It is best to take sour apples, wash them and wipe dry with a clean kitchen towel. Leave the skin and remove the core and seeds.

Cut into large slices or any pieces convenient for you, we will still grind everything in a blender.

Wash the spinach thoroughly in running water, put it in a colander and let the excess water drain. Then dry and chop finely with a knife.
