Principle of action 17s6nzh
The safety valve 17s6nzh is equipped with a special spring that holds the spool, pressing it to the seat. After the pressure is restored, the valve moves from its original position, stopping the discharge of the medium. With this flow deflection, a reactive force is created which adds up to the already increased static pressure on the spool. The balance between the force of the spring and the pressure of the gas on the spool is broken, and the spool jerks up to its highest position. When the pressure in the gas pipeline decreases, the gas pressure on the spool cannot overcome the force of the compressed spring and the spool quickly sits on the seat, hermetically blocking the gas flow. The valve is equipped with a lever 5 for forced opening.
