1. First, let's take care of the meat and cut it 2 cm thick, cover it with cling film and beat it with a hammer. Salt and pepper each piece on both sides and set it aside.


2. Chop the peeled onion into fairly small cubes. Add mayonnaise and 1/4 of the grated cheese to it, stir thoroughly and pour in 2 tbsp. spoons of water.



3. Cut the potatoes in half and then into slices. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well.


4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or grease it with vegetable oil and lay out the ingredients. It is very important for us that the potatoes are laid out in the first layer, then the grated cheese, and the pork is placed on top, where it will release its juice, which will drip and this will make the dish even tastier.

Tip: If the potatoes are young varieties, then it is better to boil them first.


5. Meanwhile, fry all the meat in a well-heated frying pan for a minute, this is necessary so that the juice in the pork is sealed and then does not leak out. And place them tightly together on a baking sheet.
