Preparation: heat the milk to hand temperature, dissolve the yeast in it and dissolve the sugar, add a tablespoon of flour, cover, wait until the mixture foams; beat in the eggs, add the rest of the flour, salt, add oil and mix the dough with a mixer; leave to rest, when it foams again, stir with a spoon - you can fry.

Bake in a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil. They will be lush.

Preparation of the filling: finely grate the cheese or mash it with a fork, add mayonnaise and chopped herbs; cut ham, cucumbers, tomatoes into small cubes and add to the mixture; Spice up.

Preparation of rolls: place a strip of filling on the edge, roll it into a tight roll, cut each pancake into 5-8 rolls: feta cheese is a product for everyone, the rolls should be small or, conversely, a good size.

Serve on lettuce leaves in a round plate, or in a square one - garnished with parsley stems. In combination with tender chicken ham and salty feta cheese, bitter parsley is the most suitable herb.

From choux pastry with olives and green onions

I salt the fish myself, so I start preparing the rolls the day before. I cut red fish (trout, salmon) into steaks.

I'll share a secret with you. Red fish is not a cheap pleasure, and fillets or steaks from it are even more so, so I buy whole fish at the wholesale market, divide it into portions and put it in the freezer; such preparations last for almost the whole year. But if my reserves have dried up (financial ones too), and I want sushi, I buy a soup set of chilled fish - there’s enough for sushi and you can make rich fish soup.

Vinegar is very odorous, so it is better to put the rice away (for example, on the balcony) before it cools.

While the rice is cooling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. We clean the fish from skin and bones, cut it thinly.

Cut off the outermost part of the cucumber with the peel, but without seeds, and cut into long strips.

We also cut the eggs and cheese into strips.

Cut 1/4 of a sheet of nori.
