Waterproof LED lamp for sauna. What kind of lamps are needed for baths and saunas? What can you buy in the store?

It is not without reason that in Rus' the expression “to wash before dark” was used, since in conditions of high air humidity it was not possible to install torches or candles, and the windows themselves were always small so that as much heat as possible was not wasted. Currently, the market for lamps in general and lighting for baths in particular is oversaturated with various models; even the most demanding taste will find a product to their liking here.

Peculiarities

There are certain features conducting lighting and electricity in the bathhouse, much depends on the safety of the devices, as well as on other conditions - room temperature and air humidity. To summarize, we can come to the conclusion that in the dressing room these parameters are approximately identical to the parameters of the atmosphere that reigns in the bathroom in an ordinary apartment.

If the bathhouse is designed in such a way that steam enters the room directly in front of the steam room in sufficient quantities for it to accumulate or condensate to fall out, then during wiring it is necessary to somehow mark this place on the diagram.

The peculiarity is that here for efficient work For a lighting fixture, only a model with a waterproof housing is suitable.

The modern market has several universal options electrical wiring for installation in rooms with high humidity, they have a specialized design. However, the price of such materials is quite high, which is not profitable for those who are building a small steam room for themselves and their family.

In this regard, there is an alternative solution to the problem based on the fact that the main point that you should pay attention to when wiring electricity, as mentioned earlier, is the temperature and moisture level in the room.

Previously, wiring in such conditions was laid in pre-prepared pipes; they were galvanized and completely covered with thermal insulation. You can use this method now, but the following conditions must also be met:

  • when laying pipes, it is necessary to ensure that they are higher than all containers and pipes with water;
  • there are hot elements in the room - stoves or other heating devices; it is necessary to lay electric lighting wires as far as possible from them;
  • if the wiring is ordinary in its properties, then before laying it through the pipe, it must be wrapped protective layer fiberglass, the required thickness is about 2 mm.

We must not forget about the switches and sockets that we may need in the dressing room; it is better to install devices with a waterproof housing there.

But under no circumstances should you attach contact and connecting devices in the steam room or in the room in front of it; they must be removed and installed outside - perhaps in a relaxation room or locker room.

Varieties

There is a wide range of lighting products on the market, but not every model is suitable for a bath, since the difference in temperature and high humidity In a room, not every lighting fixture can handle it.

There are several main types of bath lights, including waterproof, heat-resistant, LED, moisture-resistant, low-voltage, wireless, and so on. We need to talk about everything in order:

Halogen lamps

The most heat-resistant lamps are halogen. The power of such lamps ranges from 20 to 35 Watts, the maximum heating for them will be 400 degrees. An important aspect is that the voltage used by the lamps is not dangerous to people, and their contacts are protected from moisture. In addition, halogen lamps have a pleasant appearance; it is possible to select shades of different colors.

LED lamps

LED lamps are one of the most economical and environmentally friendly lighting options, however, it is better to place them as low as possible in the steam room, since they are quite difficult to tolerate heat and moisture. Such lamps are often used as lighting; they can be placed behind shelves and can illuminate the room. different colors, since their range is quite wide.

A room with LEDs will always be well lit, and such lamps do not consume large number electricity.

Elongated tubular LEDs are usually placed on the ceiling; it must be taken into account that there the concentration of steam and moisture will be maximum, such lamps must be resistant to the specified conditions.

When purchasing waterproof lamps for a bath, you need to consider several aspects:

  1. On the box or frame of the lamp you need to look at information about how high the degree of protection of this model is from humidity; for this there is a certain international classification; An IP value of 45 and higher will be acceptable.
  2. In addition to the fact that the lamps must be moisture-resistant, they must also be heat-resistant - in a steam room, the air temperature can fluctuate from 60 to 120 degrees and the lamp must be designed for such temperature fluctuations; Well, for ceiling models the standards are even higher, since they need to work at temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius.

It is important that the lamps are sealed, otherwise moisture or water may get inside the device and disrupt its operation. Good sealants are rubber and silicone.

Fiber optic lamps

The best waterproof lamps are fiber optic lamps. By purchasing a fiber-optic lighting device, you can be sure of its moisture resistance, even without paying attention to the degree of protection factor. This is possible due to the specific properties of the material; it is capable of transmitting only light waves, but not electricity. These lamps can also be used in water tanks and swimming pools.

Also, the advantage of these lamps will be a rather soft light, which will help create cozy atmosphere and relax.

Just like LEDs, fiber optic luminaires consume a fairly small amount of energy and have a long service life.

Models

Choosing various models lamps, you also need to start from where exactly it will be installed; air temperature and humidity are also decisive factors that are relied upon when searching for a suitable option.

If the light needs to be installed in a steam room, then, most importantly, do not install it in a potentially dangerous place– near heating elements. A good option would be to place it on the ceiling or at the junction of walls.

Such placement is often underestimated, but in vain: the corner lamp will not only fit well into the interior, but will also not disturb the people sitting in the steam room and touch their heads.

Models of horizontal lamps at the junction of the ceiling and walls can also be called a completely suitable option. Decorative screen for corner or horizontal type lamps can be purchased in a store or made with your own hands, then you can additionally install an LED strip in the corner of the steam room and secure it to the wall using non-flammable material.

The LED strip itself will look very advantageous in a bathhouse; moreover, it is quite insensitive to high temperatures and does not require a lot of electricity to use.

If you want to take a creative approach to decorating the premises in the bathhouse, then you can make some lighting elements with your own hands. However, it is worth understanding here that we are not talking about self-assembly electrical appliance, but rather about decorating an existing one by creating additional elements. In the interior, steam rooms often prevail wooden materials, so making a lattice or lampshade from wood would be a suitable stylistic solution.

Such wooden lampshades will not only serve an aesthetic function, but will also protect wall lamps from damage and direct ingress of water. In addition, with the help of a grille, the lighting will be softer, more diffused - being in the room will become even more comfortable and pleasant. There is no need to worry about the material for making such decorative elements; it is quite possible to use leftovers that were not thrown away after cladding the walls or ceilings of the bathhouse; this will also help maintain a unified style concept.

However, if you want to fill the steam room with aromas that promote relaxation and detachment from everyday problems, you can make an antique lampshade from larch or cedar; besides, these materials are also quite strong and durable.

In order to make a lampshade or grille yourself, you need to have elements for the frame and several small slats that will be attached to the top and bottom of the finished product. Of course, when making a lamp there are certain points that are worth paying attention to:

  • The size of the lamp itself will dictate the length of the slats for the lampshade; there should also be no sharp corners, they must be sanded or rounded, this is necessary from a safety point of view, as well as to make it more aesthetically pleasing. appearance product.
  • The shape and type of grille will vary depending on the size of the lamp itself, for example, if we need a frame for a wall lamp, then it should be made in the shape of a semicircle or rectangle; the grille for the corner lamp will be made in the form of a trapezoid.
  • It is best to mount such lamps with self-tapping screws, but from a safety point of view, they must be hidden inside so that they do not cause harm when heated.

When lighting other rooms in the bathhouse, you can use lamps with less strict characteristics; traditionally, the dressing room is decorated with a chandelier, which is placed in the middle of the ceiling or several lamps installed directly in the ceiling itself.

They will look harmonious modern models chandeliers and lamps, stylized as antique or the chosen concept, such lamps can become literally bright accent in the interior of the room.

Materials

There are various lamps on the market that can be installed in a sauna or bathhouse, and if a model has already been selected, then you need to think about the material from which such a device will be made.

Indoor lighting with the help of Himalayan salt. It is material that formed at the bottom of a lake that dried out about two hundred and fifty million years ago. This salt is unique in that it contains more than 90 minerals, and when heated, it releases particles that have a beneficial effect on human health.

It is thanks to these properties of Himalayan salt that they began to use it in baths and saunas, and due to its high density, salt has become building material– bricks are made from it, used as a decorative element or as a steam generator.

Popular and Himalayan salt lamps, but often for baths it rather acts as an independent building element; walls made of such salt, when heating the room, create the effect of a sea coast. Such vapors help prevent and treat bronchitis and even asthma; negative salt ions help disinfect the air.

Any products made from Himalayan salt emit ions, however, at certain temperatures - more than 60 degrees Celsius, the air will be more saturated with useful substances.

It is also necessary to comply with the required humidity in the room - no more than 50%, since otherwise the salt will absorb water and it will be ineffective.

It is for this reason that the use of Himalayan salt is more beneficial for private bath, which is not designed for a large flow of visitors, the material in it will not be able to quickly become damp. Even in an ordinary Russian steam room, you need to thoroughly ventilate the room after each use, wait for the walls to dry so that the salt does not lose its properties.

In general, the shell from which the lamp is made is very important, as it has several main functions: protecting the light source from harmful effects, makes the light softer by scattering it, which gives a cozy feeling to the steam room. A lamp made of wood meets all these criteria; it has undeniable advantages:

  • a wooden lamp will go perfectly with the decor of the steam room, with the walls and ceiling, since they are often also made of wood;
  • It is possible, by making such a lamp with your own hands, to endow it with interesting shape, perform with a beautiful ornament;
  • quite pleasant to the touch.

You can also install a ceramic lamp in the recreation area, that is, its base will be made of this temperature-resistant material.

You can use glass to decorate bath lighting, but you should not place such lamps in the steam room itself - it is unsafe.

Accommodation options

As mentioned earlier, there are quite a large number of different lamps suitable for installation in baths and saunas. But each room has its own differences, and accordingly, the lighting for them is selected according to the appropriate parameters:

In the steam room

In order to install a lamp in a steam room, you must first carefully select it. The thing is that this, one might say, is the main room in the bathhouse; it is saturated with steam, moisture and hot air. All these factors influence the selection of a lamp; not every model meets these characteristics. In addition, too bright and contrasting lighting also does not speak in favor of certain types of lamps; the holy of holies of the bath requires soft light that helps to relax.

Since the steam room has its own special microclimate, the lamp can be installed in it only on the very top of the wall or at the joints - in the corners. This is due to the fact that the ceiling and walls are one of the least hot surfaces in the steam room, moreover, this location can be called convenient, the light streams from behind and does not strain the eyes of those who are relaxing in the bathhouse. You can install fiber optic lamps, then the lighting will definitely be soft and diffused, this will help you relax.

An important point is that such lamps have a high level of protection and are completely safe in rooms with high temperatures.

You can also choose LED lamps, they are heat-resistant, have several lighting modes and rich colors, you can easily save energy with them, and LEDs have a long service life. But in any case, the lamps must be covered with a protective frame or a heat-resistant shade, also to create an ambience and additional protection You can cover the light with a beautifully designed wooden grille.

Inside the bathhouse, if the lamps are mounted on the ceiling, they must withstand a temperature of 250 degrees, but if on the wall, then less - at least 100 degrees Celsius.

Such lamps are made of heat-resistant material, ceramics or porcelain; the body is additionally strengthened, making it airtight.

In the washing room

Unlike the steam room, in the washing room it is necessary, on the contrary, to have bright and powerful light, since this room is not intended for relaxation, it is necessary in order to wash after the steam room. It is for this purpose that the light in the sink is set to be contrasting and sharp, but it still should not hit the face of the person in the room.

But here you also need to be careful, this room has a source of moisture, you need to protect lamps and wires from accidental contact with water. The switch should be located outside the washing room to prevent water from entering there; for the same purpose, all lamps will have protective waterproof frames or shades.

In the dressing room

In the dressing room, the lighting can be set to almost anything, since the room does not have any special temperature changes or moisture concentration. Classic option there will be a chandelier in the center of the room or several lamps that are mounted on the ceiling. The light from such lamps is bright, but does not hurt the eyes and generally creates a fairly comfortable atmosphere indoors.

It is also possible to stylistically design the dressing room in a certain manner, then the lamps can be placed on the wall and made according to general concept interior

In the rest room

In the rest room, just like in the dressing room, there is a certain humidity coefficient, so when installing lamps there, you need to be sure that they will have a protection class of at least 1. Lamps for such rooms are quite ordinary, from 75 to 100 Watts , you can also install regular lampshades or sconces.

For a sauna, in general, the same temperature difference for lighting is characteristic; it is worth paying attention to the classification international level protection, ensure that the lamps are heat-resistant, heat-resistant and sealed.

Which lamp to choose and how to install?

Experts agree that in order to provide lighting in a bathhouse, you should not choose fluorescent lamps, since they are not resistant to high temperatures and humidity.

It is better to choose halogen or LED lamps, a fiber optic lamp is also suitable, but all this must be secured with a protective shade. In the dressing room, you can use two lamps at once with parallel switching on of the light source to add brightness to the room lighting.

The range of lighting devices on the modern market is huge and constantly expanding. But not all lamps are suitable for certain conditions and premises.

The article will discuss how to choose the most durable and suitable devices for lighting the steam room in the bathhouse.

Requirements

Lighting devices are primarily used for their intended purpose - to add light to the room. But in the case of a steam room, they should be selected according to a number of criteria.

First of all, this is an aesthetic component. The lighting in the bath should be conducive to relaxation, not irritate the eyes, and evoke a pleasant and comfortable feeling. The second important point is safety, since in steam rooms there is quite difficult conditions operation, then the lamps must withstand them.

What to consider?

There are few factors that need to be taken into account when selecting lamps:

  • High humidity. In some steam rooms the moisture level is more than 90%. Not every device can cope with this indicator.
  • Sudden temperature fluctuations. In many cases, the bathhouse is located on the street and is a separate building. Therefore, if you heat it in winter, then the temperature difference can be from -40 degrees and below to +120 and above.
  • Prolonged exposure to hot air. The sauna heats up to high temperatures and can remain in this state for hours.

Lamps have a number of technical characteristics that will make it easier to select them for use in a steam room.

The main characteristic for steam rooms is the IP protection level. It is marked with two numbers.

The first number shows how protected the lamp is from various types of particles and mechanical influences. The number 5 indicates that the protection from external contacts and dust is complete. The second number shows resistance to moisture. Waterproof lamps from small splashes spreading from any direction are designated by the number 4.

By temperature exposure level It’s worth choosing devices that can withstand temperatures from 130 degrees. Consider the installation location of the lamp. The closer it is to the ceiling, the more heat it must withstand.

And you also need to provide sufficient lighting. It will depend on the number of devices, their location, and power. Recommended power may vary depending on various types lamps

Incandescent lamps should not be installed if their power is more than 60 W. During operation, they become very hot and can cause a fire.

One more important criterion The choice is the lighting color. The most favorable will be the usual yellow light . It is comfortable for the eyes and creates an atmosphere of comfort and peace. White colder, more anxious. You can also choose color lighting, but you should not use it as the main one. Bright shades can become an irritating and distracting factor when relaxing in the bathhouse.

There are varieties of lamps in which the direction of light can be adjusted. This is convenient in steam rooms, unexpected and impressive. You can adjust the lighting depending on your specific conditions.

Another practical solution would be to install a controlled lighting system, when some devices can be turned off and on as needed.

When choosing the type of lighting, you need to think about how the entire system will look.

To do this, do not forget to consider the following parameters:

  • room dimensions;
  • Is it possible to provide electrical wiring;
  • maximum number of lamps for each device;
  • functions of the room - a separate steam room combined with a shower room, a wet or dry steam room; these conditions will affect the degree of humidity;
  • angles of the luminous flux of devices.

As a result of studying all of the above, it may seem that the number of factors is too large, and isn’t it easier to choose the lamp you like in the store. But compliance with these conditions will allow you to create a comfortable, beautiful, unusual and safe interior that will serve you for a long time.

How to position?

First of all, it is necessary to remember that no matter how protected the lamp is from high temperatures, it cannot be placed directly near the stove. This is an additional risk for the safety of the premises and your health.

Installing lighting fixtures in a steam room requires a special approach.

Their placement scheme should take into account important features:

  • It is better not to install clearly directed light, especially towards the area where vacationers will sit. This will cause great discomfort. Scattered rays will soften the situation and will not irritate your eyesight.
  • Ceiling lights will be exposed to maximum heat, so be prepared to replace them quite often, even if they are high-quality heat-resistant products.

  • All devices must be equipped with protective screens or grilles. This will protect others in case of flying fragments.
  • The ceramic base of the lamp is less susceptible to heating, and there is less chance of burns if accidentally touched.
  • Sufficient lighting in high-use areas should be considered. In the case of a steam room, this is the entrance, shelves on which vacationers sit, stones or a stove where heating occurs.
  • Additional lighting of important functional areas (shelves, doors, heater).

There are various options installation of lamps. If you decide to mount them above shelves, consider the height at which they will be installed so that users do not touch them with their body or head.

The best option for installation would be an angle. It is unlikely that anyone will sit there, so the device will not interfere. If the design of the bathhouse requires you to place the lighting as close to the ceiling as possible, install the devices horizontally on the walls where they connect to it.

IN Finnish baths you need to focus on high temperatures. A Russian bath requires high humidity. Therefore, the housing and lamp materials for both types will be different.

Types and features

It is necessary to consider what types of lamps there are in order to choose the option that suits you:

  • Halogen lamps. This type is becoming increasingly popular due to its many advantages. The lamps have their own reflectors. The power is low (about 30 W), but the products can withstand high temperatures. This is due, among other things, to their own design. The temperature inside the lamp reaches 400 degrees. The structure is designed in such a way as to protect the lamp as much as possible from moisture penetration and other influences. The light turns out natural and comfortable for humans. Safety of use is also explained by the standard voltage required for operation. There are multi-colored species, but they are not widely represented on the market.
  • Fluorescent lamps quite easy to use. It is worth choosing products without an electromagnetic choke. A significant advantage of such lamps is the ability to adjust the brightness of the light. This adds ease of use and expands design possibilities. There are energy-saving varieties for economical consumption. It is important to take into account the peculiarity of fluorescent lighting - it does not tolerate frost. And if your bathhouse is located outside in a region with cold winters, it is better to avoid using them.

  • Fiber optic devices They are very durable and can withstand the most stringent requirements, but it is necessary to strictly follow the recommendations for their installation for fire safety. Devices in the form of a harness can operate at temperatures up to 200 degrees. The diffused flow of light and placement everywhere provide a lot of scope for design imagination.
  • LED lamps– a real fetish for designers. But in the case of a steam room, they have somewhat limited use. LEDs under normal conditions last many times longer than conventional lamps, but at high temperatures they quickly fail. If you decide to install them in the steam room, place them close to the floor (under or behind the shelves). Lighting can be quite bright and of any color. The LED strip must be glued to non-flammable and environmentally friendly substrates using safe compounds.

Which ones are not allowed?

When entering a lighting store, you need to immediately understand which devices are completely unsuitable for installation in a steam room. These are ordinary incandescent lamps. They are quite fragile and are almost guaranteed to explode if exposed to drops of water.

There is no point in choosing gas-discharge products. Their high power unjustified in low light conditions.

Decorating with lattice

Most baths located on personal plots, as well as saunas inside country houses, finished with wood - most often with clapboard made from various types of wood. In this case, you want to complement the interior with natural elements in order to maintain the integrity of the picture. Therefore, decorating lamps with wooden grilles has not only practical, but also aesthetic significance.

From a practical point of view, the grille protects the space from splinters if the lamp is damaged. The appearance complements the peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Light breaking through individual cells loses its annoying brightness and diffuses softly and widely, creating interesting shadows and reflections.

On the market of specialized bath products you can find many beautiful and unusual grating options. But if you wish, you can do them yourself.

Material for decorative element can become a wide variety of wood. If you like a mono interior, then the base can be made of the same type of wood as the lining of the remaining surfaces of the bathhouse. Most often, linden is chosen for these purposes.. Linden wood has a pleasant light shade, is very durable, emits a pleasant smell and has healing properties.

But if you are a fan of aromatherapy, you should pay attention to products made from coniferous crops(larch or cedar). They are not suitable for walls and ceilings, since when heated they release resins, and a small grille will emit a specific aroma that has a beneficial effect on nervous system. The product will serve you for many years.

The main elements of the lattice are frame base and a slatted mesh attached to it in several places depending on the type.

When planning the design, you should pay attention to some features:

  • It is necessary to take into account the shape and type of the lighting fixture itself. It should be generously placed under the grille and securely fastened.
  • The installation location significantly influences the design of the protection. If the lamp is located on the wall, then the shape of the grille can be any: rectangular, semicircular, figured. If you install lighting in the corners, then the protection can be triangular or have another convenient number of edges.
  • The lengths of the slats are selected according to the parameters of the lamps.

  • If the product has sharp corners, roughness and unevenness, they must be sanded and smoothed. These manipulations not only have a decorative component, but also increase operational safety - they reduce the risk of injury or getting a splinter.
  • Fasteners must be hidden. In this case, you can also use metal products to fasten the elements. If the hardware heads are on the outer surface of the grill, there is a risk that vacationers could get burned on them during the washing process.
  • The shape of the slats depends mainly on your preferences. Rectangular elements are used for simple and strict products. They can be arranged in parallel rows. Products with various curves are suitable for shaped, intricate grilles. But it will be more difficult for a novice master to work with them. Although as a result you will get a unique design element.

In order to realize the most daring decorative ideas, you can build a scattering screen. It performs the same functions as the grille, but there are many more design possibilities.

Not only wood can serve as a material for making a product. Bark, natural fabrics, ceramic products, plastic, and types of glass cope excellently with protective functions. The most short-lived type of coating will be cardboard or paper.

The topic of baths has already been raised more than once, and all because it is in such a place that a person can truly rest, relax and improve his health. When setting up your bathhouse, you will need to take care of high-quality lighting. Below we will talk about how to make a lamp for a sauna and bathhouse with your own hands.

The baths are visited by many people, regardless of income, status and health. Many of them dream of having their own steam room. Moreover, a skillful owner will not only invest in such a complex, he will not hire expensive designers and craftsmen, but will be able to do most of the work himself. That is, we can say with confidence that a structure such as a bathhouse can be made and equipped with your own hands, and even more so, you can hang bath lamps, and you don’t have to be an electrician.

Bath lamps

To begin with, before you take on the job of creating bath lamps with your own hands, you should understand a number of nuances that may later affect the correctness of the work.

By and large, all of them can be described in three points:

  • You need to have connection experience electric lamps, in particular lamps for baths and saunas.
  • You will need to choose lamps with a sufficient level of protection that will not be afraid of high temperatures and excessive humidity.
  • Next, you will need to make original lampshades, decorative screens and other decorations to create a design, for example, a lampshade for a bathhouse, and also combine them with the overall decor of the bathhouse as a whole.

Due to the vastness of all the topics, everyone can glean information on the first point from the literature on the rules of working with electric shock in conditions of excessive humidity. The second point will be discussed briefly further, and the third will be considered in as much detail as possible.

Organization of lighting in the bathhouse

During creation technical project it's worth devoting enough time to development electrical diagram location of lamps for a Russian bath, switches and sockets (more details: " "). The priority, of course, is the location of the lamps.

Almost all rooms in the bathhouse are similar to rooms in a house or apartment, and everyone should know how the lighting will be organized in them. The lighting in the room or bathroom will correspond to that in the washroom and rest room. It is only worth discussing the steam room separately - the principles of lighting in a bathhouse in a steam room will be somewhat different.

The lighting system in a steam sauna or Russian bath must meet a number of criteria.

The main conditions are:

  • a lamp for a steam sauna bath should emit a soft light so that a person in a relaxed state does not squint and feels comfortable;
  • lighting in the steam room is chosen to be dim, leaving a slight twilight and allowing you to relax, since there is no cosmetic procedures it is not customary to practice;
  • in the steam room it is better not to use overhead lighting, since the maximum air temperature is fixed precisely under the ceiling - it is optimal to place heat-resistant sauna lamps on the central or lower levels;
  • in order to avoid injuries due to damage and failure of lighting fixtures, they must be protected with a protective screen or grille, which will prevent direct contact with electricity in conditions of high humidity, and will also prevent them from being cut by fragments if the lamp accidentally breaks;
  • Bathroom lamps made of wood, additionally installed near the font or barrel of water, at the doorway, and also above the shelves, would be useful.

By adhering to the specified conditions, you can be sure that all people in the steam room are guaranteed to enjoy the steam room and will not receive any injuries in the process.

Sauna lamps with moisture protection

To purchase truly high-quality waterproof lamps for a bath, you should pay attention to a number of significant indicators.

It is very important to keep track of:

  • So that the degree of protection of devices from moisture and coarse particles according to the international classification corresponds to values from IP 54 or more; Such data is usually indicated on the body or packaging of the lamps.
  • That the sauna lamp you choose is heat-resistant, that is, it can withstand high temperatures. As a rule, in various types of saunas the air temperature can range from 60 to 120 ºС, so it is better to choose the most protected electrical appliance. For example, in a Russian steam room the temperature can reach 100 ºС, in Turkish baths The heat resistance of the lamp must correspond to 150 ºС, and in the case of ceiling lamps you need to pay attention to devices that can withstand 200-300 ºС. In addition, it is very important that the body of a heat-resistant lamp for a sauna and bath is reliably sealed with silicone or rubber to prevent moisture from penetrating inside the device. It is optimal to choose equipment with LED or energy-saving lamps, which heat up much less than conventional incandescent light bulbs.

Making a lamp yourself

In this section we will look at how to make a sauna lamp with your own hands. True, in in this case We are talking, rather, about decorating a finished industrial product than about assembling a complete circuit of an electrical device.

In particular, we will tell you how to make decorative grilles, protective screens or openwork lampshades. As for the lamps themselves, there can be various options - from fluorescent or LED to fiber optic. The choice depends only on the preferences and financial capabilities of the bathhouse owner, however, if we talk about price, fiber optic devices belong to the highest price category.

Decorating a lamp with a wooden lattice

Considering the interior of any self-built bathhouse, we can confidently say that they actively use various wooden elements, and not only the design of walls or floors, but also decor. In particular, if in the steam room all the walls, ceiling and even the floor are made of some kind of wood, then it would be quite appropriate to place lighting in it, decorated with wooden parts.

By the way, the wooden grille you make will carry not only a decorative, but also a purely practical load - to protect the lamp from accidental damage. A wooden lattice will make the lighting more subdued and diffused, will cast beautiful shadows and highlights on all surfaces, will help you relax and detach yourself from the rest of the world. As a material for decoration, you can use leftovers and trimmings after covering the walls and ceiling in the steam room, then all the interior elements will be in one color scheme and texture.

However, if you wish to supplement the steam room specific aromas, we recommend using larch or cedar wood to make gratings. In addition, such wood is also very durable.

Examples of decorating lamps with wooden grilles can be found in the photos attached to this material.

The structure of the grille for the lamp assumes the presence of such structural elements, like a frame and small slats attached to it at the top and bottom.

When manufacturing parts, it is worth considering the following nuances:

  • the shape of the frame will be different depending on the placement and outline of the lamp itself; So, wall lamp can be equipped with a semicircular or rectangular frame, and if the device is located in a corner, the base is made in the form of a triangle or trapezoid;
  • Based on the size of the lamp, select the length of the rail for the grille; All sharp corners are carefully ground and rounded to give the finished product a more perfect, finished look, as well as to ensure safe operation;
  • All parts of the structure can be connected together metal screws, however, they need to be secured with inside gratings so that no steel elements are visible from the outside; This will ensure safety, since when using the bath, the screws can become very hot and burn the skin.

In general, we can say that slats are made based on the result you want to get. If you want to get a strict lattice, take rectangular slats of the required width and connect them in rows in parallel or cross them with the letter “X”. If you want to get a more elegant product, the slats can be made in curly shapes.

Simple convex or concave curves in the center (you can combine them to create a kind of semicircular lattice) can be made by anyone with even basic knowledge acquired in school. And if a person also has a sufficiently developed imagination, then it would be a sin not to make the bars of the grids in the form of figures of living creatures.

We make several of these grilles, and we can assume that the lamp for the steam room is ready with our own hands.

Diffusing screen as decorative protection for the lamp

The decorative grille refers to one of the types of finishing of the lighting fixtures under consideration.

For scattering screens, as a rule, one of the following materials is used:

  • wood or bark;
  • strong and at the same time thin fabric (silk will do);
  • clay or ceramics;
  • plastic;
  • glass;
  • paper or cardboard.

In this case, however, the most acceptable material would be wood.

The choice fell on this material due to the following requirements:

  • high hardness, because the screen should not only look beautiful, but also protect from impacts;
  • having a low heat capacity, that is, the material should not overheat so as not to cause burns;
  • be easy to process with your own hands.

A number of other materials can be used to assemble elements of wooden grilles, or be part of lamps in other bath rooms, for example, rest rooms.

Building a screen for a lamp is quite simple; the manipulations are not much different from those when creating a grille. You just need to attach a straight or curved one to the base instead of slats wooden plate or a bark plate with carved patterns.

The holes can be made in any shape. Most often they are made in the form of African masks, images of the sun, fire, various colors and all kinds of silhouettes. Fortunately, on the Internet you can find a pattern for every taste; you just need to print it out and transfer it to the template.

It is worth noting that the simplest type of screen can be a shelf or its back. Instead of an LED lamp, you can purchase a waterproof LED strip and glue it behind the backboard. As a result, we get a gentle light directed in the desired direction.

Above we looked at two of the simplest options for hand-finishing lamps for a bathhouse. They will definitely be enough to give the couple uniqueness, so that friends and family will definitely admire your talent. In any case, everyone will be able to relax to the fullest in such a pleasant atmosphere!

  • You need to have experience connecting electrical lamps, in particular lamps for baths and saunas.

Due to the vastness of all the topics, everyone can glean information on the first point from the literature on the rules for working with electric current in conditions of excessive humidity. The second point will be discussed briefly further, and the third will be considered in as much detail as possible.

Organization of lighting in the bathhouse

When creating a technical project, it is worth devoting enough time to developing an electrical diagram for the location of lamps for a Russian bath, switches and sockets (more details: “Electricity in a bathhouse - do-it-yourself electrical installation tips”). The priority, of course, is the location of the lamps.

Almost all rooms in the bathhouse are similar to rooms in a house or apartment, and everyone should know how the lighting will be organized in them. The lighting in the room or bathroom will correspond to that in the washroom and rest room. It’s only worth discussing the steam room separately - the principles of lighting in it will be somewhat different.

The lighting system in a steam sauna or Russian bath must meet a number of criteria.

The main conditions are:

  • a lamp for a steam sauna bath should emit a soft light so that a person in a relaxed state does not squint and feels comfortable;
  • The lighting in the steam room is chosen to be dim, leaving a slight twilight and allowing you to relax, since it is not customary to perform any cosmetic procedures in the steam room;
  • in the steam room it is better not to use overhead lighting, since the maximum air temperature is fixed precisely under the ceiling - it is optimal to place heat-resistant sauna lamps on the central or lower levels;
  • in order to avoid injuries due to damage and failure of lighting fixtures, they must be protected with a protective screen or grille, which will prevent direct contact with electricity in conditions of high humidity, and will also prevent them from being cut by fragments if the lamp accidentally breaks;

For example, in a Russian steam room the temperature can reach 100 ºС, in Turkish baths the heat resistance of the lamp should correspond to 150 ºС, and in the case of ceiling lamps you need to pay attention to devices that can withstand 200-300 ºС.

True, in this case we are talking more about decorating a finished industrial product than about assembling a complete electrical device circuit.

Considering the interior of any self-built bathhouse, we can say with confidence that they very actively use various wooden elements, not only the design of walls or floors, but also decor.

As a material for decoration, you can use leftovers and trimmings after covering the walls and ceiling in the steam room, then all the interior elements will be in the same color scheme and texture.

However, if you want to add specific aromas to your steam room, we recommend using larch or cedar wood to make gratings. In addition, such wood is also very durable.

Examples of decorating lamps with wooden grilles can be found in the photos attached to this material.

The structure of the lamp grille involves the presence of such structural elements as a frame and small slats attached to it at the top and bottom.

When manufacturing parts, it is worth considering the following nuances:

  • the shape of the frame will be different depending on the placement and outline of the lamp itself; Thus, a wall lamp can be equipped with a semicircular or rectangular frame, and if the device is located in a corner, the base is made in the form of a triangle or trapezoid;
  • Based on the size of the lamp, select the length of the rail for the grille; all sharp corners are carefully ground and rounded to give the finished product a more perfect, finished look, as well as ensure safe operation;
  • All structural parts can be connected to each other using metal screws, however, they must be fastened from the inside of the grille so that no steel elements are visible from the outside; this will ensure safety, since when using the bath, the screws can become very hot and burn the skin.

  • wood or bark;
  • strong and at the same time thin fabric (silk will do);
  • clay or ceramics;
  • plastic;
  • glass;
  • paper or cardboard.

In this case, however, the most acceptable material would be wood.

The choice fell on this material due to the following requirements:

  • high hardness, because the screen should not only look beautiful, but also protect from impacts;
  • having a low heat capacity, that is, the material should not overheat so as not to cause burns;
  • be easy to process with your own hands.

A number of other materials can be used to assemble elements of wooden grilles, or be part of lamps in other bath rooms, for example, rest rooms.

Building a screen for a lamp is quite simple; the manipulations are not much different from those when creating a grille. Instead of slats, you just need to attach a straight or curved wooden plate or bark plate with carved patterns to the base.

The holes can be made in any shape. Most often they are made in the form of African masks, images of the sun, a fire, various colors and all kinds of silhouettes.

Lamps for baths and saunas – how to choose the right one?

Despite the fact that every bathhouse, as a rule, has windows, there is not always enough light falling from them to steam with sufficient comfort. For example, if you decide to go to the bathhouse in the evening, when the sun has already set below the horizon, or in gloomy weather, when the sky is covered with clouds. In addition, windows are often not installed in steam rooms at all.

Requirements for lamps

Since the lamps will have to operate in an environment with high temperature and humidity, special requirements are placed on them. This is especially true for the moisture protection class of a lighting device. You can't just hang any light bulb. You should definitely make sure that the lamp is suitable for use in a bathhouse or sauna.

For wet areas, such as a bathroom, bathhouse or sauna, it is recommended to purchase lamps marked at least IP44 (protection from drops and splashes). It’s even better if you buy a lighting fixture with an IP65 protection rating, which guarantees complete protection against dust and water jets.

In addition to moisture protection, the luminaire must have sufficient thermal stability to ensure reliable operation over a range of temperatures environment from 20 to 130 degrees.

Types of lamps for baths

Despite the large number of commercially available lighting fixtures, not all of them are suitable for a bathhouse or sauna.

The best choice for bath lighting would be LED lamps, fiber optic lamps, halogen lamps, as well as the usual fluorescent lamps.

Let's look at their pros and cons in more detail.

In terms of price-quality ratio, it is difficult to find more economical and durable lamps that are comparable to LED lamps in terms of their service life, luminous flux and the minimum voltage used for their operation.

LED lamps installed hidden behind various screens and spoilers can add a touch of surrealism to the interior, and wide choice color palette light sources makes them clear leaders in comparison with any other types of lamps.

The fluorescent lamps familiar to us are also installed quite often. Today it is one of the most popular types light sources in baths and saunas. Moreover, they can be connected via a dimmer, which provides the ability to smoothly regulate the light flux created by fluorescent lamps.

One more modern look lighting fixtures are fiber optic luminaires.

Fiber optic lamps are not afraid high temperature and humidity, and different shape lenses can create different lighting effects.

Laying fiber optics in special niches allows you to create amazing interior solutions using decorative lighting, and when built into the ceiling, such lamps can create the effect of a starry sky:

Halogen lamps for baths

Halogen lamps are characterized by high heating temperatures during operation. Therefore, they can be used in rooms with high temperatures without fear that they will fail. The temperature inside the lamps themselves can reach up to 400 degrees.

Despite their low power consumption, halogen lamps have high value luminous flux generated, providing an excellent ratio of the cost of electricity consumed to the amount of light produced.

Installation of lamps in the bathhouse

Despite the high degree of protection from possible splashes, bathhouse lamps are often installed behind a wooden fence, which protects them from possible damage.

Manufacturers of bath lamps

Today there are many different products on the market, offered by numerous lighting manufacturers from different countries world, but some of them have already earned popularity.

Lamps for baths: characteristics, decoration options, lighting

terms of Use

Pick up good lamps very difficult due to the special conditions of their operation:

  • frequent temperature changes;
  • high humidity;
  • high temperature.

In this regard, not any lighting fixtures are suitable, but only waterproof lamps with high tightness. At the same time, any owner of a bathhouse or sauna wants them to be aesthetically attractive at the same time and decorate the premises, and not just illuminate them.

Requirements for lighting fixtures in baths and saunas

When the question arises about purchasing lamps for baths, you should be guided by the following characteristics:

  • resistance to moisture and high degree security (IP from 54);
  • resistance to high temperatures and temperature changes (heat resistance up to 150, and if ceiling lighting, then up to 300);
  • good lighting abilities;
  • possibility of adjusting the degree of illumination.

Some lamp options also allow you to achieve interesting decorative effects by changing the color of the lighting and its various programs (blinking, gradual fading and switching on, etc.). This makes the lamps in the steam room a wonderful decorative element. Especially if they have an attractive design.

What you need to consider when buying lamps for your bath

As with any other room, when choosing and placing lamps in a bathhouse or sauna (both in the steam room and in the relaxation room), you must consider the following:

  • room size;
  • possibility of electrical wiring;
  • number of lamps in the lighting fixture;
  • maximum possible lamp power for the luminaire;
  • light reflectance;
  • luminaire luminous flux angle;
  • temperature of the light of the lamp used.

Thus, it is not enough to just go and choose any lamp or sconce you like and the lamp for it when it comes to a bathhouse. It is necessary to think over and create a layout scheme and, in accordance with this scheme, select suitable lighting fixtures so that the lighting in the bathhouse is sufficient for a pleasant pastime.

Lighting fixtures layout

The lighting in the bathhouse must be adequate so that there are no shadowed spaces and the time spent is comfortable for all participants at any stage.

The same rules apply to creating a light fixture layout for a recreation room as for any other room in your home. But if you choose lamps for the steam room and their location, then you need to consider the following:

  • Bright directional light on vacationers is unacceptable. He should be absent-minded and pleasant;
  • Do not forget about the excessively high temperature under the ceiling of the steam room. Even special equipment will not work for long in such conditions;
  • lighting lamps must be covered with a special screen or grilles to prevent fragments from falling on vacationers if they break;
  • additional lighting of important functional areas (shelves, doors, heater).

Grilles for lamps in the steam room

If you want your lamps to not only illuminate the room well, but at the same time be completely safe, fit into the interior and add zest to it, decorate them with grilles. You can make such a lattice yourself, using waste from wood that was used to decorate the walls of the room. This way you will get a truly complete and harmonious picture. If there is no wood left or you want to add pleasant healing aromas to the steam room, then use larch or cedar boards. You can use pine wood, but only if there is no even accidental contact between the grate and the skin of the vacationer.

Depending on the location of the lighting fixture, the shape of the grille changes. Placed in a corner should have a trapezoidal or triangular shape, and for a wall one, a square or rectangle is best suited. The semicircular bend allows you to encircle the lamp almost entirely, rather than covering it only on one side. This will create a pleasant diffused light throughout the steam room, adding warmth to its atmosphere.

For the lattice, you will need several wooden planks for the frame of the structure and thin slats for decorating it. All parts must be polished and connected only on the reverse side, so that vacationers do not even accidentally come into contact with the metal of the screws. Alternatively, the grille parts can be glued together, but in this case the strength will be lower and the maintenance-free service life is unlikely to please you. Self-tapping screws for fastening – best option when creating a sauna grill with your own hands. In the photo below is another version of an original lampshade made by yourself.

Even ordinary straight slats on the grate add mystery and softness to the atmosphere in the steam room, but if you know how to handle tools, then you will be able to create something more interesting and artsy. It is enough to simply add corners, smooth lines or cut out any figure in the rail so that the lamp for saunas and baths becomes original decoration steam room

What lamps should I use in the bath?

Due to the good moisture resistance of special lamps, there is no particular need to use special lamps. However, the desire of the owners of baths and saunas to provide lighting in non-standard places required the creation of new lighting devices. Special moisture-resistant LEDs that can be placed even in a jacuzzi or swimming pool have created a real sensation!

Pros of using LEDs:

An additional advantage of using LED lighting is the ability to create lighting of different colors, which will make the steam room and relaxation room of the bathhouse more exotic and interesting.

Original lighting for the steam room

In addition to standard lighting fixtures, you can use lighting that can be easily installed in sun loungers. Using LEDs, you can make it yourself or buy a ready-made LED moisture-resistant strip.

Another option for interesting lighting for a steam room is fiber optics. Its only disadvantage compared to LED lighting is a higher cost. Otherwise, fiber optics are ideal for a steam room. It can be placed anywhere - from a wall or ceiling to the perimeter near the heater.

Lamps for baths - types and how to make them yourself

In this article you will find detailed information about bath lighting options, requirements for lighting fixtures, options for decorating them and decorating them with lighting.

Lamps for a bath: features of choice

The bathhouse is considered a room with an increased risk of electric shock. To avoid trouble, lamps must meet safety standards and function reliably in extreme conditions.

Purpose of lamps for a bath

Bathroom washing lamps

In the washing room there are three sections in which lamps of different protection classes are installed:

  • Zone 1 is located directly near the water - shower, pool, tap, where there is a high risk that splashes will hit the lamp from all sides. In such places, install devices operating on 12 V, moisture protection class - at least 5 (IP 45, 46, 55, etc.).

In the washing room, all appliances must be well protected from water, steam and condensation. Mount the lamp on the ceiling so that splashes of water do not reach it. It is necessary to have a lampshade covering the contacts and the light bulb. You can install lamps in the washroom that are similar to those in an apartment bathroom.

Lamps for the dressing room and rest room in the bathhouse

The rest room is also considered a room with high humidity, so the protection class of the lamp in the rest room in the bathhouse is at least 1. It is necessary to provide good light in the room, so install a chandelier with several sockets, light bulbs, and two switches.

Lamps for steam room in bathhouse

The body of the steam room lamp must withstand temperatures of at least 100 degrees if installed on walls, and 250 degrees if mounted to the ceiling. Cartridges and lampshades of products must be made of ceramics, porcelain and heat-resistant plastic. The body of such a lamp is made airtight, with a silicone or rubber seal to prevent water from getting inside. In addition, lamps are produced with protective shades to prevent injury from fragments of an accidentally broken light bulb.

  1. It is prohibited to install appliances near the stove. Even if they are heat resistant, they are not designed to withstand hot air from the heater.

Types of lamps for baths

Not all lamps are suitable for installation in a bathhouse, so their choice should be approached very responsibly:

  • Halogen lamps. In the hottest areas of the steam room, install halogen lamps with their own reflector with a power of 20-35 W. They are not afraid of high temperatures (withstand up to 400 degrees), the contacts are protected from moisture, and the voltage used is not dangerous to humans. Halogen lamps with a colored shade look beautiful.

Manufacturers of bath lamps

Finnish companies Tylo and Harvia specialize in the production waterproof lamps for baths. If possible, buy their products for the steam room or sauna. They are expensive, but they stand out high quality and reliability.

How to choose lamps for a bath

In the modern market of electrical appliances there are wide range lamps for baths. We invite you to familiarize yourself with devices capable of operating in extremely difficult conditions and their rules

Lighting design is perhaps the most important part of the overall impression of the bathhouse: how dim and soft the light in the steam room is, depends on how vacationers feel about the bathing procedures, and how beautiful and stylish the lamps in the guest room are, creates an impression of the taste of the owners. But choosing a lamp for a steam room is not so easy - it has its own subtleties and nuances.

General requirements for bath lamps

The high temperature and humidity of the bath place their own demands on lighting devices - you cannot hang any lamp there. And you shouldn’t even be guided by the opinion of a construction supermarket consultant alone - it’s better to find out in advance about all the lighting requirements in a humid and hot Russian bathhouse, and protect yourself. And the requirements are simple: complete tightness, a certain voltage and marking of the lamp itself. And it is important that water cannot accidentally get on the latter - this is dangerous even for those specially protected from this, because they also get very hot.

According to reviews of many bath attendants, the best lamps for baths and saunas are German, with frosted glass and a ceramic body. You can mount it either on the wall or not on the ceiling - unless in a steam room, of course. All parts of the cartridge are made of ceramics - only the contacts are metal, and therefore it can easily withstand temperatures up to 125˚C, and silicone gasket protects well from splashes, steam and dust.

Only those bathhouse lamps that have too bright and direct light need to be covered with wooden grilles - this is necessary to diffuse it. But with frosted glass it is already soft, and therefore no additional lampshade is needed.

What type of lamp is best for a steam room?

This question cannot be answered unequivocally - each of the above has its own pros and cons. Choose those that are most suitable for your bath:

Halogen lamps - for the hottest areas

Halogen lamps with their built-in reflectors have recently gained enormous popularity - they can be safely installed even in a steam room. They usually have a power of 20-35 W, are not afraid of elevated ambient temperatures, and have structural protection against splashes or accidental touch.

What is the advantage of halogen lamps? Their continuous spectrum is closer to that of the human body than that of standard incandescent lamps. And most importantly, they use an absolutely safe supply voltage. Bathhouse attendants often joke that halogen lamps even like elevated temperatures - after all, they themselves are capable of heating up to 400˚C from the inside.

By the way, there are also halogen paws with a colored lamp on sale, although they are not so easy to find.

Fluorescent lamps - adjustable brightness

You can also use fluorescent lamps in the bathhouse - energy-saving and not integrated, but not those with an electromagnetic choke. They tolerate high temperatures well, but not frost. The brightness of such lamps can be adjusted, which gives them certain advantages.

Fiber optic lamps - convenient and stylish

Bright and stylish fiber optic lights for a bathhouse are also not a bad option, but it’s important to connect them correctly, strictly according to the instructions, in compliance with all fire regulations.

Fashionable LEDs - an outlet for designers

But LED lamps for baths do not like heat - in a steam room they need to be placed as low as possible to the floor. Their brightness is high, but the color range is rich, which is why bathhouse attendants most often place them behind and under shelves - a kind of mysterious lighting in the style space station, does not hit the eyes.

What lamps cannot be placed in a bathhouse?

Ordinary incandescent lamps, which require special mechanical protection and threaten to explode into thousands of small fragments when hit by a drop, and gas-discharge lamps with their high power and poor color rendering.

Yes, other lamps also need to be protected from splashes, and to avoid “striped” shadows due to the wooden sheathing, it is better to direct the lamps themselves towards the opposite side– on pre-installed reflective convex plates made of matte stainless steel.

Master class: stylish lamp for the bathhouse with your own hands

Due to the fashion for individuality and exclusivity in the interior, many are looking for stylish and unusual lamps for baths and saunas - various kinds of lampshades and glass flowers become boring at home. And they find - fortunately, modern manufacturer I am only pleased with the imagination and implementation of the idea. But he also asks a considerable price for his creativity - from $400 to $800 for the most decent options. So why not make such bathhouse lamps with your own hands without spending $10 on it? Moreover, there is nothing complicated about it. And then let friends and acquaintances guess how much this light miracle was purchased for and from which foreign manufacturer.

The main thing is that the savings in this regard are just what you need! Wood, for example, for such a lamp, you can take the one that went to interior decoration baths You will also need the following materials:

  • Glass 4 mm
  • Plywood
  • Special PET film with a temperature range of no less than 120˚C
  • LEDs with an illumination angle of 120˚С
  • Getinax – electrical insulating material
  • Aluminum tape
  • Construction adhesive and superglue

So, here's what you will need to do:

Step 1. Templates for the main parts are made from fiberboard. To be sure, the same template should be applied to the corner where the lamp is located.

Step 2. The main parts of the frame are made using templates - preferably from linden. Vertical slats are also planed from it, the edges of which will need to be rounded:

  • 4 pieces 750 x 35 x 15 cm
  • 8 pieces 750 x 40 x 15 cm
  • 4 pieces 750 x 45 x 15 cm
  • 1 piece 550 x 50 x 20 cm - this is where the groove for the glass is made

Step 3. The main parts are fastened to the slats, and all joints are carefully coated with universal assembly adhesive, then tightened with 70 mm long self-tapping screws.

Step 4. To support the glass, special strips are attached. The glass itself is cut out of the prepared material and wrapped in PET film. What kind of film is this? It is commonly used to rewind motors as insulation.

Step 5. The slats are sawn, tried on and coated with assembly adhesive, after which they are tightened with self-tapping screws.

Step 6. Now you need to take a rail with parameters 750x45x15 - and mark on it the points where exactly the hole will be drilled. With two such slats the glass will be fixed in place. Moreover, the external vertical slats must be fixed with screws from the reverse side.

Step 7 In regular Word, make a table with 3x3 cm cells and print it out. This sheet of paper needs to be glued to a sheet of getinax for the lamp and drilled at the intersection of the lines. The diameter of the holes should be about 5 mm - the diameter of the LED. Then - with a drill larger size you need to make conical recesses so that the light from the LEDs is more directional. After this, the paper can be washed off with water.

Step 8 Now the LEDs should be glued to the back of the panel using regular superglue. There will be 80 of them in total - you need to solder them in 4 pieces. You will get 20 LEDs, 4 at each point, and all of this is designed for 12 volts. The reflector for them will be aluminum tape.

Step 9 We install the power supply - it can be the same as for halogen light bulbs. You just need to place it outside the steam room, running only a cable through the wall to the lamp. The total consumption of this stylish and inexpensive lamp will be some 250mA, which is equal to 3 W.

Step 10 And finally, all the slats are attached to the frame with self-tapping screws - it is only important to choose them at a length at which they will not come out from the front side. And the panel with LEDs is wrapped in PET film and attached.

That's all - a stylish, durable and beautiful lamp for the steam room is ready!
