October 14, 1906. The city council of Nikolaev creates a midwife-paramedic school, which formed midwives and paramedics of the II qualification.
In 1928, the People's Commissariat of Health of Ukraine renamed the educational institution into a medical college. In 1946, admission took place in three qualifications: paramedic, midwife, nurse.

1990 - a new direction of formation was created - orthopedic dentistry.
