Jews are Tatars. Jews are Tatars? Has Tatar Jewish roots

Scandalous British scientist put forward a version about the Turkic roots of the Jews of Central Europe

The publication of Realnoe Vremya about the age of Kazan caused a heated discussion, both in social networks and in the comments to the article. In the course of the controversy, readers also remembered the ancient Turkic people of the Khazars, who lived in the Volga region in the Middle Ages. Recently, scholar Eran Elhaik of the University of Sheffield, who made a stir in the scientific community with a series of publications about the Turkic roots of Ashkenazi Jews, pleased with a new publication on the topic of the Khazar origin of this Jewish ethnic group. The correspondent of Realnoe Vremya contacted the scientist and talked about new discoveries.

Using GPS to find the ancestral home of the Khazars

- Tell us more about your latest research?

My research is related to the study of human history with the help of genetic tools. To do this, I create my own genetic methods that can capture the most interesting mutations in our genomes that can tell us about our past. I am also creating approaches that can tell us with precision about the origin of DNA. Our latest development, the Geographic Population Structure (GPS), can determine the geographic origin of a given DNA, in some cases as far back as the native village. The study of the origins of an individual and peoples is important for medical research to learn how our origins affect our condition and response to drugs. Understanding the origins of humans will help us improve the effects of medicines. This is the realm of personalized medicine.

- Why did you choose the origin of the Ashkenazi as a subject of research?

Yiddish is one of the last European languages whose linguistic and geographic classifications remain obscure even after three hundred years of research. In addition, the origins of Ashkenazi Jews remain a contentious issue. The accuracy of GPS helped us apply this tool to the genome of Yiddish-only Ashkenazi Jews, who had never been studied before as a specific group, and to multilingual Ashkenazi Jews.

“We modeled the DNA of neighboring peoples and encountered a high degree of similarity with the modeled trait of the Khazars who lived in the South Caucasus region.” Reproduction from histrf.ru

"The peoples living along the southern borders of the kaganate today showed the highest degree of similarity with the Ashkenazi"

Are you saying they are of Turkic origin? Which of the living Turkic peoples is this related to?

The GPS took Ashkenazi Jews to northeastern Turkey, where we found four ancient villages whose names may be derived from the word Ashkenazi. We also found genetic affinity between Ashkenazi Jews and Turks, as well as between the peoples of the region, as evidence of a common Turkish-Iranian origin. We then modeled the DNA of neighboring peoples and encountered a high degree of similarity with the modeled feature of the Khazars who lived in the South Caucasus region.

- Is there any Turkic blood in the blood of Ashkenazi Jews?

If you mean DNA, then the answer is most likely yes. Turkey and the Caucasus are very diverse, and many peoples have a certain common origin.

- Briefly tell us about who the Ashkenazim are and your version of their origin?

These are difficult questions. According to our recent study, the genome of Ashkenazi Jews has experienced significant admixture in "Ancient Ashkenazi" in northeastern Turkey. However, this does not explain where Ashkenazi Jews originally came from. But, putting together the genetic, historical, and linguistic evidence, we think that the genomes of Ashkenazi Jews may be conglomerates of Greek, Romance, Turkish, Iranian, Slavic, and possibly Jewish genomes that headed towards Ashkenazi because of the commercial opportunities available to them.

- Commercial opportunities provided by Khazaria?

Khazaria is a state that existed in the VI-XI centuries and whose elite and a certain part of the people were converted to Judaism in the VIII century. Khazaria was founded on an important commercial artery between northern Europe and southwestern Asia and was one of the foremost trading empires of the Middle Ages. She controlled the western campaigns of the Silk Road and played a key commercial role, being a crossroads between China, Central Asia and Kievan Rus.

Have you studied the genetic information of other peoples who lived on the territory of the former Khazar Khaganate?

Yes, I compared the genetic similarity of many peoples with Ashkenazi Jews. The peoples living along the southern borders of the kaganate today showed the highest degree of similarity with them.

"But it's not science, it's Harry Potter"

- At the same time, in your study, it turns out that the Ashkenazi ancestors did not live on the Volga, but in Turkey.

Right. We have historical and anthropological evidence that Ashkenazi Jews originate in Turkey.

Harkavy (Abraham Yakovlevich Harkavy, -approx. ed.) wrote in 1867 that "the first Jews who came to the southern regions of Russia did not come from Ashkenaz [Germany], as many writers believe, but from the Greek cities of the Black Sea coast and Asia through the Caucasus Mountains."

Our findings also support Rabinovich's report (Lewis Isaac Rabinovich, - approx. ed.) that European Jewish communities often settled along continental trade routes, which determined their preferred habitat. We also know that this area hosts a large community of Greco-Roman and mixed Iranian, Turkish, and Slavic peoples who supported Judaism in many places throughout the first millennium CE. on the territory of "Ashkenaz" between the Black and Caspian Seas (Salo Whitmyer Baron, 1937) and partially converted to Judaism. These communities were large enough to produce the first translations of the Tanakh (the Hebrew name for the Hebrew Scriptures is approx. ed.) into Greek. The proof that Yiddish originated from a Slavic group and that Ashkenazi Jews were Slavs is linguistic evidence, since there are a large number of Iranian, Turkish and Greek words in Yiddish. Ashkenazi Jews also adopted many Slavic rituals, such as breaking glasses at a wedding or the custom of placing stones on a grave.

- What theories of the origin of Ashkenazim still exist?

An alternative theory is the Rhine Hypothesis, which suggests two massive migratory waves that have absolutely no historical evidence. The first Jews traveled first from ancient Israel to the Roman Empire, later from present-day Germany to the Slavic lands by some miracle, which is necessary to explain the widespread presence of Jews in Western Europe. But it's not science, it's Harry Potter.

- Do you know about the Kazan Tatars?

I am well acquainted with the history of this region. It is assumed that the Tatars are one of the ancestors of the Ashkenazi Jews. I agree that there is evidence that these peoples have a common origin.

- Are there traces of Turkisms in Yiddish?

Professor Wexler (Paul Wexler,- approx. ed.) noted that Yiddish does not have typical Turkic linguistic features (for example, vowel harmony). But it does have a small number of Turkish-Iranian lexemes and possibly an auxiliary conjugation to form the Hebrew masculine singular participles. The key in Classical Hebrew and Assyrian connecting many of the ancestors of Yiddish-speaking people to the Turkish-Iranian Caucasus is their name. For at least the last millennium, Northern European Jews have used Yiddish and the Hebrew word "Ashkenaz" (aškenaz) to refer to medieval Jews and non-Jewish inhabitants of German-speaking lands, and "Ashkenazi" (pl. aškenazim) to refer to a Jew from Central and Northern Europe and his descendants. These terms are taken from the biblical toponym "Ashkenazi" from Genesis 10:3 in the first part of Chronicles and Jeremiah 51:27, which has connections with the words aškuza, ašguza, išguza in Hebrew inscriptions of the 7th century BC. In the Bible, this toponym refers to the Iranian people "near Armenia", presumably the Scythians. In Classical Hebrew, the presence of the [n] sound in this term is a mistake, perhaps because the letters nun and wav had similarities.

TATARS AND JEWS

Interview

The book of the deputy of the State Duma of Russia Fatih Sibagatullin "Tatars and Jews" was published. The weighty book has 500 pages, the circulation is 5 thousand copies, the book has hundreds of colorful illustrations (therefore, the book has a high cost), it will undoubtedly arouse great interest among readers. The history of complementary interaction between Tatars and Jews dates back 1,500 years, starting with the Khazar Khaganate, where Judaism was practiced and the elite of which were Jews expelled from Byzantium, Sibagatullin believes. Even then, the Jews controlled the Great Silk Road, and the Tatar military detachments ensured the safety of trade on it.
The estimated cost of the book is 2,000 rubles, and such a high price was set by the author, as he says, according to the recommendation of his friend manager from the USA, Fridman, who told Sibagatullin that such books cost at least $100 in the USA. The author is going to distribute the book in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, in the Office of the President of Russia, in the government of Russia, in Israel, including sending it to the leaders of Israel, sending it to the embassies of states, US President Barack Obama, French President, leaders of Great Britain, Germany, China, representatives of financial empires of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers (some experts write that they control 20 trillion dollars) and governors, heads of parliaments of Russian regions.
It just so happened that, simultaneously with the publication of the book, Fatih Sibagatullin was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree, for his active legislative activity. Considering that this order of the 1st degree is awarded only to presidents, the order of the 2nd degree is equivalent to the title of Hero of Socialist Labor, the order of the 3rd degree is equivalent to the Order of Lenin in the USSR, then this is an award that roughly corresponds to the second most important order of the USSR, the Order of the October Revolution. We congratulate Fatih Saubanovich on a well-deserved award
.

- Fatih Saubanovich, what is your book about?
- I am writing about the exciting and interesting history of the Tatars. We are just starting to study the real history of the Tatars, before this history was banned, it was deliberately distorted. Tatars are a unique people in history, Genghis Khan from the clan of "black Tatars" did not have the idea of \u200b\u200bconquering peoples, he proclaimed his idea to unite the peoples of Asia and Europe into a single whole, he was one of the first globalists. He had the idea of ending wars on the planet, so that all peoples live peacefully, pay only 10% of the tax (today, for example, every citizen of the Russian Federation pays 47% of taxes, and more in other countries). The Tatars gave a giant impetus to the development of Asia and Europe. China, India, Arab countries, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Turkey - borders were collapsing, huge masses of people were moving, cultures, traditions, knowledge of the most developed countries of the world were mixed. It was a truly cosmic "Tatar" impulse in history. Therefore, the memory of the Tatars is kept in the legends of many peoples. The Jews also gave a huge impetus to the development of world civilization. Take, for example, the Khazar Jews Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin, whose ideas the USSR and China lived on. And the Jews were also a persecuted people, scattered throughout the world. I write in my book: “The driving force of the world civilization was and is the Jews… Learn, Tatars, unite, take an example from the Jews, so as not to be “offended” by Russians for nothing!”
Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote the book "200 Years Together" about the joint interaction of the Russian and Jewish peoples. And Tatars and Jews interacted together for 1500 years. Volga Bulgaria was part of the Khazar Khaganate. As far as book distribution is concerned, that's not a problem. My previous book "Great Tatars - Builders and Defenders of the Russian State" was in great demand, they ordered thirty books a day on my mobile phone.

My book cites the studies of A. Nazarova, V. Aslanishvili and S. Alkhutov that the DNA of the Tatars has a fairly close resemblance to the DNA of the Jews. “There could have been a miscegenation of the ancient Bulgars with the inhabitants of Khazaria, some of whom were ethnic Jews ... most of the inhabitants of Khazaria were Turks who converted to Judaism,” they write. On the territory of the Volga region, tombstones with the Star of David have been preserved.
- You write that Ashkenazi, European Jews, are the descendants of the Khazars, they left the Khazar Khaganate.
- The history of the Khazars is an integral part of our Tatar history, the history of one of the most important ethnic elements of the Tatar people. Andrew Winkler, a Jew, wrote in 2008: “…Modern Jewry has three ethnically distinct groups: Ashkenazim, Sephardic Jews, and Eastern Jews. The largest ethnic group (90%) - European Jews or Ashkenazim are descendants of the ethnic Turkic Khazars. The second largest group is 8%. These are Afro-Iberian Sephardim, who are also not Semites. They are the descendants of a tribe of North African Berbers who converted to Judaism in the 3rd century AD, and only 2% of modern Jews are Eastern Jews who are of truly Israeli, Semitic origin. Arthur Koestler argues: “The modern Jewish population is of Khazar origin. Their ancestors did not come from the Jordan, but from the Volga.”
- From this point of view, given the common history and genetic proximity, perhaps it is time to open an Israeli consulate in Kazan, especially since it is the third capital of Russia?
- I think the level of Tatarstan deserves it. But you still keep in mind that, for example, Kyiv was part of the Khazar Khaganate, and Ruslan Khasbulatov said that 30% of Chechens have Jewish roots and secretly perform Jewish rituals. But in general, the National Museum of Tatarstan needs to open expositions on the Khazar Khaganate, on friendly relations between Tatars and Jews.
- Russia, it turns out, is also the heiress of the Khazar Khaganate?
- We can say that the European part of Russia is the successor of the Khazar Khaganate. And the question of transferring part of the capital functions of Russia to Kazan is ripe both historically and geopolitically. Today, obviously in Moscow, it is already crowded for the capital.
- Perhaps, if Moscow demands in Tatarstan to abandon the “title” of the president, then call him a kagan?
- Quite possible. But the name "ilbashi" is closer to me. It is more modern, and then we have a republic. But this issue should be submitted to a referendum, let the people of the republic decide how to call the head of power. What if he decides to leave the "president"?

Sibagatullin knows how this could happen: he talks about miscegenation * of the inhabitants of the Volga Bulgaria with the Khazars. The Bulgars also contributed to the gene pool of the current Tatars. According to the author, there is another circumstance: the Tatars had a huge impact on world history (he lists Genghis Khan among the Tatars), despite the fact that the Jews were and are the driving force of world civilization. "Learn, Tatars - unite, take an example from the Jews" (p. 264).

Tatar-Jewish good relations, which, according to the author, began 1500 years ago, have never been overshadowed by hostility, but, on the contrary, have always been distinguished by mutual respect and friendliness. So, even in the First World War in German captivity, the soldiers of the Russian imperial army - Tatars and Jews - refused to eat pork stew. It happened that the Jews shared their ration of bread with the Tatars. And after many years, the Tatars who had survived the alteration found these same Jews and came to thank them.

In turn, already during the Second World War, the Tatars saved Jews - many of them were ranked by the Yad Vashem Institute in Jerusalem as Righteous Among the Nations. Jews captured by the Germans joined the Tatars, and they did not extradite them to the Germans, risking their own lives. So, for example, Leo's own uncle, the author of this publication, was saved.

More than 15,000 Tatars live in modern Israel, relatives of Jews who immigrated from the CIS countries. Israeli Tatars created their own public organization "Tatars for Israel", acting from Zionist positions. The president and founder of this organization, Zakira Zaripova, defines Zionism as follows: "The essence of Zionism is the desire of the Jews to find their national home."

The book "Tatars and Jews", although it touches on the events of 1500 years ago, is extremely modern, and its author calls to remember the common historical destinies and the genetic closeness of the Tatars and Jews and considers it justified to open an Israeli consulate in Kazan. And in the National Museum of Tatarstan, in his opinion, expositions reflecting friendly ties between Tatars and Jews should be created.

The book by Fatih Sibagatullin and the non-trivial parallels drawn in it and the conclusions drawn in it cause controversy among professional historians, support from colleagues and friends, and the interest of a wide readership.

The edition is beautifully designed: on good paper with many magnificent illustrations. But the most important thing is rich and exciting content, presented in a language accessible to a wide range of readers. An English version of this book is due to be released soon, for which there are already applications from many countries.

DEPUTY OF THE STATE DUMA WRITES ALREADY THE FIFTH ACCOUNT
HISTORICAL WORK

The Writers' Union (SP) of Tatarstan yesterday hosted a presentation of a new, already fourth historical book by Russian State Duma deputy Fatih Sibagatullin. The book, written by the former Minister of Agriculture and the head of the Nurlat region, is called "Tatars and Jews." If the author wrote and tried to publish something similar, sharply contradicting the official history of the Tatars, in the Soviet Union, he would definitely get a term, they said from the rostrum of the joint venture. Speeches (and songs) in three languages were listened to with interest by BUSINESS Online correspondents who attended the presentation.

“SO NOT TO OFFEND TATARS AND JEWS,
I INVITE A RUSSIAN"

To yesterday's presentation in the Union of Writers of the Republic of Tatarstan of the book "Tatars and Jews" Fatiha Sibagatullina a lot of people gathered. According to the organizers, there were at least two dozen doctors of science and at least three dozen candidates of science in the hall. There were no empty seats at all, and someone had to prop up the wall. Such a stir is probably connected with the big name of the author, a well-known person in the republic, the ex-minister of agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ex-head of the Nurlat district, now a deputy of the State Duma of Russia. However, no less attention, of course, was attracted by the title of the book and, on the whole, unusual, and voluminous (500 pages!) Work. The author dedicated it to the history of the Turko-Tatars and the states they created, as well as the Khazars - the Turkic people who adopted Judaism and played a significant role in the history of Eurasia.

The presentation was conducted by a Muscovite, Colonel-General - of the police, justice and prosecutor's offices - Vladimir Kolesnikov. What is also interesting - Vladimir Ilyich. Sibagatullin, smiling, explained the somewhat unexpected choice of the presenter in this way:

We discussed who would lead our meeting today. One could ask our Tatar orators, poets. Or someone of Jewish nationality. But it turns out that one person is needed - either a Jew or a Tatar. In order not to offend anyone, I decided to invite my friend - a Russian man, honored, from Moscow ...

The audience met this recognition with laughter and applause. And Fatih Saubanovich noticed that the general knows history much better than he does.

THREE JEWS AND FOUR TATARS

The fact that Vladimir Ilyich is really a connoisseur of history, he proved both in his introductory speech and when he led the presentation. And it was very interesting, especially since the composition of both the audience and the speakers was heterogeneous. So speeches were heard from the podium and from time to time from the stage - songs in Tatar, Jewish and Russian. And the famous ensemble "Simkha" not only pleased with live music and song, but also showed their long-standing video called ... "Tatar and Jew." That's it! Ensemble leader Edward Tumansky, terribly pleased with the impression that the unexpected video made on the audience, joked:

It was a musical version of the book "Tatars and Jews" ...

What is there, in the bath between us there is no difference at all ...

Then Sibagatullin got on stage, stood next to Tumansky and demanded that the audience admit that they are both extremely similar, and both are the spitting image of Arabs ...

Already when the presentation ended after numerous speeches, the hero of the occasion called:

Let's live in peace! Under the Moon and the Sun, there is enough space for everyone ...

And Fatih Sibagatullin said that now he is studying the history of the Volga Bulgaria and Bilyar, once the largest city in Europe. So there will be a fifth book...

THIS BOOK FILLS YOU WITH A FEELING OF PRIDE FOR THE PAST

The correspondent of "BUSINESS Online" recorded the statements of those present about Sibagatullin's book "Tatars and Jews".

Islam Akhmetzyanov- Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, candidate of historical sciences:

In 2008, Fatih Saubanovich revealed himself to us as a writer, as a publicist, as a historian, as a researcher... The book “Tatars and Jews” describes in detail and reasonedly the history of the Turks, the history of the Tatars, who played a huge role in protecting the sovereign interests of Russia on the world stage. The author also noted the truly outstanding role of Jews and Judaism in these processes. The author very clearly explains and draws with a red thread his idea that the Jews have always been and still are the fundamental driving force of world civilization, and notes that we, the Tatars, should take an example from the Jews ...

Vakhit Imamov- Chairman of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Tatarstan:

When I came to Nurlat and went into the office of the head of the district, Fatih Saubanovich, he took out books from the closet and showed them. There were pencil marks everywhere. And what amazed me was that he immediately found any quote that he remembered in the book, opening the right page. What a phenomenal memory you need to have ...

Vladimir Kolesnikov- Colonel-General of Militia, Justice and Prosecutor's Office, retired:

Thanks to Fatih Saubanovich for his works - they contain an analysis of the past, which allows us to judge the present and the future. Time is inseparable - yesterday will continue today and will live tomorrow ... The book "Tatars and Jews" pursues the noble goal of restoring historical justice ...

Garay Rahim- poet:

I am very suitable for today's presentation ... Because the Tatars call me Garay Rakhim, and the Jews - Grigory Rodionov. So I'm here my man! I read the book "Tatars and Jews" completely and with great attention. The book is very interesting, very informative... It will be of interest to any reader: the common man, and the scientist, and the student... This book is not only historical in genre, it is literary and artistic journalism...

Ravil Faizullin- poet:

Fatih Saubanovich is an outstanding personality in all respects. If he had lived in those distant times, he would certainly have been a khan, a leader ... In our time, he has shown himself to be a great son of his people, as a patriot ... The release of his books is a great event ... You open his book "Tatars and Jews" - and captures! This book, when you read it, fills you with a sense of pride in the past, you kind of straighten up. This is our history, we are not rootless!

COLONEL GENERAL'S SENSATIONAL SPEECH
ON THE ROLE OF THE TURKS, RUSSIAN AND RUSSIA
IN WORLD HISTORY

Vladimir Kolesnikov: "Fate has broken the Turkic people into fragments, but it's time to return to their extinct hearth"

State Duma deputy Fatih Sibagatullin, who presented his book “Tatars and Jews” in Kazan, invited a very extraordinary personality, Colonel-General Vladimir Kolesnikov, to the meeting as a moderator. This is the same officer who in November 1990 detained serial killer Andrei Chikatilo. And also, being in 1991 the head of the main department of the criminal investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he supervised the investigation into the murder of priest Alexander Men. Kolesnikov served as First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia in the era of Ustinov (a relative of Sechin). In Kazan, he opened up in an unexpected role - as a connoisseur of history, and with a very non-trivial view of it. This was evident from his speech at the presentation.

THREE TIMES GENERAL

The future famous general was born on May 14, 1948 in Abkhazia, in the city of Gudauta. He began his career in 1965, he was a worker at the Gudauta winery. In 1973 he graduated from the law faculty of Rostov State University, and later, in 1990, from the Academy of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He began his service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs after graduating from the Faculty of Law in 1973, in one of the Rostov regional police departments. He was an investigator, deputy head of the criminal investigation department, deputy head of the internal affairs department - head of the criminal police service of the region.

Since 1995 - First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Main Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In September 1996, he was Acting Minister of the Interior (during his vacation). Since the spring of 1998 - First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. From June 2000 to April 2002 - Advisor to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Vladimir Ustinov, then Deputy Attorney General. He oversaw the investigation of "crimes against the person and crimes that caused public outcry."

In the summer of 2006, he was dismissed from the post of Deputy Prosecutor General following the resignation of Ustinov. On December 4, 2006, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation (under Minister Ustinov). Since January 2008 - Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the Ivanovo region.

On account of the general a lot of high-profile cases. So, on November 20, 1990, he, along with two other employees, detained a well-known serial killer Andrey Chikatilo. In the early 90s, as head of the main department of the criminal investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he supervised the investigative actions in the case of the murder of a priest Alexandra Men. In 1994, he was arrested and charged with this murder. Igor Bushnev, who was acquitted by the court in 1995. After his acquittal, Bushnev stated that he went to "surrender" under the influence of conversations personally with General Kolesnikov.

On October 10, 1996, Kolesnikov was appointed head of a group investigating a terrorist act at the Kotlyakovskoye cemetery in Moscow, which killed 13 and injured about 80 people. In 1999 - 2000 "cleaned" the Krasnoyarsk Territory from Anatoly Bykov. In 2002 - 2003, he headed the investigation team of the Prosecutor General's Office in the case of the murder of the Magadan governor Valentina Tsvetkova. Regarding the murder of a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergei Yushenkov in April 2003, Kolesnikov said that there were no political assassinations in Russia - no need to steal, then they would not shoot.

RETURN TO YOURSELF
TO YOUR FORGOTTEN, FADE-OUT HEART

Vladimir Kolesnikov, opening the presentation, said:

Dear friends! With great gratitude I accepted the invitation of my colleague, friend Sibagatullin Fatih Saubanovich, to take part in the presentation of his book “Tatars and Jews”. What prompted this decision? To answer this question, a little about myself.

Born in the city of Gudauta in Abkhazia, all my roots are from the banks of the great Don. However, the events of the 1920s and 1930s brutally went through my family and friends: exile, deprivation of all property, and then the execution of my grandfather in the city of Kizil, Perm Region. But the children survived, although they fled from prison to Abkhazia, since it was impossible to go to the Don - the children of the enemies of the people. Many, probably, read the book "Tashkent - a city of bread" ...

My parents had a family, three children were born - my sister and my twin brother Victor, unfortunately, he died, God rest his soul. And to all who left untimely from this life, to all ...

He graduated from school, Rostov State University, began to work, went from the investigator of the police department to the first deputy minister of internal affairs of Russia. Once, while reading a book about Stepan Razin, he asked his father-in-law, Vladimir Alexandrovich Zolotov, the dean of the history department of Rostov State University, professor, doctor of science, the question: what is a “saryn on a kitchka”? ( the ancient cry of the Don Cossacks, inherited from the Polovtsians (Kipchaks or "Sars"). Among the Polovtsy themselves, the cry sounded “Sary o kichkou!” - "Polovtsy, forward!" -« Wikipedia »). This is when Razin, returning from the Persian campaign, goes on the assault and wants to capture Astrakhan. Father-in-law explained that these were Tatar words, a call to storm the fortress. But why the author of the book put these words into the mouth of the peasant leader, he did not begin to explain. Since there was an official history, which he represented and on which a number of books were written together with Professor Bronstein, - and there the Cossacks are shown in the form of serfs who fled to the Don from their landlords-serfs.

Almost 30 years have passed since that conversation, until I found out who the Cossacks were, who until the 16th century owned the lands that lay south of the Moscow kingdom, and what their role was in the history of my country, and why the repressions that fell upon these people can be compared with the Holocaust.

Looking into this hall today, seeing your faces, I am glad that among us there are no those who do not know the heady smell of emshan grass, those who do not see the prancing beauty in a black horse, those who are not interested in the past and future of our Motherland.

Remember Maikov’s “Sing our songs to him, - when he doesn’t respond to the song, tie the steppe emshan in a bundle and give it to him - and he will return.” The poet put the parting words into the mouth of the Polovtsian Khan Syrchan, who called his brother to return home to his native steppes.

The book of Fatih Sibagatullin, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan, Doctor of Science, Professor, State Prize Laureate, also calls to return, but to return to oneself, to one's forgotten, extinct hearth. Our Tatar, Turkic people, fate has been broken into fragments, into many peoples and scattered all over the world ...

IF A PEOPLE IS DEVOTE OF HISTORY,
TWO GENERATIONS HE WILL TURN INTO A MOB

I will abuse your time - it was in Paris 15 or 20 years ago. I'm meeting with the Minister of the Interior of Japan. I say: “Listen, do you have Aene living there?” "Yes". "Where?" “You know, Mr. Kolesnikov, I think they came from the shores of Lake Baikal.” I say yes. Where did you end up on the islands? By the way, do not refer to the archaeologist who dug, proved, rewrote to prove that you are natives. He says, "Do you know that too?" I say: “I don’t remember my last name. But still, where are you from? He says, "You know, we're doing these studies, but we haven't come to a definitive conclusion yet." I say: “Do you want me to sell you one of the versions?” "What?" "In my opinion, the best." "Oh please". I say: "You are relatives of our Shoigu." "And who is it?" “Yes, here is such a guy, he puts out fires, a Tuvan ...” And you should have seen the reaction of the minister! I think I hit the top ten.

And about 6 years ago I met young scientists from Yakutia, who told me: 40 percent of our words are Japanese.

Yakuts, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, Uzbeks, Turkmens, Karakalpaks, Tuvans, Chuvashs, Tatars, Turks, Nogays, Karachais, Bulgarians, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Serbs, Swedes, Poles, and so on... They have the same language roots.

It was on the ignorance and gullibility of people that the rulers built a political balance on the European continent, and in the world they determined enemies, started wars. Since the time of Rome, it has been known that if a people is deprived of history, then in two generations it will turn into a crowd, in another two generations it can be controlled like a herd. And the human flock is different in that it does not threaten the shepherds, on the contrary, admires them.

“History is a collection of crimes, follies and misfortunes,” said the French philosopher Voltaire. No, the English historian Gibbon resolutely objected to him in the 18th century: “History is something more than a list of crimes, follies and misfortunes of mankind” ... It is not a list of events that teaches and enlightens people, but knowledge.

And again I want to thank Fatih Saubanovich for his work. They analyze the past, allowing to judge the present and the future. Time is inseparable: yesterday will continue today and will live tomorrow. Ignorance of themselves, of their roots, led the Russian people to sad results - the poorest people lived in the largest and richest country.

OUR MOTHERLAND HAS A MULTI-YEAR-OLD HISTORY,
ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THE WORLD DEVELOPMENT IS DETERMINING

Few people know that the model by which Karamzin, Solovyov, Rybakov wrote their works was introduced into the minds of Russians by Yakov Bruce. Where and how his desk manuscript appeared, no one knows. But she became a pattern for the rest. According to him, under the leadership of Bruce, the first Russian historian Vasily Tatishchev in the 18th century created the fundamental work “History of Russia from the Most Ancient Times”, where logic and facts came into blatant contradiction with each other, the mention of such a country as Desht-i-Kypchak disappeared from everyday life. - a power stretching from the Far East to the Atlantic, a country that paid tribute to the Roman Empire, China and Byzantium.

I had a meeting with the late Minister of Foreign Affairs of England Cook ... When I asked who was buried in the mounds of southern England, he said: who are you! And everyone is talking about it. And our monetary system, and the wool sacks on which we sit, and the names of our cities, and the name of the country itself...

From history textbooks at school, then in universities, in the media, they explained to us that our country was born a thousand years ago, that the Greeks brought faith to us in the 10th century, although there is not a single document confirming this seemingly grandiose action. Where is it written?.. There are no these documents. And we all know: whose faith is the master, this is the main thing. They do not say who crowned Prince Vladimir of Kyiv, why did he suddenly become king? And today he is a saint in Rome… And what faith and from whom did he accept when he baptized the people of Kiev? After all, when the Greeks learned from us about the God of heaven, about Tengri, and adopted our faith, they destroyed all their monuments, almost their entire history. And we started from scratch, relying on our faith. And why on the bank of the Pochaina River in Kyiv, a church of the 7th century with crosses was preserved, and what kind of faith was professed there and to whom they prayed? In fact, if faith was brought to us in the 10th century, then in the 7th century who prayed there? Questions, questions and questions...

They introduced us to their cross and icons, but allegedly we could not write - the Slavs Cyril and Methodius brought us writing. We are like this, in a gigantic country with the most complex economy, the most complex armed forces - and we had nothing ...

Today, thanks to glasnost, which, of course, pursued other goals, was a tool for the destruction of the USSR, we were able to test our doubts and make sure that our Motherland has a history of many thousands of years, that its contribution to the world order is decisive. We gave the world monotheism, a cross, an icon, writing. So, if Western scholars were not afraid to face the truth, they would certainly notice that the Uighur, Sogdian, Arshahid script existed before the advent of Aramaic. They noticed this, having discovered in the 24th year in the Southern Altai traces of writing three thousand years ago. But they were silent.

And yet, the West must be given a bit of respect for the words that Deringer wrote in his book The Alphabet: “... the Brahmi script, the Korean alphabet, the Mongolian script came from the same source as the Greek, Latin, Hebrew, Arabic and Russian alphabets ".

RELIGIONS STARTED WITH ONE ROOT

The laws of life of the Turks were "defeat rage with love, return good to evil, stinginess is defeated by generosity." They knew that it was impossible to sin and steal, to tell a lie, even in their thoughts it was forbidden to envy their neighbor, calling envy a disease of red eyes. And almost until the 18th - 19th centuries, I know, at least with regard to the Volga region, fishing brigades and so on, they always appointed a Tatar as a foreman. Why? Because it won't steal. And it was enough for the merchants of our guild to shake hands with each other and say: that's it. And there was no need for any contracts, agreements, and everything was fulfilled.

This is what they asked for in Tengri’s prayer, this is what they lived for: “I ask you, do not refuse me, before I die, remove vanity and lies from me, do not give me poverty and wealth, feed me with daily bread, so that, being satiated, I did not deny you, and said, Who is the Lord? And so that, having become impoverished, he would not steal and use the name of my God.

It is written in the ancient tablets of India that people with a one-sided cross made of gold came to them from the north ... People who created the solar dynasty, brought faith in the God of heaven, who gave the name Hindustan and writing.

Fragments of the text of the Bible and the Torah are sometimes identical. Scientists have counted hundreds of coincidences, hence the similarity of the spiritual cultures of different peoples of Eurasia, which just shows that religions began from the same root. And monotheism arose on the basis of the Turkic liturgical codes. King Cyrus - Altaian, royal blood of the Turks by blood, who freed the Jews from the Babylonian kingdom in 515 BC, not allowing them to restore the Temple of Jerusalem in the territory subject to the Persians, did this in the name of the God of heaven. This is reported by the first book of Ezra, quoting the decree of Cyrus: “Thus says Cyrus, king of Persia: The Lord God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and He commanded me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judea. Who is among you, from all His people, - may his God be with him, - and let him go to Jerusalem, which is in Judea ... ”This is where the news about the God of heaven came to Judea - from the East, from the Turks. From them the name - Jerusalem ... Where "ie" - the earth, "Salim" - the world. And the "torah" is the law ...

The Syrians, and correctly - the Cyrians, from Cyrus - called the Old Testament Bible Peshitta. Because the name goes back to the ancient Turkic "pesh itta" - five pillars, five foundations, which were given to Moses in the Pentateuch.

And yet, the Koran was written in Turkic. The Arabs did not have a written language, unfortunately. In the middle of the XII century, it was rewritten from the Turkic language into Arabic, the rituals were changed, the blue banner became green ... And so on. The Hermitage in St. Petersburg keeps the Koran until the 12th century, written in the famous Uighur script, this letter is like a swan's neck. Arabs cannot read it. It contains the now forgotten words of the Almighty, I will quote them with pleasure: “I have an army, which I called the Turks and settled in the east; when I am angry with a nation, I give my army authority over that nation.” For many, this is unexpected. From the words of the Almighty it is clear who spread the religion. It is clear why the language of Altai became the language of monotheism.

And in conclusion: speaking today about the book "Tatars and Jews", I would like to once again say many thanks to the great son of the Tatar and Turkic people, respected Fatih Saubanovich for his great work and noble goal - to restore historical justice. And the sooner the peoples realize that the most direct path to self-rebirth lies through the return of the original religion, the less costly order will be established on earth.

Tatars and Jews

In Kazan, the Writers' Union of Tatarstan hosted a presentation of the book "Tatars and Jews" by Fatih Sibagatullin, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan, deputy of the State Duma of Russia. The conference hall was filled to capacity, there were probably 200 people, the presentation lasted more than two hours. In the hall, as stated by one of the leaders of the Writers' Union, there were at least twenty doctors of science and three dozen candidates. The presentation was led by Colonel-General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, former First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolesnikov. And he led the presentation in a general's uniform.
The opening speech of Vladimir Kolesnikov was sensational. For example, he said that the Koran was written in Turkic, the Arabs did not know the script. In the middle of the XII century, it was rewritten from the Turkic language into Arabic. The blue flag turned green. The Hermitage houses the Koran written in the famous Uighur script. The Arabs cannot read it, the forgotten words of the Almighty are expressed in it: “I have an army, which I call the Turks and which lives in the East. When I am angry, I give this army power over the people with whom I am angry. For many, this was unexpected. From the words of the Almighty it is clear who spread Islam. It can be seen that Altai was the birthplace of monotheism. Speaking about the book "Tatars and Jews", I would like to once again say many thanks to the outstanding son of the Tatar people, respected Fatih Saubanovich for his work in restoring historical justice. The path to rebirth lies through a return to the original religions. The hall gave a loud applause to Kolesnikov's speech. It can be said that with his speech he did more for the atmosphere of friendship between the Tatars and Russians than entire scientific institutes, which are sometimes engaged in the destruction of this friendship.
After Colonel-General Kolesnikov's speech, a charming Jewish girl sang the song "Shema Yisrael" beautifully. Both the voice and the performance were at a high level. The audience received the song very warmly. Islam Akhmetzyanov, former director of the Idel-press publishing house, told how Fatih Sibagatullin's books were printed. The book "From Attila to the President", for example, was presented at the Moscow book exhibition and "caused a sensation, there is no pathos here, the publishing houses of the Arab world, Western publishing houses showed serious interest." “In his book, Fatih Sibagatullin clearly conveys the idea that the Jews are the fundamental force in the development of world civilization, and notes that we, the Tatars, should take an example from the Jews. The most important conclusion of the book is the fact that Jews and Tatars have been living and creating for one and a half thousand years as true friends and comrades-in-arms hand in hand. They live like good neighbors. At the same time, he refers to the facts of historians, archaeologists, art historians and even biologists. The history of the Khazar Khaganate, one of the very first states on the territory of modern Russia, is very indicative in this regard. In the Khazar Khaganate, a blood political union of two peoples, Tatars and Jews, was created. Historians call the Volga Bulgaria, Kievan Rus, Caucasian Alania the heirs of the Khazar Khaganate. Many Jews perceive the Khazar Khaganate as their state. For them, this is a common homeland with the Volga Turks. Rothschilds and Rockefellers, Morgans and Sarkozy always emphasize their Khazar roots. The respected Jewish Encyclopedia writes about the same. “Explaining the merits of Fatih Sibagatullin's book is about the same as explaining the merits of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa,” said Islam Akhmetzyanov.
The writer Garay Rakhim, laureate of the State Prize named after A. Tukay. He carefully read the book and noted that it is very necessary and has great factual richness. In the book of Sibagatullin it is reported that the Tatars are marked according to Chinese sources from the 15th century BC. Garay Rakhim (Grigory Rodionov) noted: “The Turkic language is very conservative. The Russian language has changed a lot over the past five hundred, six hundred years, but, for example, the language of the Kryashens is pure, it is free from Arabisms and Russianisms. The language of the Kryashens is a purely Turkic language. It was said here that the Tatars needed to learn from the Jews, but the Khazars had long been learning from the Jews. The Jews have always treated the Tatars well.” He believes: "The books of Fatih Sibagatullin are literary and artistic journalism, so I propose to accept Fatih Sibagatullin as a member of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan." Fatih Sibagatullin added that it is a sin for the Kryashens to complain about their position in the republic. Five Kryashens head the districts, and Ivan Yegorov actually manages the republic, holding the post of director of the Ak Bars bank and having the actual value of vice president. The Kryashens occupy up to 20% of positions in the republic's elite, Sibagatullin noted, having a population of a few percent.
The scientist Galiullin said that at one time he was in Linz as part of a delegation from Russia. When he was introduced to the rector of the university in Linz as a Tartar, he was frightened and even frightened stepped back. The idea about the Tatars was that they eat human meat, they eat raw meat. “I reassured him, look, I’m in a suit, I don’t have a knife anywhere, we have almost the same ties. The history of the Tatars was presented perversely - this is a horde. The Tatar horde, the Tatar yoke - and this made it possible to offend the Tatars. In the West, they drew an idea about the Tatars from Russian sources. Turkic and Chinese sources were then unavailable. But the Tatars are an ancient civilized people. "The Tale of Igor's Campaign" appeared later than the Tatar literary works. Fatih Sibagatullin wrote great books. We should be proud of such a person. The color of the Tatar intelligentsia sits here, and I can see in the eyes that everyone supports it. I don't think this is his last book."
The ensemble "Simkha" performed with an incendiary potpourri of Jewish songs. Eduard Tumansky said that Jews live comfortably in Tatarstan. “There is no difference at all between Tatars and Jews in the bathhouse,” he smiled. “Three Jews and four Tatars played in Simcha when the ensemble was created.” The performance of “Simcha” ended with an emotional performance of “Sholom Aleichem”. Fatih Sibagatullin thanked "Simkha" with tears in his eyes for the soulful performance. He said that Barack Obama has a Jewish mother from the Volga. He said that 90% of Jews, Ashkenazi, come from the Khazar Khaganate. “Many Tatars are now conducting genetic analysis, all their lives they said that they were Tatars, but they turned out to be Jews, according to genetics,” Sibagatullin said.
Ravil Fayzullin, editor-in-chief of Kazan Utlary magazine, said: “History is a complex thing. There are positive changes in the new history textbook in our favor, finally we started to fight falsification. Fatih Sibagatullin is an outstanding personality in all respects, this is indisputable. If he had lived in those days, he would have been a khan. He is a patriot of his people. The release of this book is a big event. I open this book - it captures, I want to know more. When you read his book, you are filled with a sense of pride in the past and somehow straighten up. You feel we are not homeless.”
Here is my speech at the presentation:
We have gathered to hold a presentation of the book "Tatars and Jews" by Fatih Sibagatullin, in which he began to study the history of relations between the two peoples, which had a "state-forming" influence on the history of Russia. About 30 years ago, Fatih Sibagatullin would have received six years in prison for writing this book, it was such a taboo story. The only state in the world where the state religions were Islam, Judaism, Christianity and paganism is the Khazar Khaganate. Today it seems incredible. This study is overdue and overripe.
The Khazar Khaganate is the prehistory of the Golden Horde. His story was hushed up in Russia and the USSR. According to the Stalinist decree of 1944, it was forbidden to conduct objective research on the Golden Horde, the same was true for the Khazar Khaganate. Crimea, Ukraine, Northwestern Kazakhstan, the Lower and Middle Volga regions, the North Caucasus - the territory of the kaganate. The population is about a million people. Actually the Khazars were half a million. For two centuries there was a war between the Arabs and the Khazars, according to Arab sources, the army of the Khazar Khaganate totaled 300 thousand. The language is early Turkic.
Kyiv was considered a Khazar city before its conquest by the Rus. The name Kozara in Yugoslavia, for example, is believed to have come from the Khazars. Officially, the history of the kaganate dates from 650 to 969. But in 627, the Khazar army stormed Tbilisi. The Caspian Sea was called the Khazar Sea. Now historians believe that it existed until the XIII century. Now they write that the Jewish population of Eastern Europe came from the Khazars. The Khazars in Poland and Hungary were the state-forming people. The Khazars were elected the first king of Poland, then he handed over the crown to the Piast dynasty.
The Khazar Khaganate helped Byzantium withstand the Arab offensive, when in 717-718 the Arabs besieged Constantinople. The Khazar Khaganate was a state equal in strength to Byzantium. There were dynastic marriages between khagans and emperors. Jewish communities moved to the North Caucasus and the Crimea starting from the end of the 6th century after the decrees of the emperor of Byzantium that all Jews must convert to Christianity or must leave the empire. Jews were forbidden to appear in Jerusalem, marriages between Jews and Christians were forbidden. The Jews raised an uprising in Jerusalem, fought for 20 years, the main part, after the defeat, fled from the emperor's troops to the North Caucasus. After the suppression of the Jewish uprising in Iran, 50 thousand Jews fled from there to the Khaganate. It can be said that the Jews largely "constructed" the Khazar Khaganate, this symbiosis of Turks and Jews. There was the hegemony of the Khazars over the Slavic tribes.
The main source of income for the Khazar Khaganate is trade duties. The Khaganate minted its own coin with the inscription "Moses is the messenger of God." Jewish merchants of radonite and Muslim merchants were engaged in their own trade. The Khazar Khaganate is interesting because Islam and Judaism coexisted in it. Khagan and bek ruled. After the strengthening of Islam, the bulk of the Khazar Jews went to Eastern Europe. The Khazar Khaganate allowed the Jewish Khazar community to survive and strengthen. Some historians today directly assert that the Ashkenazi Jews descended from the Khazars. Let us recall the clothes of Polish and Belarusian Jews - a long silk caftan was copied from a Turkic caftan, the Turkic skullcap - yarmulke, kippah was also copied. And the very word "yarmulke" is of Turkic origin. The walls of local synagogues were covered with Khazar drawings of animals, and until the middle of the 19th Jewish women wore a high white turban, characteristic of the Turks. And the passion for stuffed fish, there is even a saying “There is no Saturday without fish” - this is a memory of life in the Caspian. Historians call the places of Eastern Europe - the Khazar places.
The Great Silk Road passed through the Khazar Khaganate. Radonite merchants controlled it. Trade volumes - caravans of 5 thousand people, a thousand camels, this is up to 500 tons of cargo, a whole train, about once or twice a month. China - Europe. With the help of the Khazar Silk Road, it should probably be more correctly called that, huge capitals of the Jewish community of Europe were accumulated. Only enterprising Jews, relying on centuries of trading experience, could organize this gigantic unique trading enterprise. Knowledge from China went to Europe along the Khazar Silk Road.
Fatih Sibagatullin has already prepared the second book, it needs to be published, but he says there are many paradoxical conclusions, there is no need to rush. Andropov, a native of the North Caucasus, his mother had the surname Flekenstein, he himself had the nickname "Jeweler" in the KGB, an obvious Khazar, said: we do not know the society in which we live. To paraphrase, we can say that we do not know the history of the society in which we live. Our history turns into propaganda; it is far from objectivity. World studies show that the Turkic-Jewish state had a huge impact on the history of Europe. Without the Khazar Khaganate, the history of the world would have been completely different. Today in the US, charitable foundations have decided to allocate up to 700 million dollars to restore the history of Khazaria. I believe that not only the second volume of the book should be published quickly, but this first book should also be translated into English. It is very important who will translate it - here in Tatarstan, in Moscow, in Israel or in the USA. Because the accents of translation can be placed in different ways.
It is important for Tatarstan to restore this part of history. The Republic was not born out of an airless space; it is no coincidence that the university serves as a symbol of Kazan. A huge Jewish-Tatar craving for knowledge. Tatars are a model of tolerance. Tatars are a people who turned out to be complimentary, according to Gumilev's classification, to both Jews and Russians, two very complex peoples of the world. The disclosure of the objective history of the Khazar Khaganate will make it possible to overcome the isolation of the Tatars in world history, to overcome the negative image of the Tatars, which was drawn in tsarist history, to overcome the lie about the Tatars. After all, the organization of the Golden Horde as a state was also taken from the Khazar Khaganate. I emphasize once again that the Khazar Khaganate allowed the Russian principalities to survive, restraining the expansion of Byzantium and the Arabs. Tatar history is not second-rate history, but world history.
At the end of the meeting, Fan Valishin spoke, who noted that the “Russian question”, “Jewish question”, “Tatar question” are the main issues of Russia and without the Tatars it is impossible to revive Russia, without the Tatars it will inevitably disintegrate, a strategy for this revival is needed, otherwise you can drown in the ocean of empiricism.
As they say, after the presentation, General Kolesnikov and Fatih Sibagatullin met with Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, head of the Tatarstan presidential administration Asgat Safarov, chief federal inspector Rinat Timerzyanov by order of President Minnikhanov.
After the presentation, it was reported that the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Academy of Sciences nominated the books of Fatih Sibagatullin for the prize. Tukay.
