etc.
  • And ants are one of the most common carriers of worm eggs. Infection with worms leads to helminthiasis.

But the worst thing is that all the harm of these insects in the first place and to a large extent threatens small children who are very tolerant of these diseases.

In houses, ants arrange whole dwellings for themselves in places of difficult access and feel quite comfortable. It is thanks to these insects that human food suffers. Insects such as can also start up in the house, you can learn about it here.

Moldy fungi and places where harmful microbes multiply appear. And it's all in food too. This type of ant is omnivorous. Everything they get to: bread crumbs, vegetables, fruits, sugar, will become unusable and become a source of infection. Like ants, it may suddenly appear in the house, about which an article is written here.

As a result, these products must be destroyed immediately. In addition to human food, ants also spoil various electrical appliances. They build their nests right inside the electrical appliance. Then a closure may occur.

And then the deplorable picture - the technique is spoiled. But that is not all. These ants are able to gnaw through a tree, thereby opening new holes for themselves. That is, these ants are able to render your furniture unusable.

The main reasons for the settlement of "unexpected neighbors" in the house

  • The first reason could be "moving". That is, perhaps these creatures settled in your neighbor’s apartment, as a result of which the neighbor actively fought and the “guests” moved to you.
  • The second reason is the accumulation of leftover food and garbage in your apartment, or simply open food on the stove or on the table.
  • The apartment is rarely wet cleaned.
  • The person brought them himself, maybe on the soles of shoes or on clothes, on anything. You can also bring the uterus with food purchased at the store.
  • If you have open ventilation slots, then this will only make it easier for them to get to you.
  • Also, ants can migrate to you from the entrance or from the basement.

How to get rid of these malicious rascals?

Do not think that everything will be easy, fast and simple. In fact, the struggle will require a lot of effort and time.

You should start with the points of "defense", get rid of them. Usually they hide in dark places, so check the situation under the baseboard, under the parquet board, carefully look at the furniture and all the corners of the rooms in the house. You should also pay attention to the fact that this insect is very thermophilic (it cannot withstand temperatures below 10 degrees). So go through all the warm, hard-to-reach places in your home. View everything between floors.

We note right away that if you saw an ant crawling around the house and killed it, there is no benefit, just as there is no sense. This is the so-called working individual, which is actively looking for food for its "queen" uterus. If you exterminate working individuals, then this will not lead to anything, since the uterus will quickly restore everything literally in a short time.

So, now consider if a worker ant feeds his “queen” personally, and not put a poisonous substance on him so that he infects the female and all her larvae with it.

  • Boric acid would be a good option or another chemical agent (but! the concentration of the poison must not exceed 2%, otherwise the breadwinner will not live to see the nest).
  • There is a second option - effective and inexpensive - this is baking soda. You must find the "paths" of ants, and do not hesitate to pour soda there. And so several times, until you achieve the result.
  • You can also use ammonia. But for this, it would be desirable to take the children out of the apartment, because the ammonia vapor is very poisonous and it is absolutely impossible to breathe them for a long time. Wipe the ant paths with ammonia and leave until the substance has completely evaporated. Then we do the same a few times. Then you should ventilate the apartment, open all the windows and you can open the doors.
  • Borax powder is quite effective, it is poisonous to ants. You need to take several low vessels and pour drinking water into it, pour powder and a little sugar or jam into it, if you don’t mind, in order to attract the attention of pests as much as possible.
  • Ants terribly afraid of red hot pepper. Pepper should be sprinkled on the ant paths so that they leave your house as quickly as possible.
  • You can also make sweet traps. Put containers with sweet and sticky liquid in places where insects accumulate. Ants, risking going there, will never get out of there.
  • You can get rid of insects with another method - using various scents. Ants do not tolerate the smell of vinegar, cloves, lemon.
  • The next method must be done with eggshells. You need to break the eggs and leave quite a bit of protein in them and put them on insects.

Effective chemicals

The most well-known chemical agents against harmful insects in our time are DEET, fumitox, taiga and fairly common dichlorvos. The most effective of them is DEET, which is recommended by experienced people.

They need to process ant paths, preferably up to 5 times a day. And so on until the complete disposal of insects.

There are also special pencils for ants. For example, the product has absolutely no odors and does not harm people. The tool is cheap and readily available.

Raptor is a special gel aimed at the complete destruction of malware. It contains boric acid. That's why it's effective. Boric acid is also used against cockroaches. , can be read here.

Poison pellets called "Regent" are also quite effective in the fight against ants and not only. Method of preparation: "Regent" dilute in water. Draw up the resulting liquid into a syringe. Inject liquid under the baseboards and into all the cracks visible to your eye.

The tool will help for about a week. But it is worth knowing that this chemical agent can harm your pets, if any, of course. So it is advisable to take pets out of the house during processing.

There are repellers that are based on ultrasound. They will help you drive out not only ants, but also mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and other harmful insects. in detail , has been considered here.

Prevention

To prevent and prevent various pests from entering your home, you need to place sources of odors in the corners.

  • It is necessary to install an ultrasonic repeller in advance, so to speak, to warn "unexpected guests".
  • It is advisable not to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen, leftover food, do not leave vegetables and fruits open, cover sweets, hide honey as high as possible. With poorly closed products, cereals may also appear.
  • Take out the trash more often. And carry out wet cleaning 2-3 times a week, especially in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen (the sink and all kitchen furniture should always be kept clean).
  • All cracks in the house must be closed in advance with a sealant, thereby blocking the paths for insects. You can also use mounting foam and even regular tape.
  • Dilute an ordinary soap solution and wash the paths on which you met ants with it. So you will destroy the ant tracks and no one will come after them.

And a few more deterrents:

  • crush the pills activated carbon and add the resulting powder to the prepared baits.
  • Will be effective cinnamon and turmeric.
  • Powder for sanitary ware will be helpful too. It has a characteristic pungent odor that repels insects and is also very poisonous.
  • And it also helps tooth powder and used Raptor plates they need to be put on ant passages.
  • Effective balls of boiled egg yolks(they will not allow insects to breed). In about three weeks, the insects will understand that they are superfluous here.
  • In 7-10 days, you can get rid of ants with Andy.
  • You can lubricate skirting boards garlic, thresholds and cracks, too.
  • Light up scented candles with lavender. Grind wormwood, chamomile and cloves and sprinkle on places where insects have settled.
  • Grease ant tracks camphor alcohol,unrefined sunflower oil (with smell), It is advisable to treat the walls and floor with vinegar.
  • Use when cleaning chlorine.
  • You can also spread oatmeal grains in the path of ants. and sprinkle with cornmeal on top. After the insects dine with such a mixture, it has been verified that most of them will surely die.
  • Handles them well ground coffee. You need to boil it, and pour the foam for the ants.
  • With baits nearby, you can scatter starch. It will reduce a large number of pests.
  • If you have already installed pest baits, then make sure that they are completely inaccessible to water.
  • If you still managed to find that very nest of misfortune, with that very “queen”, then you just need to pour boiling water over them.
  • Pretty popular recipe lime. You need to mix it with water. Or use regular tar.
  • There is a pretty cheap way to yeast. You just need to take the yeast, mix it with some sweet treat (possibly with honey, the best option) or meat. And leave the resulting poisonous bait near the source of insects.
  • You can contact to specialized organizations.

The company "Disinfector" has been working excellently in the fight against insects for more than 27 years. I recommend contacting this company. It won't cost much either. Up to 6 thousand rubles. On average, for processing one room 1,500 rubles.

It is best to use folk remedies. I especially advise you to get rid of insects with boric acid, it works faster than other means. Very good "sweet bait". They helped me out a lot when the prankster ants looked into my house. Soda is also a great option in this case, did not leave me in trouble.

The traditional one also never fails and in this case it will help without problems.
